After raising complaint in consumer forum, i got a call yesterday from a person named deepak [protected]. He claims himself as employee of manyavar complaints department.. He asked me my card number... Cvv.. And also otp to refund money... How safe it is to deal with manyavar now... When bank clearly says not to share these details with anyone.

And my money is also not refu we till now.. And people there are not at all bothered...

My name is Kumaresh babu. My son Haris joined in Vedantu classes for 9 (for the acadamic year 23-24) & 10th (acadamic year 24-25). and now 9th annual exam is going on. During the joining of the Vedantu, there are so many promises made by your team. But day by day, nothing is followed. We seen there is NO improvement in my son accadamic study.

PFA, scored of last exam.

We feel attending Vedantu class not help us. We are not satisfied at all.

We are not satisfied your coching. is that possible, can I refund my money?

Not only the above score card, whole year he is scored like this, So we are not interested to attend the 10th Standard Classes through Vedantu.

I paid total Rs, 54, 000.00 for the tuition fee.

I sent several mail request to refund my money, they are given some unacceptable reason and rejecting my request. Could you please arrange the refund?

I checked the Manyavar website and under my orders out of 3 kurtas, 2 have been shown as pick up failed.
However, the person from Delhivery.com collected all 3 kurtas but Manyavar's online system is showing that only one kurta was received & amount refunded.

On that same day (14.Nov.2023), another person from Bluedart had come later in the day to collect the other 2 kurtas but they were already picked up by the Delhivery.com person.

I requested Manyavar via email and phone several times to please check with Delhivery.com as they have all my kurtas or perhaps the person who picked up the 3 kurtas, recorded one and took 2 kurtas for himself.

It has been more than 10 days and the amount is still not refunded.
This morning, one more person from Bluedart came to collect all 3 kurtas.

It appears that Manyavar does not have a proper tracking system of their orders and consumers like me have to pay the price for their mismanagement.

Bought a Bridal Lehenga at Santa Craz, Mumbai branch. My shopping experience was fairly good. Since it was noted to be a good brand i trusted to deliver a good and quality product to my country, Malaysia. And what i received what absolutely rubbish. The blouse was stiched so poorly using a cheap lining material, no side stiching, no finishing with threads cmg out everywhere and what worse and completely made sooooo very upset was the stones, and beadings were dropping like crazy to the floor. I just took it out from the package and wore it to try it out...And all the stones from both the blouse and lehenga skirt was on the floor. The lehange design ans colour looked so different compared to the time we bought it. When we called the branch...the call was answered by different person everytime even though we asked the manager. When finally got the the manager, the manager talked so rudely, non- apologetic, so very arrogant, non accomdating and spoke very irrationally. He basically asked to deliver it back to india on our own expense and said he can fix it within 24 hours and we have to pay delivery charges again back to Malaysia. He spoke so very rudely and high tones. It is very obvious he is wrong here but trying to be defensive. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. Its absolutely rubbish.Now i have to find a new outfit for my event that is 2 weeks away.

On may 12th I ordered a product of rs3499
My money was deducted . I received an email stating order was successful.

I bought manyvar juti in November first, i used it for one day function, after that its condition is worst, i am attaching the images .

We visited the manyavar store in Next Galleria Mall, Punjagutta, Hyderabad on 26th November 2022. We lost a bracelet worth 1.5 Lakh there. We immediately realized the loss of the ornament and returned back to the store. We requested the store people for the CC TV footage. They denied our request initially. After continuous pursual they have shown the footage of main entrance. It is clear from the footage that the bracelet is there on the hand while entering the store but not there while leaving. The staff there are least bothered to search for the lost bracelet. There were no other customers during that time. We very much suspect the staff personnel over there. We lost our hard-earned valuable ornament. It is a great financial loss for us. In spite of losing the ornament this is only a vigilance and intimation about the behavior of the staff in this manyavar outlet.

Initially I bought a Sherwani from Manyavar Lajpat Nagar, Delhi store.

when I visited after 1 week on[protected]After confirming 2 times on call if it is altered) to collect it, they had not done the alteration. Thankfully I tried it once and realized no alteration was done.
I asked them to deliver it to Meerut Manyavar after altering as I am from Meerut and can't visit Delhi store again & again.

I visited Meerut Abu Lane store, I tried the sherwani again, and it had short sleeves so Meerut Abu Lane store told me that they will alter it and they asked me to collect it next day.

Next day again I visited their store (after confirming it on call if it is altered), and the sherwani was still not altered and on top of that, they had misplaced the pajama that came along with sherwani).
I am still waiting for them to give me the product after proper alteration.

Totally unprofessional behavior from All the Manyavar stores.

I have purchased a product from their online store.
But the color that I have chosen that did not receive to me also the size that i have choose, it was different .

I have contact with them and ask for the store replacement .
After a long hassle I am able to take a different peace from their store with different peace as they told me the product that i have choose that is not available right at the moment.

Well finally I have tale the product from the store but once again the same drama happen. After billing I left the store, but when i reached home and checked the package once again it is damaged and teared .

Once again I have contact the store they told me to come to the store and take a replace of that thing .

Even if they told me that this is very usual and very common thing .

The quality of the item received vide order id MV [protected] is really bad and shameful. Tje xustomer support is also not helping in returning the item and getting refund.

Cobalt Blue Kurta Set

I made two orders on Saturday 14 Nov 2020..during checkout it showed standard delivery as Nov 20 and after payment it showed it may delay for 7 days.. I have my marriage on Nov 22..i tried to reach them on all numbers and mailed twice on all their mail id s.. No customer concern at all..

I went to borivali store, they were forcing me to buy the things kept in display which was dirty and used. When i asked for new piece they said they dont have. Me and my family wanted to do wedding shopping, completely spoiled our times and it was harrasment from them.
All the products like safa, dupatta and juti were very dirty and so many people try and use it. And they said i have to buy same thing. For any item they dont have fresh piece. I will share this in newspaper, but also wanted everyone to know online as well.
