I ordered a product which was suppose to be delivered at my address by 6th May, 2021. I was happy to receive a call on 2nd May from an unknown person that my order has reached Manipur. I received the calling mobile number on my SMS also so I was assured. But to my shock, I was told to collect it from an office 12 km away from my address where the order was to suppose home delivered and when I asked for a middle way the guy was adamant and just bluntly cut the call. Xpressbees add BEES just for namesake, they seem to be highly unprofessional and untrained manipulative group o[censored]nattended employees.
