Since Saturday they send message that your item is out for delivery but the person don't call me and give fake reasons for not delivering. Why expressbess employ uneducated persons even if I call they cut my call. Very bad experience I want my orders which is prepaid.

I will ordered a product it is delivered but is defective and different product was delivered so I want to return this product but there is no return option please help I need money argent

This is my expressbees tracking I'd [protected].It is out for delivery on 21st May 2021 as per site still the item not recieved..what was the vault, it should be informed what's the necessity of this courier as all the others are delivering on date.

Hi this is junaid ul Islam and I am from Malik pora pulwama kashmir pin 192301.
I had orded for3 slim fit cotton shirts but I received a dirty upper of some female kid. I have paid 750 I want either the item I had already orderd Or just pay me back what has been taken from me.

Xpressbees agents are always asking to come and collect the parcel from their office never they come and deliver it to my door step, and send fake messages always stating that I am refusing to collect the parcel amd also I have registered complaint with their customer support team for three times even then there is no proper action taken on the same..

My parcel consists of medicines actual Expected deliver date is 26/05/2021, When i called on 27th may, they asked me wait 48, I requested them to deliver soon, I received message from company on 29th and 30th that my shipment is out for deliver, But i did not received any call from the deliver person, When i call to the number of delivery person, which is mentioned in message it put on switched off for two days. again on 31st i raised issue against this issue with customer care they assigned new deliver person, When i called him, He told me to pick the shipment from the branch, and after again i called him few minutes later after complaining in the customer care, He also put is phone switched. While delivering medicine how the courier boy behaves rude?? I am the deliver person who is going to pick my order my self??? then what is the need of deliver persons and the courier company. Please i need to be resolution for the loss, imagine when medicine delivers late, Please stop the courier service if can't able operate properly.

I am writing this mail in utmost disappointment & dissatisfaction from the service I am getting from your renowned and prestigious company. I am Sharad Chandra from Onlinewale. My two parcels till date, have been hampered in the middle before delivery. The items from my parcels have been either missing or changed with other items. It has been noticed in two of my parcels. Item Enclosed: 4 Piece T-Shirts

Brief: In this case, the item enclosed in AWB No. [protected] was delivered to the customer. And 4 Piece T-shirt is missing. This parcel delivered to the customer is also changed. My parcel size was big as compared to what my customer received. My parcel weight was 1.28 Kgs.

I would also like to bring your attention to the fact that, Delivery staff is not capturing the original signature of the person to whom the parcel is handed over. It can be easily understood that the delivery person himself is doing the sign at the time of delivery.

It is a serious concern of parcel hampering and theft, in between before delivery from any of your culprit staff which should be immediately addressed.

I am running a business and due to these incidents I am facing reputational as well as financial loss. I have been your regular customer and running my business with such huddles will not suit my business appetite. I have to shift my dealing to another company immediately, if this matter is not sorted immediately.

I would like to hear from you on this matter on an immediate basis.

Also please share video samples, which can be helpful in getting the false person.
