Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain against courier company Xpressbees regarding failure to deliver my package to RTO

I am an online seller.I have a website named Shivam Garment.I sent a shipment to xpressbees to deliver goods to my customer 5 months ago. Which was Returned Not Delivered (RTO). Despite several attempts and follow-ups with the company, the package was not returned to me

A total of 5 of my RTO shipments have not been returned to me. The total price of which is 8475 rupees. This shipment has completed 6 months.

As per the terms and conditions of the delivery agreement, the company is responsible for ensuring that the package is delivered to the desired location within a specified time frame. However, their lack of action and delay in resolving the issue has caused me undue inconvenience and financial loss.

Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company through their customer support channels I am yet to get any satisfactory response or resolution of the issue. And they tried to deliver the wrong shipment to me. Which I rejected. (Below is the packaging video and photos of the wrong parcel)

It doesn't give me any proper solution. So I am left with no option but to refer the matter to the consumer forum for appropriate action.

I request the consumer forum to take necessary steps for redressal of my complaint and hold the courier company responsible for their negligence and non-compliance with the delivery agreement and compensate me.

    I have placed an order on Fastrack on 23rd July 2023. Xpressbees courier service site is showing Out for delivery since 29th July.. every second day it is showing out for delivery

    Today it is 8th Aug, and still the product has not yet delivered.

    The given Customer Care number always shows switched off. What 3rd class service you provide i don't understand

      My AWB no. [protected]
      For the last 4 days it’s showing out for delivery, delivery attempt fail, verify address.
      The customer care has zero control over the delivery agents. They asking they gave me the number of the agent, but agent doesn’t pick phone only. Just getting OTPs not the products and at the end of every day…they would just write delivery fail and verify address. I ve been getting products for nyka every month on the same address. I ordered 7 items in total out of which 2 came and for the rest it’s asking me to verify address and delivery attempt fail…horrible service

        I have a seller account on shiprocket with the name of Highstreet accessories . I made a order for karnataka on 6 july 2023
        awb NO. - [protected] .
        And due to wrong contact details the shipment wasn't deliver to the customer. and now ndr has been created on the panel. after three attempts, now the shipment is in rto panel i.e on 15 july 2023.

        Now the packet reached the hub on 20 july 2023 . the delivery date showed is 29 july 23 .
        after that day i'm not getting any call from the delivery boy for any otp verification or something. from last one week i'm complaining about this in the shiprocket and xpressbees. But no action has been taken !!!

        today on 3 aug 23, i got to know that the package is lost and not yet updated to my panel . and NOW, refusing to claim the refund because it is not insured . But i need my full refund !!!

          The delivery boy refused to deliver the parcel on the 1st day and 2nd day he delivered and advised me not to open the parcel till evening, in the evening he comes and takes away the parcel saying it's returning to warehouse even though customer never made any such requests, upon asking he harassed and threatened the customer that he will cancel all future deliveries if customer and snatched the parcel away pushing the lady by grabbing her hard.               I have placed an order on FIRSTCRY on 2OTth Aug 2023. Xpressbees courier service site is showing estimated delivery date as :26th Aug 2023.

              Today it is 26th JULY, and still the product has not yet delivered.

                I purchased some spare part from Boodmo. Expected delivery date was 23 July. Parcel reached at final warehouse on 22 July Itself. Todays is 25th July. I am chasing from 23 July to deliver spares part. But they are not responding properly. Every day they saying wait for 48hrs. I requested to provide warehouse address so that I can personally collect but they providing wrong warehouse address.

                    Not get OTP

                    They are not giving me my parcel as i have not provided my WhatsApp number and this company only share OTP through WhatsApp which i didn't know. Now everyday they are refusing to give me my parcel. I also called the customer care but nothing happened....

                    I didn't receive any parcel or delivery partner didn't gave me parcel . I received a call from delivery partner but I didn't receive OTP or any message from your Xpress bees. That's why he refused to give me my parcel . It's not my fault . Its your company fault that I didn't get OTP . I never faced this type of problem .I'm disappointed with your service .. Resolve my problem and please deliver my parcel

                              I was expecting a delivery from xpressbees on 21.7.2023. Suddenly i received a message stating that the product is out for delivery on 19.7.2023 and received a delivery code too. Then i was expecting for a phone call from the executive. But in the end of the day, i received a message from xpressbees stating that the delivery was failed without any specific reason. I have contacted customer care to raise the complaint, but no person attended the call. Filed the call back request too, but didn't receive any call from the customer care. Now I don't know how to get my product. Kindly take necessary actions to get my product successfully. My AWB number is [protected]. Thank you

                                I had ordered some products from urbanic prepaid from the app it’s showing shipped & reached to my destination from past 4-5 days and without contacting the person it’s showing customer not available and it’s not being delivered to me yet. The customer care service told they would deliver within Wednesday but they didn’t and today on 14th July i got message it’s out of delivery and when I called the delivery agent he said he doesn’t deliver to my area and told me collect from their courier service and they made me wait for more than 2 hours telling they will get my product within half hour l. The service by xpressbees is really bad kindly look into it and don’t make customer suffer it

                                  They deliver me a saaree of rs. 599/- which i don't even order. I refuse to take the order but they kept saying that you have to take the order then i take order. But i want to return the order and refund the amount

                                    I purchased a product from JIOMART worth INR 12440...Since 10th of July I am getting mesaage from xpressbees regarding product is out for delivery and every night they give false reason o[censored]navaibility to recieve, customer wanted delivery later etc..the pathetic thing is that on contacting xpressbees customer care you cant directly talk to any one..they dont respond for call back complaint too...no one gives number of delivery partner and no one helps to solve issue...really it is a fraud company

                                      Have two orders that were scheduled to be delivered by xpressbees on 11th July 2023.

                                      Nobody came for delivery today . When I called Delivery Partner, he was asking for KYC documents for delivery. Why do I need to give KYC documents?

                                      How I will be sure that my information is not misused?

                                      Similar things happened for earlier deliveries also.KYC being asked.
                                      Can xpressbees give me written mail that a KYC document is needed for delivery or show me company policy stating that KYC is needed?

                                      MY DELIVERIES ARE GETTING DELAYED FROM 4TH JULY.
                                      THIS IS A PURE CASE OF CUSTOMER HARRASMENT
