This order was booked on 30th June from Coimbatore to New Delhi. I understand it's a long distance but today is 7th July and the product already lamded in New Delhi 2 days back!!

Still, there is no update on delivery and the customer care number is useless as the call never gets connected. Truly the worst experience I've ever had with a courier service. I can't believe how it is surviving in such a competitive landscape

    AWB:1385121141038 Shipment not delivered. Getting SMS stating I want delivery later but I did not choose any such option.

    Almost two weeks happened still now I did not get my courier. even I tried to call XPRESSBEES customer care no proper response. please return my courier. or else take necessary action for this issue....

      AWB[protected]; Shipment not delivered. Getting SMS stating I want delivery later but I did not choose any such option.

      The Shipment is from Flinto online school, important study material for my kid. Actually I'm waiting for the delivery from past 10 days.

      But I'm getting consecutive message to my mobile stating. Couldn't fulfill the shipment as you want delivery later. I did not choose or update any such option. In fact no body is reached out to me regarding delivery.

      If Shipment could not be delivered, I could go and collect from nearest xpressbees branch. Pls reach out to me +[protected] and update me on where I can go and collect the shipment.

                  My package was recived in my city on 27th of june. Today is 4th july and the package is not deliverd. It says customer wants futre delivery where i never asked for such. the delivery boy who was supposed to deliver the package says he left the job when itriedto contact him. Its very bad and poor service. The problem is bad communication the package delivering late is okay but we must be properly notified about that.

                    I was receiving the message of Product arriving today but not getting any information about my product delivery after that, courier boy talking rudely and refusing to come to the address which provided for delivery, It been almost more than 10 days now I am not getting any info about my product, Not able to track my product, I contacted customer care several times and They said by today EOD you will receive parcel but sadly till today it is not received, now not able to contact to customer care also, call not going.

                    I want my product ASAP delivered to my address.

                      The estimated delivery date was 21st June. Every morning a message comes that the package was out for delivery and at evening another message comes that delivery failed as the customer is not available for receiving. But I have not received a single call till now from the delivery agent. Now it's shown in shipment tracking as 'customer opted for open delivery'. I wanted to know when I did all these because as per my knowledge, I haven't received any updates on my order till now. This is a highly irresponsible behavior on your part.                                       They did not deliver my package but updated the tracking status as "delivered". i can't even ask for refund from the company i ordered the parcel from because of that.
