Ordered a dress and it was sent via Xpressbee. The tracking no shows that the shipment has been delivered and received but I did not get any call nor was the shipment delivered. The proof of delivery shared by the vendor shows that the shipment was delivered and has some random fake signature. The customer care no is not working and there is no other way to resolve the issue....

I have never ordered the product but all my personal details are correct on the package which has come form XpressBees, They called my mom saying that we have ordered some product and must pay Rs.****/- please refund our amount it is not 1 or 2Rs. to leave, it is thousand change. If there is no From address on the package why this logistics should accept it that is my question?, like this many people have lost their amount due to this fraudlent...

I have ordered a first cry product on 25 April 2021. It should be delivered by 28 April 2021 .The product has been assigned to xpress bee agent and we have been calling him daily for 3-4 times even though he dint delivered the product yet. Such a worst behavior from the delivery agent....

It's been 20 more days my parcel have arrived my destination but still I have not received my product.. if called for customer service team not proper response from them.. they cut the call in between the conversation.. very poor service...

I've ordered a boat product on 14th of april it was delivered at my home on 21st of april.for some personal reasons i am not in the city so i told the courier boy that send the parcel on my new address that i have him he charged 270rs for that i give him that charge after that he told me that your courier is send you in three or four working days after that he blocked me his name is-RAHUL SHAKYA works at Xpressbees Bhopal his phone no is-[protected]...

I ordered a product which was suppose to be delivered at my address by 6th May, 2021. I was happy to receive a call on 2nd May from an unknown person that my order has reached Manipur. I received the calling mobile number on my SMS also so I was assured. But to my shock, I was told to collect it from an office 12 km away from my address where the order was to suppose home delivered and when I asked for a middle way the guy was adamant and...

I placed my product to return. But still my problem is not resolved...

I order rs. 699/- product. And this product is today delivered. But this item is not good and quality. So i am return this item. Bt how to return this product??

Further i am more mail nd contact. But this company not response.

So finally return this product and refund my amount

Actually mangoes had to reach on 29 th April but still are in courier office Visakhapatnam only. If mangoes damages u r the responsible so I will file case in consumer court on xpressbee courier. I have ordered mangalsutra set from meesho app. I was waiting for my product but on the date of the delivery they did not call and at the end of the day they have updated the status that address was incomplete so unable to deliver the product bolke. What the ### is this?? Same address I will give in all online shopping sites and my products will come to my doorstep. And they keep on extending the delivery date. They are not even providing...

Not yet delivered the product yet extimate delivery date is today but its not yet delivered...

The percel that arrived to my near xpress bees courier...and also out for delivery but the delivery boy won't arrived ...and always says that "tomorrow I will arrived"...but it has been 5 days ..and they didn't call or arrive......

Delivery boy haven't wore mask. And even when I asked him to wear a mask. He didn't....
