Xpressbees had delivered the product but it was the wrong one delivered and now after sending the wrong product they are not taking any complaints for the refund of the product. The payment made was of Rs1141. Please help me get back the refund.

Worse service ever as d delivery man call for 1 time I hv miss d call as I was in duty n when I call after my duty he hve told me that he call for several times n yelled me dat I hv order my things n never attend a call when he come for delivery as I was in duty n I hv miss only 1 misscall if he don't want to deliver it then no need to lied about things n blame a customer with stupid things hope ur services improved here after n better to recruit properly while recruiting a delivery man n train them some basic rules n regulations to meet customer satisfaction

One parcel from ORIFLAME was scheduled to be delivered.I am ordering vfrom ORIFLAM via Xprees Beez since last 2-3 months.Never it took more that 2-3 day to deliver .But this time it is already 5 days still the shipment is't delivered.
It is showing "In transit from CCU/PC1, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL" since 04.10.2021 8.30 A.M.

I have one order with was to be delivered via xpressbees via byjus and 10 days are over it was showing out for delivery and finally today it is showing RTO even I do not want to return the order. This is not a good way and it is quite important order. AWB no.[protected]

Xpressbees delivery boy named (Sandeep vats ) he take away my product on 29/09/2021, I didn't get any info about it on my sms or mail I just have a ### AWB number which they gave me to track my product

And I tried to track today so my product is out of delivery today ( 4 oct )
Now in evening I tried to track again the product is delivered, I just want to know where I don't get my product I want it back at any cost my money is not a waste

You've delayed my order for about 9 days and now you returned it. How am I supposed to do and I already prepaid it. And had the audacity to say that I change my address and pin code .I've been waited you all through the time and I didn't even go out for more than 2 weeks now expecting your delivery and now I get rto in transit. Such a lovely result( sarcasm).

As I got a message with delivery code from Xpbees that I am about receive a parcel from Rbl.. But I didn't received the parcel more over I got a message that, since I was not available that's why the parcel not delivered.
The next day I called the customer care and told what happened. Then I took the concerned person mobile number.
Then I tried calling him for next 3days, even I kept text messages but no response.
On the 4th day he answered and simply said that the parcel was sent back.
I took the office address and went there.
The manager told me a silly reason that the Rbl people haven't kept + symbol in front of 91 in the mobile no., that's why we're rejected the parcel. How petty..

I waited for the product for the whole day as it was showing out for delivery AWB no [protected] but neither received a single message ar notification. Now at 11 pm it's showing in tracking the product is undelivered because the CUSTOMERs wants it later? How dangerous this company is.The delivery executives dont deliver products instead they have fun on duty hours and forward fake updates.Do they think we are ###, that we will order things, wait for it and will want it later.This is an absolutely scam company.They intentionally damage parcels, do whatever they want.This xpressbess license should be cancelled immediately. They are thieves. Not a single querry is answered from their end. Immediately these companies should be banned they steal valuable products.

I have booked an order with No [protected] On 20 sep. I have received a waste dumped cloths with the courier on 28 sep. courier boy told that he is not having online payment machine and taken an amount of 716 and he also sent delivery message. When I opened immediately I was shocked n called courier boy but he told that he had already left I requested him but no response. On 30 sep again i received a message that the product will be reached soon . Great cheating by whom??? God only knows

I had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 17september . On the 27th of September it showed as out for delivery and on the 7th it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product
