I placed an order BoAt containing BOAT Rockerz 255 Pro+ from Boat.com. Order from https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/ with order id # 751594_BMUM01187 placed on 1 Sept 2021.
i got message on 8 sept you oder is out for delivery but still whole day gone and produict was not delivered and at 9.20 PM on 8 spet2021 i got messagge and email(Hi! we've delivered your order 751594_BMUM01187 from BoAt. Moreover there is no delivery on 8 spet 2021 too. I called there customer care xpressbess for three times but there is no proper reply. I called agent ([protected] - hanif teli) from destination location - shirpur, their contact number was not answered ring going but they cutting my call. The shipment arrived in shirpir on 8 sept 2021 11:47 AM, it could have been delivered on that day only.. But still no sign of delivery... what the hell is this? I raised returned pickup of 2 suits (MEESHO)

MEESHO Order [protected](red and black suit). I am sending pic also(THIS SUIT PICKED UP BY XPRESSBEES RETURNED PICKUPED GUY (AGE 40+)

MEESHO Order: (green): [protected] there were two pickup guys who came 1st one took a green color suit another one came(whose age is near 40+) and asked about the green suit. I told him that one was picked up by another guy. He said give me a red suit if it is not returned I will return to you in the evening.

The delivery guy never gives pickup slips. Meesho asked about the pickup slip.

I have ordered from Boat on 2nd Sept and, this is the pathetic delivery partner they chose to deliver their products to us. Everyday these people go for pickup and everyday the pickup is not done. Same scenario from 4 days no updates no change. I don't understand, the place is somewhat close to my house? Why can't you just pick up and delivery? Or tell me the address I will go and pick my order, because expecting delivery from you is a stupid thing. You are not here to do your delivery job, you are here to fool people.

This was supposed to be delivered on 7th September to durgapur westbengal but sitting in kolkata hub since Sunday without any movement.
Called customer care but didn't get any resolution.

Kindly take a strict action against these culprit

I received message from Xpress Bees,
AWB: [protected] from BIG SHIP not fulfill due to incomplete address For Query call : [protected]. At 08:34pm on 04/09/2021 .As there was no message aur call to receive my products before this message., I have mentioned my mobile number along with address. Mr Sarfarz from NV SHOPEE help me to send courier boy number, I called him to confirm for my delivery he refuses he is not carrying it. I HV record his call and send to sarfarz. Your courier boy Shiv lal khurana and his number [protected].
BEFORE THIS DELIVERY I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED OTHER PARCEL FROM YOUR COURIER. PLZ CHECK IT.

I didn't recieve my prepaid product which shipped on 6th August 2021.the product marked in the sight is on 12th August 2021 @1.01pm . But the product didn't recieve yet. The product which is very expensive. Please deliver the product in this week or please return me the amount which cost 3500 rupees.

I have ordered boat smart watch from boat official website and delivery partner was XpressBees but the delivery boy was a fraud who took my watch and repasted blank box moreover he also asking me to give feedback before giving packet and then he moved out quickly as it can be seen in cctv footage

We received an old product which we had not ordered. We are unable to return due to no tracking as per the order ID.

My boat wireless earphones has been sent for repair on August 27th still didn't reach me, when i open the website and checked the status of the delivery it shows as already delivered in mumbai on 2 September, status as dto destination as mumbai...

I'm kindly requesting to you let me know the precise day of return of my product to me, my ticket no:-3188813, waybill number:[protected]
And make sure that my product will reach me

Got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'. But still i did not get any product# from courier on this. When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

Courier service is failed to provide the details of the seller so I am unable to return the product for which I have paid 2058rs as cod.

Booked a medical equipments via romsons on 28th Aug 21 and it was expected to deliver via Xpressbees on 3rd sep 21- from tracking AWB
Update provided was Product reached Destination vadodara on 2nd sep 21, then there is no Movement for two days, on 4th sep 21 message received was product is out of delivery.

Till late evening on 4th sep 21 no one turned up, post calling xpressbees customer care number got the delivery contact number.

On 6:30 PM 4th September 21 contacted Mr Ravi Xpressbees delivery vadodara( [protected]) and requested him that this are medical equipments and needed today only and he said it be delivered by 9:00 PM

And then at 8:00PM this Xpressbees courier AWB tracking shows the status as customer not available and this Mr Ravi not responding and picking up the call.

Boat Blutooth in issue that 35 Day Complete in xpressbees couriers pick up but till time not solution and meny time Mali and call but not aa Solutions. so please check and update.

I have ordered pre paid orders through meesho and my customer not even recieved a call for delivery but product have been returned

I have ordered a generic top from amazon, xpressbees has marked it delivered where as i haven't got it yet.

Delivery boy neither coming nor picking the phone since 5 day days I get message of order coming today but at the end of the day they cancel it this the worst ever service I have ever met👎

My shipping code is not being taken when I call customer care.Tracking ID shows that my product has been delivered but my product has not yet reached my hands. August 15th took my product to August 22nd showing delivery but today 2nd September my product has not yet arrive
