I have order my product on 15 may 2021 through first cry, every now and them i m receiving fake message ( customer is not present, customer want evening delivery etc ) i have rang up to xpressbees customer care number still product has not reached, it seems their careless attitude toward customer,...

I have order my product on 15 may 2021, product is not yet deliver 5 jun2021, i m receiving fake reason for not delivery on time, its very disappointing,...

One will never come across such an unprofessional, arrogant courier service. They work exactly opposite of their name. LAZYBEES is a name more opt for them. They will kill your live plants, they will take 30 days for a courier from hyderabad to himachal pradesh that was even before covid. So, if this is the last courier company left in the world - WALK....

My courier not delivered with tracking id [protected] even after 5 days of folloup with customer care.
Delivery boy saying I will not come to deliver at door step. He forcing for pick up. What a fraud company is this. Customer care team is only for giving 24 hour wait time but do nothing...

Delivery date of my order from healthkart was 2/06/2020 but till 5/06/2020 it was not delivered. Then i got a message saying that "you have opted for late delivery thats why we are unable to deliver your order."
But i have not opted for any late delivery. Then i myself went to the xpressbees dispatch center. There i found that my order was their but it was opened. This type of service should be banned....

I did not receive any updates or any phone call from ur courier..but the status always shows that RTO..
but I didn't kept any Return.. without intimating me your courier service intimated Rto ...is this the way u deliver item to your customers.....

I have booked the courier on 28th from Mumbai to Jarkhand and the EDD was 1st June. it is a perishable product. however the delivery got delayed and EDD changed to 3rd June. i could see on the website that the parcel reached to Orissa. today is 5th June, parcel is not yet reached. by now my product would have gone damaged as it was perishable. the product cost was 1500rs. i need a refund of my amount.

also i have logged a complaint...

Sir/mam, my order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] has not been delivered yet to me since 4 days . So, i request you to deliver my product TODAY as soon as possible as it is urgent....

They have the most unprofessional staff /delivery boys.
The appointed delivery boys tell you they don’t have the parcel and it shows they reattempted but they never do. They lie and the status manupilation is next level that it will always be the customer’s fault.
It’s been more than 15 days, it’s not even returned to the seller forget delivering to the customer.
They will leave you disappointed.

After all this you guys mark the order return to origin..what the hole [censored] you are doing... customer are waiting for their package and you guys return that.

Worst experience with this delivery service.
Where as I have shared my address along with alternate mobile and address but your office is invisible your delivery boy never try to call customer and mark the status mobile incorrect...🙄

My order is delayed for more than 12 days but it is still not delivered.now its showing rto without reaching me. they didn't evng call me or didn't get any update about my order.It’s showing RTO intiated and location is showing my town only .Will they give me if go to pick my parcels?please solve this

But my customer received a saree
The gown costs ₹799 but they hav given a cotton saree

Plzz take back the saree and refund the money...

Since Saturday they send message that your item is out for delivery but the person don't call me and give fake reasons for not delivering. Why expressbess employ uneducated persons even if I call they cut my call. Very bad experience I want my orders which is prepaid....

This is my expressbees tracking I'd [protected].It is out for delivery on 21st May 2021 as per site still the item not recieved..what was the vault, it should be informed what's the necessity of this courier as all the others are delivering on date.
