Hi,

My shipment with AWB No. [protected]
My parcel consists of medicines actual Expected deliver date is 26/05/2021, When i called on 27th may, they asked me wait 48, I requested them to deliver soon, I received message from company on 29th and 30th that my shipment is out for deliver, But i did not received any call from the deliver person, When i call to the number of delivery person, which is mentioned in message it put on switched off for two days. again on 31st i raised issue against this issue with customer care they assigned new deliver person, When i called him, He told me to pick the shipment from the branch, and after again i called him few minutes later after complaining in the customer care, He also put is phone switched. While delivering medicine how the courier boy behaves rude?? I am the deliver person who is going to pick my order my self??? then what is the need of deliver persons and the courier company. Please i need to be resolution for the loss, imagine when medicine delivers late, Please stop the courier service if can't able operate properly.

I am writing this mail in utmost disappointment & dissatisfaction from the service I am getting from your renowned and prestigious company. I am Sharad Chandra from Onlinewale. My two parcels till date, have been hampered in the middle before delivery. The items from my parcels have been either missing or changed with other items. It has been noticed in two of my parcels. I am attaching the image and videos of the delivered parcel as well as the parcel which I have clicked before handing over to Pick up Staff Mr. Santosh (Contact No. +91 [protected]).

My both parcels were booked for two different locations i.e. Delhi & Haryana.

Brief: In this parcel Kids Kurta Pajama got delivered to the customer. Track suit was missing. We do not deal in Kids Kurta Pajama.

Delivery Location: Fatehabad, Haryana

Pickup Staff Name: Santosh

Pickup date: 27/05/2021

Delivery Person Name: Krishan Lal (Contact No.- +91 [protected])

Item Enclosed: 4 Piece T-Shirts

Brief: In this case, the item enclosed in AWB No. [protected] was delivered to the customer. And 4 Piece T-shirt is missing. This parcel delivered to the customer is also changed. My parcel size was big as compared to what my customer received. My parcel weight was 1.28 Kgs.

I would also like to bring your attention to the fact that, Delivery staff is not capturing the original signature of the person to whom the parcel is handed over. It can be easily understood that the delivery person himself is doing the sign at the time of delivery.

It is a serious concern of parcel hampering and theft, in between before delivery from any of your culprit staff which should be immediately addressed.

I am running a business and due to these incidents I am facing reputational as well as financial loss. I have been your regular customer and running my business with such huddles will not suit my business appetite. I have to shift my dealing to another company immediately, if this matter is not sorted immediately.

I would like to hear from you on this matter on an immediate basis.

Also please share video samples, which can be helpful in getting the false person.

The Complaint is about the above "Items Ordered" which is NOT DELIVERED to the above "ADDRESS".

Courier Picked up from Chandigarh on 26 April 2021 to be delivered at Surat. But it has been more than a month and my courier has not been delivered at Surat.
I had also contacted Mr. Deepak Patil in-charge of Surat XPRESSBEES office on his mobile no.+[protected] two days back. He said that he will deliver look into the matter. But now he is also not picking up the phone and courier is still undelivered. Kindly look into the matter so that my courier reaches its destination without any further delay.

Xpressbees is not responding. I have mailed and also called.

I had my myntra parcel pickup from one of the delivery boy of your company, first of all he wasnt ready to come to the door step and further argued about it...on constant request he came upstairs but had no mask on his face and not even a simple cloth to cover his mouth and nose and no protection epiupment.He responded very rudely when asked about his mask.
In times of this pandemic, I expect safe delivery and pickup services and on this basis we trust your services and make orders.
Such attitude and behaviours is going to make it worse.I am a Doctor and looking at this really disappointed me.
It will be of a great help if your company requests the service providers few more instructions for safety...not only for customers but also for themselves
