I had apply to my boat warranty claim on August 23 and my products has picked up on 24th August, and then I got message that it will get 4 days and I am still waiting over today and do not get any kind of message or mails regarding my claim so, I am requesting to you please solve my problem as soon as possible and let me know.

    Dear Sir.

    Due to fake updates & unprofessional behavior of xpress bees courier boys every day I have to face huge loss.
    Because of them RTO graph increase. Most interesting part of their unprofessional behavior is that without calling customers they update status customers want open delivery when we cross check it with our esteemed Customers they start cursing my mother. My mother is not for curses. They start asking for proofs. Now today many clients cursed me and threaten me to drag in court.
    If same thing happened. I will drag xpress bees in court also. Sir I am sharing some tracking I'ds where fake updates had been given that customers wasn't available but in reality no one visited nor called them.

          Delay in delivery of the parcel

          I have placed an order on Meesho on 2nd September, 2021. Xpressbees courier service site is showing estimated delivery date as : 8th September, 2021.

          Today it is 10th September, and still the product has not yet delivered.

            I ordered from skin pharmacy. I called the delivery boy 2:18pm.                 My order is delayed by more than a month. I was never contacted by the delivery person during this period. Status changed to "Future delivery" and then to RTO declared without even contacting me. The tracking number is #[protected].

                  i got message on 8 sept you oder is out for delivery but still whole day gone and produict was not delivered and at 9.20 PM on 8 spet2021 i got messagge and email(Hi! we've delivered your order 751594_BMUM01187 from BoAt. The shipment arrived in shirpir on 8 sept 2021 11:47 AM, it could have been delivered on that day only.. But still no sign of delivery... what the hell is this?                     I raised returned pickup of 2 suits (MEESHO)

                    MEESHO Order [protected](red and black suit). I am sending pic also(THIS SUIT PICKED UP BY XPRESSBEES RETURNED PICKUPED GUY (AGE 40+)

                    MEESHO Order: (green): [protected] there were two pickup guys who came 1st one took a green color suit another one came(whose age is near 40+) and asked about the green suit. I told him that one was picked up by another guy. He said give me a red suit if it is not returned I will return to you in the evening.

                    The delivery guy never gives pickup slips. Meesho asked about the pickup slip.

                      I have ordered from Boat on 2nd Sept and, this is the pathetic delivery partner they chose to deliver their products to us. Everyday these people go for pickup and everyday the pickup is not done. Same scenario from 4 days no updates no change. I don't understand, the place is somewhat close to my house? Why can't you just pick up and delivery? Or tell me the address I will go and pick my order, because expecting delivery from you is a stupid thing. You are not here to do your delivery job, you are here to fool people.

At 08:34pm on 04/09/2021 .As there was no message aur call to receive my products before this message., I have mentioned my mobile number along with address. Mr Sarfarz from NV SHOPEE help me to send courier boy number, I called him to confirm for my delivery he refuses he is not carrying it. I HV record his call and send to sarfarz.
