I have ordered a patanjali product. It was showing out for delivery on 10th May 11:15 AM on tracking the shipment. But I didn't received any call from delivery guy. and in evening i received a message. "AWB:[protected] from Patanjali not fulfil as you want delivery late.For query call:[protected], For feedback pls click fb.xbees.in/WF98dEma Xpressbees".
Please deliver the product and try the delivery.

    My order number on Tjori is [protected] which I placed on 9 April2021 .. I received one product and I though others are delayed due to COVID. When I checked on Tjori it is showing delivered on 22/04/2021 . On checking Xpressbees - the tracking number of the order is[protected]
    It is showing delivered to - Cecil kanuga at 4.30 PM on 22/4/2021. The address is my hospital, I wasn’t present at 4.30 and my CCTV shows no delivered by any courier that day . When I called xpressbees on 11/05/2021 they said we only accept complaints within 48 hours. How does one know it is supposed to be delivered. We r doctors and don’t keep tracking our orders. They refused to listen and put the phone down . I want them to show the sign of who received . It was a prepaid order and I am sure it was not delivered.Also Tjori is only available on mail and I have sent many mails to them without any reply .

    The company called me about the complaint and when I said I have CCTV proof there is no delivery done they delivered the products the next day morning thanks consumer complaints

    The complaint is resolved they had wrongly updated delivered status . On complaining they delivered my products

      Delivery guy you take for job is actually worst.they want to deliver the product wherever they want.i m following them from last few days and they are making me fool.pathetic service and disgusting.

        The expected delivery date (EDD) of this product was 5th May, but the courier guy called me on 30th April, but I was not at the delivery address, he told me that he can deliver the material on next working day, I called him on the day and he told that material returned.
        I called the customer care, the agent told me to wait until the EDD, unfortunately I didn't received the material, I called again, another agent told me edd changed to 7, I called again on 7, another agent told me edd changed to 9, I checked on 9, it's showing that material returned to supplier, I ordered the material for an occasion, it's really desperating, . the courier agent behaviour is very bad. I received the message two times, your material will reach soon, but I didn't get any call or material. My time is waste.. the delivery agency is very bad

          But this mobile number is invalid.
          Then in the evening a message came again. when i call You were not Available so your product could not be delivered today

            Even customer reaching the office before the delivery executive, those delivery office person is showing irresponsible negligence nature towards customer even to open the parcel and give the parcel to the customer (me). Please teach a strong tutorial classes to ur delivery admin so that they learn how to deliver the product, how to behave with the customer when they reach the office . They too are insulting customers when they reached the office .

            My awb number is [protected], I reached the office with awb number driving three kilometers from my home, they showed very negligence and irresponsible nature to open the big bag parcel and give the parcel to me, this is the third time I'm experiencing with xpressbees courier partners of Gudur, Spsr Nellore district. Besides this they are are insulting the customer and sending out like come tomorrow like that .Please give veery strong caution to them how to behave with customer otherwise people will take their own actions if insulting proceeds .

              It's been 3 days my order reached the destination. But the courier service don't even call me and send a msg that delivery not possible as I am not available. After 3 days, today I got a msg that my order will be delivered and within 5 mins I got same msg that it will not deliver bcz not available. It's not the first time, most of the times they do the same thing.

                Since last 3 days the product has reached my town but status is showing as customer wants open delivery... I never requested anyone for open delivery. Even i called to delivery boy and he ia saying that there is no shipment in your name and i got msg that my parcel is out for delivery, I didn't receive any call nor my any call to customer care number is answered. Worst logistic services ever.

                  I am a vendor as my client parcel dispatched from Xpressbees Logistics and it's AWB number is [protected] and from 4-5 days it's showing in cochin and from there no update yet as my customer is telling that if they delayed more than he will cancel the order we are already mailing to xpressbees they don't even replying and their contact number is not connecting to their agent IBR telling you don't input the tracking details but I had already given the AWB number via IVR. Kindly deliver it tomorrow by 10th of may 2022.

                      My product supposed to be delivered on 6th may 2021 and it's not delivered yet. I purchased dress for my little one first birthday and we are so disappointed and cancelled all celebrations.

                      Such a worst service. Also comments updated by delivery guy as we asked for later delivery. Such a cheat behaviour

                        This is 2nd time XpressBees is not delivering the product and holding it in Cochin Hub and returning it without my consent. Take immediate action to deliver the product with AWB [protected]

                        Several times called them and registered complaint. But they are not delivering it. Deliver the item ASAP

                            We got the wrong order we didn't get the dresses we ordered .we kept one product but they cheated us and gave us the worst product which was even Torn. And there is even return policy when we called to that number it was switched off.

                                Respected sir,
                                I have placed my order on 26.04.2021vide Order Id PO[protected] but my order not delivered yet and delivery status showing customer not available while I was available and delivery man called me through phone and said that I am in Chandan Nagar (Moradabad UP), I can not come Hanuman Nagar (Moradabad UP) on 6th May 2021. Other delivery boy delivered this item. This is not right way that the item not delivered during so many times. False report is submitted by delivery boy and rumours is spreading .
                                Kindly delivered my order as early as possible.

                                    XpressBees has not delivered my package for over a month by now. They have marked my shipment as delivered but I didnt get it. No matter how many times i called them, dropped mail to them, i didnt get anything beneficial.
