I miss munna roy from garhbeta. My products which awb no [protected] courier company is Xpressbees. My nearest branch is Chandrakona Road. Xpressbees Courier pin 721253.the branch manager of this location is totally irresponsible nonsense and fraud. He complained me that my number didn't connect when the delivery boy came to give me the product. When I told him please give me my product he didn't recive my phone call and rejected all my number and said that I will give u today yesterday tomorrow. He give many time and date but the product didn't received by me and now I track and saw the product returned to supplier. Still the manager told me your product will delivered soon. My product reached hub 9 oct but still he didn't came here to delivered my product. And now the branch manager said to Black mail that he didn't give me my product of any cost, and he also told me to complain any one of his company.

Please please give a Neassary step against it.

      I have placed an order in meesho on 23 rd October ...i should receive the product on 6 th of November..the product reached erode courior office on 4th November.. today's date 13th November, stil i dint receive my order..i dint get any information about product.when u vl delivery the order ..

        An order from jockey.com was supposed to reach 3rd Nov but got delayed due to COVID restrictions I hope. Estimated date on xpressbees tracker was on 6th Nov. It's still with them, rang customer care, they said they will reattempt in 24 hours. Final status is ' customer requested future delivery'. No one rang me from xpressbees yet.

        Nov 16 - got a text message with OTP which is to be shared with the delivery guy. But after an hour, got another message saying customer not available. My phone was available since I got the message.
        This is my first order on MEESHO I swear I've never faced such difficulties in any other shopping apps, I'm so [censored]ing pissed just to deliver a 265rs clock they need 10 ### days I spoke to the CUSTOMER service a 100 times so far I swear I'm starting to regret for ordering in MEESHO.

          Hi recently my one side earphone was not working so I raise a complaint with 1 year warranty to boat then they picked up my Boat Bassheads 103 earphone as per ticket no 3716160 and still I didn't get any earphone back with AWB no[protected] and it's showing WHHandover but I didn't get it.So I kindly request you to deliver my earphone as soon as possible

            We have ordered some medicines with expressbees track id [protected] on 5th of this month.Order dispatched on 10th but not delivered to us.The delivery boy phone number given in the order track is not working.Today it shows as delivery failed.what we do now...medicines not delivered yet...please find the attachment

                It is so frustrating that the service which should respect one timeline is barging it again and again.
                One of my order is with Xpressbees for past one week. While tracking, the order seems to be at my location for 5 days now but I have not been contacted or reached out even once. On the contrary, my order is getting postponed with each passing day. I receive emails / messages from the logistics that the order is not delivered as I opted for open delivery, I am not available at my address, etc. And I can confirm this that none of these reasons are facts.
                I wish to speak with the customer care of the logistics but they don't seem to hear the grievances of their customers.
                Shame!

                  The product is held at nearest delivery center since 5 days and they update fake reason with the customer not available reason. Even when they don't even call me.

                    My shipment hasn't been delivered to me it's been more than 10 days. It was shipped on 31st october and still it hasn't been delivered to me. And it has reached my city on 7th November. And they are not delivering my order.

                        I had made an online purchase . The following text is quoted from the shipping notification mail (I have also attached a screenshot of the notification)

                        " We have shipped the product
                        through XpressBees Logistics with Tracking No [protected].

                        Click on the link to see for yourself what the result is .
                        Use the tracking number [protected] by itself and it says " not found"
                        What is this. Where is my package ?

                        The issue was with the package tracking. The implementation of tracking system is extremely confusing, vague and downright absurd, enough to make a customer think his package has gone missing. However my package was delivered on time. So I am closing the complainant.

                          I'm from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.My AWB NO. FL[protected], On 13th October I have ordered these products from Ajio, so many days shipment was on hold in Gurgaon. I called to expressbees cus. care on 30th Oct. made follow up for 5 -6 days after that parcel reached to the Ahmedabad Hub on 1st Nov or 2nd Nov, but without any notification or any information you have created RTO, and I faced so much problem, as I'm working I spent lots of time for this shipment delivery follow up, though I didn't receive it, it's completely worst service you are providing.I need my compensation for these products, as i need it anyhow.and now i will not pay more amount for the same products.I NEED COMPENSATION.

                            For past 4 days - courier updating different fake updates. No one contacted me, never tried delivery. But incorrectly they are updating status as customer was not available, incorrect address, customer wants open delivery.

                            I wanted to know, who was the delivery executive? whom he contatced?

                            This is not the first time for me to have such bad experience with them, XpressBees is known for fakeupdates.

                            They dont want to deliver all the orders, instead they deliver veryfew and return everything else. I have visited their office, the people there showed me a mountain of parcels like garbage and he is asking me - "how do we identify your parcel from this?So, I am advising you to cancel and place a new order."

                              I had bought shoes from Ajio (tracking id: [protected]) and it is shown as shipped. But when i went to the given Xpressbees link to check the status there was no product listed there with that Id.

                                    I have been provided with the Diwali gift which is supposed to be delivered by Xpressbees. Even after the message of out of delivery, there was no attempt made to deliver the product and moreover, the activity is updated as "Customer wants future delivery". I am really not sure what to do now. Totally disappointed with the service.

                                      4 products of Landmark(Max) have been picked up on Oct 30 by courier Express bee at 11.48am from my address. Unfortunately I have deleted the sms of AWB number.

                                      [protected]- Kashinath Sardar from Expressbee is the courier person who picked up the products.

                                      Please look into this issue urgently since MAX is saying they have no record of product pick up in system.
