    As per Amazon order Xpressbees Track No. [protected] need to deliver two NCERT books (a) Science class X (b) Mathematics Class X. ["Items Ordered"]

    It is showing delivered to the Address "Sudhir Sahu, Sarawati Nagar Talliya, Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh, 464001". ["ADDRESS"]

    The Complaint is about the above "Items Ordered" which is NOT DELIVERED to the above "ADDRESS".

          XPRESSBEES: [protected]

          Courier Picked up from Chandigarh on 26 April 2021 to be delivered at Surat. But it has been more than a month and my courier has not been delivered at Surat.
          I had also contacted Mr. Deepak Patil in-charge of Surat XPRESSBEES office on his mobile no.+[protected] two days back. He said that he will deliver look into the matter. But now he is also not picking up the phone and courier is still undelivered. Kindly look into the matter so that my courier reaches its destination without any further delay.

              Hello,
              I had my myntra parcel pickup from one of the delivery boy of your company, first of all he wasnt ready to come to the door step and further argued about it...on constant request he came upstairs but had no mask on his face and not even a simple cloth to cover his mouth and nose and no protection epiupment.He responded very rudely when asked about his mask.
              In times of this pandemic, I expect safe delivery and pickup services and on this basis we trust your services and make orders.
              Such attitude and behaviours is going to make it worse.I am a Doctor and looking at this really disappointed me.
              It will be of a great help if your company requests the service providers few more instructions for safety...not only for customers but also for themselves

                        I have returned my boatheadsets for replacement on may 17 and on may 25 it shows that the replaced product is delivered. I haven't received my product yet and has been trying to contact their costumer care services which they are not picking up. AWBno:[protected]

                            I have a courier from boat costumer service
                            Through xpressbees and on may 24 th the tracking site from xpressbees showed it's out for delivery and on may 25 th it showed its already wh handover. I haven't received my product till now and is frustrated with this courier service

                              I had ordered a resistance band worth Rs. 272/- from Snapdeal a few days back which was then mentioned will be delivered to me between May 31st to June 2nd, 2021, Order Number being SLP31962560. It was a resistance tube toning home gym equipment.

                              I received a message from Xpressbees on May 21st, 2021 saying that my shipment will be delivered today and then a few hours later saying that entry was denied so the parcel could not be delivered. I crosschecked with the security guards and I was informed that no such incident happened and he also showed me the entry/exit register maintained on the society gate. Apparently, I had also received another shipment from Dot and Key on the same date which clearly states that the statement mentioned by the Delivery person was incorrect.

                              On Monday May 24th 2021, I received a message from xpressbees saying that delivery could not be done since delivery boy reported that my address is incomplete on which I called customer care executive who verified my address and then assured me that delivery will be made within 24 hours but then 2 hours later, I again received a message stating that delivery could not be done since delivery boy reported that my address is incomplete. I again called the xpressbees customer care ( a different one ) reassured me that he will look into this matter, raise a complaint, will get a call arranged and get my parcel delivered within 24 hours but then nothing happened of this kind.

                              To my surprise, i received a message this morning from snapdeal with apologies for the delivery was not completed and asked for my feedback and next i know is my order has been cancelled by snapdeal and shipment is being delivered back to seller.

                              I then tried calling xpressbees executive but then could not get anything more than an apology and name of the delivery person ( his name is Akash, i couldnt hear his surname clearly ). However he mentioned that in case, Snapdeal cancel the cancellations and directs xpressbees to deliver my parcel, they will be able to do so.

                              I also tried calling snapdeal customer care executive on the number given over website which is an automated answering call that could not redress my grievance and wrote an email to snapdeal to kindly cancel the cancellation raised by snapdeal and get my product delivered to me at earliest.

                              In response to which i received an apology call from Snapdeal asking for a few details and requesting me to order the product further which now costs Rs. 395/-. When i explained the entire matter to this executive all he had to say was i am sorry mam and we cant do anything about this, so please reorder.

                              When i tried lodging a complaint about this entire incidence and against this delivery boy of xpressbees since he has not even bothered to call me once if at all he was facing any problems with entry in society or find my address, which clearly states that all these excuses are stories to cover his incompetency, I was redirected to the website of Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.
                              My concern here is, I order a lot of stuff which might be delivered through xpressbees courier services and i would not like to become a victim to such event again.

                              Kindly register this complaint of mind and looking for redressal at thee earliest.

                                    I applied for a product return at Tata Cliq website it was picked up by XpressBees. I checked the status on the website and it always shows the status DTO Undelivered. I can see that its a common issue with the XpressBees courier as many customers have raised the same complaint.

                                    Just got the response from Tata Cliq that they've received the product and have initiated the refund. Though the status in XpressBees website still shows undelivered. Anyways, closing the issue now. Thanks.

                                    So this is not a new thing with Xpressbees. They have unethical and careless attitude. No governance.
                                    Unfortunately I too have the similar experience.

                                    Since 5th June 2021 you guys (FirstCry+Xpressbees) mentally torcherd me. Inspite of raising concern, you gave fake excuses. Your delivery partner never contacted and shown interest to deliver. Completely unethical service, behavior found with FirstCry and it's partner Xpressbees. Since 5th June 2021 to 12th June 2021 you can calculate the time and my attempted request to reaching you out before cancelling it. I am not interested in your (FirstCry+Xpressbees) false excuses.

                                    Within that period I could have bought the product from AMAZON and got it delivered.
                                    FirstCry feels happy by making refund of the product after making CutomerCry and doing mental torture.
                                    My order is out for delivery 2nd july but the courier boy giving me many excuses and they not give my order and today's is 5th july I was call them but they ignore me. Order from imagine marketing.

                                      I have three of my parcels struck with xpressbee. Without trying to deliver the product every single day they were updating as could not be delivered. We can understand the situation but will it take 1 week to deliver after the product reached the destination. I had to call customer care couple of times to raise concern, but no use. Finally I tried reaching a person in the local courier office and called him to check the status of delivery.

                                      That person was so very rude and senseless. He said they are doing delivery at mercy and telling as I am not aware of the rules and police is not aware of the rules etc.., He said they are doing a great service and no guarantee that the items received few days back will be delivered.
                                      No customer respect and no human respect.

                                      Till now the items were not delivered and again fake status was updated .. this time they even mentioned as customer requested for evening delivery when the reality is none contacted even a single time.

                                      This is the worst courier service provider I have seen.
