I had placed an order from firstcry.com to be delivered in Bangalore pincode 560103, Bellandur and they used the xpressbees service and the order was to be delivered on 26th June'21 but has not been delivered till now..they just sent a message on 26th morning at 8.02 am that the order is out for delivery so I waited till 6 in the evening but no delivery done as assured by their customer service will be done before 8 pm..and after that when...

!! FRAUD DONE BY YOUR STAFF !!

I Madhuri Mishra booked 2 products from an online platform on dated 04-JUN-21 for which I got the tracking ID [protected] and [protected] and product gets delivered to me on 09-JUN-21 by your courier boy (hopefully his name is Prem Shankar).

But due to some reason I didn't like that product and raised a request for a reversal for both of my orders....

One of the most Third Class company. all lazy people work here, they will delay your parcel to deliver for sure....

I just had a call from delivery boy whose number is [protected] and he ordered me to pick up parcel and I refused it . I requested him to deliver on my door .later I got a message like this AWB:[protected] from Pickrr Tech.. not fulfil as you want delivery later.For query call:[protected], For feedback pls click fb.xbees.in/pYTCyxGj Xpressbees...

Pickup for return hasn't been done since 5 days I'm waiting for pickup to be done but it seems your service isn't that nice...

I have Order Party Pink Churidar Order No.TY16650 on 20.05.2021 and paid the amount of Rs.924 thru online at the company name Trypich.com. I have send several mails till today.
But the company said, they have simply sent the Expreesbee corrier Track No.[protected] always and ask me to check.Finally they told that it has delivered.

As on date, I have not yet received the order, no one call me while delivery and not...

For the last 3 days, I am getting an SMS with a tracking number, and someone is coming to the building with the fake parcel and says it's a COD order.

SMS message is as below

Order:[protected]_1.. from of Naughty Nin.., AWB:[protected] of Rs.1686.00 will reach soon.For query call:[protected], Pay by Cash/UPI. Xpressbees

The thing is, we never ordered anything on any site, and it's a fraud. We...

Sir/mam, my order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] has to be delivered to me On or Before 25th of this Month . So, i request you to deliver my product as soon as possible as it is urgent...

I ordered the product from Nyka and the courier was given by xpressbees .Due to some reason I could not pick up the call so he started using false language and questioned me why I didn't answer his call.After this He called again and started abusing and also threatened me and misbehaved with me and my brother by his abusive language.The number for courier boy is [protected].Take action against him and his actions....

The delivery agent refused to deliver the item at the designated address on First Floor. Instead asked the customer to come on road and pick up the order.
Since then several complaints have been made to the Xpressbees logistics via email as well as telephonically but no solution has been provided by the company till date....

My order is delayed for more than 30 days but it is not delivered yet. It reached the destination one month ago and now its showing RTO without the delivery person reaching me. They didn't even call me or not calling me back even after I'm calling him from last seven days straight....

I ordered a dress online, the delivery was supposed to happen before a week. Tracking system says I have received the item even before the date order. I suggest u deliver my product or else I'm going to complain about this cheating....

I ordered a dress a i receive a saree. I request that please take it back and give me my real parcel. Please i want to return this wrong parcel thank you....

Mr.Netranand Sahu a delivery person in orrisa his mobile number is [protected] he is the worst of all when called and asked to deliver the parcel he said ### OFF. i said brother just asking you to deliver it. He is dont call me who the hell are you i dont care. He made me feel scared as if i am talking to a goon. Being impolite is something else but being a goon and harrasing us. AWB[protected] FAKE/Dummy order that i never placed.
On 4th may 2021 your courier boy named Malook Baamad/Hariom([protected]) delivered some packet to me which neither me nor any of my family members ordered for COD/785.00 rupees. The order was definitely carrying my contact number [protected] and shipping address(the shop which i was using on rental 10 years ago). He delivered me the packet at my home address not at the shipping address.Only...

I call the number that came in your message. The boy did not go to the office that day with the number that was in it. I called your customer care but could not say what is the name of my delivery boy and his contact number.The reason given for delivery is that the customer's mobile number and address are incorrect. How do you know that my contact number and address are wrong because I called your customer care yesterday? You do not know...
