Hello please take strict action against this company express bees it has been doing fraud with people and not delivering people's parcel on time and unfortunately I'm too one of them my parcel hasn't been received to me till now so please take strict action against this company my boat baseheads 102 wired earphones left earpiece was not working properly so I gave it to boat service center through express bees still I've recieved replacement of it

    I had booked an product from BOODMO on 08.05.2021 and product was handed over to XPRESSBEES courier service on 09.05.2021 AWB: [protected]. I had raised complaint in this regard with xpressbees yet no action have been taken nor the tele support is working fine.

      When I received a massage that parcel delivered I called immediately to courier boy he said no I haven't deliver parcel he missed behave me like word MC BC and he tell one what is my question is this not. Please take a action against your courier boy

        Hi Team,

        I have sent courier from Bangalore to kumbakonam on May 5th 2021, but still I have not received the courier, as per the commitment I would have received the order by 9th May 2021, but i didn't

        If I track the shipment still its showing in Bangalore itself, it's been 1week, if I call customer care also there was no proper response, that's important document which I need to submit ASAP

        But these guys are not responding properly, am worried about my documents,

        Please help me to get my important document ASAP and ban this logistics company.

            Order reached bangalore on 9th of May and today is 12th May, 3 full working days have passed and the order status has no update. When i try to contact them, no response is coming

              AWB:[protected] from Netmeds was not delivered to me saying he can't deliver to my door step at 3rd floor, whenever xpressbees boy comes to deliver We have to go to road were he stands to collect the package, in remarks he has mentioned entry was not permitted, where as all other courier service provider are delivering it to my door step only xpressbees boys are not getting permission?

                Fake delivery

                Dear sir,
                On 04 May 2021 your courier boy named Malook Baamad/Hariom([protected]) delivered some packet to me which neither me nor any of my family members ordered for COD/785.00 rupees. The order was definitely carrying my contact number [protected] and shipping address(the shop which i was using on rental 10 years ago). He delivered me the packet at my home address not at the shipping address. Only mistake i did i collected by paying...

                Dear sir,
                On 04 May 2021 Xpressbees courier boy named
                Malook Baamad/Hariom([protected]) delivered some packet to me which neither me nor any of my family members ordered for COD/785.00 rupees. The order was definitely carrying my contact number [protected] and shipping address(the shop which i was using on rental 10 years ago). He delivered me the packet at my home address not at the shipping address.Only mistake i did i collected by paying an amount presuming that some of my family members may have ordered. This looks like a fake order delivery and I feel like I am being cheated. I haven't opened the packet yet. I am sending its images to you for your information and necessary action. Same day I emailed same matter to [protected]@xpressbees.com and [protected]@gmail.com the email id given to me by local courier boy mentioned above. Their customer service is pathetically poor and non responsive. They don't at all reply.
                Please do the needful at the earliest.

                  I have ordered thru best deal on 28th Apr'21.
                  But my consignment is not received till 11 May'21 even after 2 times complaints.
                  I have received message on 7 & 8th May for delivery also from expressbees & I tried to contact person whose no. given on message but phone not picked by that person.
                  It's a height of negligency & customer dissatisfaction.
                  Request you to take strict action to avoid such negligence in near future.

                    Yours Coimbatore (TN) Office, Never made any attempt to deliver my shipment with Tracking ID: [protected] booked from MAA/PC1 to CJB/CJB.
                    Your guys without taking any step to Deliver the Shipment, Themselves said 3 attempts done any Customer not available.
                    On every time, myself Calling the Delivery boy which is available in tracking ID about the shipment, he is saying I am on leave sir... They will put in my name only...

                        One side of wireless Earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 18 April 2021 and product is picked on 20 April 2021, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from[protected]:18 pm. Now 11 May 2021, its been 21 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                        Please help here i want my Earphone as early as possible...

                          I have ordered a patanjali product. It was showing out for delivery on 10th May 11:15 AM on tracking the shipment. But I didn't received any call from delivery guy. and in evening i received a message.                             My order number on Tjori is [protected] which I placed on 9 April2021 .. I received one product and I though others are delayed due to COVID. When I checked on Tjori it is showing delivered on 22/04/2021 . On checking Xpressbees - the tracking number of the order is[protected]
                            It is showing delivered to - Cecil kanuga at 4.30 PM on 22/4/2021. The address is my hospital, I wasn’t present at 4.30 and my CCTV shows no delivered by any courier that day . When I called xpressbees on 11/05/2021 they said we only accept complaints within 48 hours. How does one know it is supposed to be delivered. We r doctors and don’t keep tracking our orders. They refused to listen and put the phone down . I want them to show the sign of who received . It was a prepaid order and I am sure it was not delivered.Also Tjori is only available on mail and I have sent many mails to them without any reply .

                            The company called me about the complaint and when I said I have CCTV proof there is no delivery done they delivered the products the next day morning thanks consumer complaints

                                The expected delivery date (EDD) of this product was 5th May, but the courier guy called me on 30th April, but I was not at the delivery address, he told me that he can deliver the material on next working day, I called him on the day and he told that material returned.
                                I called the customer care, the agent told me to wait until the EDD, unfortunately I didn't received the material, I called again, another agent told me edd changed to 7, I called again on 7, another agent told me edd changed to 9, I checked on 9, it's showing that material returned to supplier, I ordered the material for an occasion, it's really desperating, . the courier agent behaviour is very bad. I received the message two times, your material will reach soon, but I didn't get any call or material. My time is waste.. the delivery agency is very bad

                                    Even customer reaching the office before the delivery executive, those delivery office person is showing irresponsible negligence nature towards customer even to open the parcel and give the parcel to the customer (me). Please teach a strong tutorial classes to ur delivery admin so that they learn how to deliver the product, how to behave with the customer when they reach the office . They too are insulting customers when they reached the office .

                                    My awb number is [protected], I reached the office with awb number driving three kilometers from my home, they showed very negligence and irresponsible nature to open the big bag parcel and give the parcel to me, this is the third time I'm experiencing with xpressbees courier partners of Gudur, Spsr Nellore district. Besides this they are are insulting the customer and sending out like come tomorrow like that .Please give veery strong caution to them how to behave with customer otherwise people will take their own actions if insulting proceeds .

                                      It's been 3 days my order reached the destination. But the courier service don't even call me and send a msg that delivery not possible as I am not available. After 3 days, today I got a msg that my order will be delivered and within 5 mins I got same msg that it will not deliver bcz not available. It's not the first time, most of the times they do the same thing.
