I've ordered an item from an Instagram store 'trendytreasures' on sep 20, 2021. They dispatched the item on 21 sep itself and also shared the tracking details.
However, I haven't received the package yet. They are showing the wrong delivery address as "customer wants a future delivery" again and again. In reality, I haven't even received a call from their side. And when I tried reaching out to them, it comes out to be a wrong number. Also, the number of delivery guy provided by the store owner is also wrong. He said, he doesn't work there any more and Xpressbees is a faulty company that frequently does the same with their customers.
Please, help me out as it was a prepaid order and the store owner is not refunding my amount, nor they are taking any action against their logistics.
