    We ordered garments from AJIO which was supposed to be delivered by XpressBees (AWB [protected]) by 3rd July 2023 but we haven't received the order yet, neither any information on the order delivery status. We are not getting any information also on the order tracking site of XpressBees, it is showing "No Data Found". Please resolve the issue and help with the order delivery

        Received a product which I didnt order. I paid it through cash. After opening I understood that i got scammed. when i tried contacting customer care, there is no response.

          I was using a direct shipping courier of Xpressbess, they have done lots of fraud, they are not standing with their agreements, lots of lies and fake promises, and they did deduct my money by putting fake weight discrepancies, i have received lots of fake RTO, they never solved anything till now, it's been 4 months, at least they have done fraud of 80k-100k INR, please help me, Thank you.

            This order is picked up on 16-jun-2023 Estimated delivery date is 17-jun-2023 But still it's not delivered yet and I called them many times from 18-jun-2023 they were telling within 72hrs it will be delivered but still it's not resolved I have raised many tickets and complaints to them but not got any resolutions.

                  The product that is supposed to be delivered to me by 15th of June has not arrived and status has not changed since the 14th of June. The status says its in MAA/PC1 Terminal and has not updated ever since.

                    I have placed an order on Samsung on 14th June, 2023. Xpressbees courier service site showed estimated delivery date as : 14 June'2023.

                    Today it is 15th June, and still the product has not yet delivered.

                      The delivery boy neither called me nor came to my doorstep for delivery of the parcel. Please deliver my courier today itself.

                        I've no idea how the major ecommerce sites like jiomart and meesho are using this third party delivery service. Internet is filled with so many complaints and the delivery persons are very and rude and acting like rowdies.

                          I have ordered a product from firstcry which supposed to be delivered by 1st June but still the product is not delivered. While trying to check with xpressbees customer care they informed product been sent to wrong pincode location that is to 600066 instead of 600052 and the product will be reaching me in 1 day. But still there is no update or delivery has not happened. AWB number[protected]

                              Delivery from expressbees was scheduled on 25th May 2023 but was delayed the order was from Urban Gabru order no #234928
                              delivery consignment no -AWB [protected] . Tried connecting with the executive but their number is just not reachable however i connected today 29th May and the executive is saying your order has been cancelled and returned back he is sighting the reason as failed delivery attempt .
                              There has not been a single call from the executive regarding the delivery attempt no update nothing they just return the order on their own wish .
                              Its really frustrating to know that anyone can return or cancel our order without informing the customer this is making things worse and difficult in the ecommerce industry .
                              I need complete remuneration of the torture i have gone through with this company we put in our hardearned money and order the product its very sad to see orders getting cancelled without our update please solve the issue sir .
                              Mr Srinivas from express bees headoffice says he cannot do anything on this . I need the explanation from the company sir that who attempted the delivery and when .

I ordered on 13 th 2023 may but i received xpressbees delivery boy on 19 may 2023 the payment by cash 700 rupees ok but when i opened iam shocked there is empty box which is color white i have evidence video and pictures i raise a complaint about xpressbees courier so refund or return my product.                                         I had ordered a product from good vibes which was supposed to be delivered by xpressbees. They never delivered my the product and updated the status as delivered in the online tracking portal.
                                        I never received any call neither OTP which us supposedly mandatory to deliver the product.
                                        I checked with my neighbors and security guards but none received the package.

                                        When tried to reach the courier customer care to raise the issue they are unreachable. Even after sending them couple of emails they are unresponsive. Such fraudulent behavior needs to be taken seriously and action should be taken against them.
