My flipkart shipment no[protected] was supposed to be delivered today the delivery agent was continuously calling on my wifes num and telling the location which was besides my home then too he didnt deliver the order after that his colleague or some one again call on the same num telling i will block your id of filpkart and see to it that you wont be able to order any product from now and i am cancelling you current order too by stating...

I have ordered one saree from Instagram page. They have made courier through XpressBees Logistics with tracking ID [protected].
But it's not delivered yet but showing WHHandover. It's now 10 days when company courier the package....

My order has been sitting in their delivery hub since 29th April 2023 and I still haven’t received the order. They said that they made an delivery attempt. But I didn’t receive any call from their agent and the agent does not even bother to pick up my calls or calls back even after calling them a thousand time. I have lost count of the time I have called their customer service but they are as fake as the company. They promise to deliver...

XpressBees, the delivery partner is absolutely incompetent!! They never turn up at the doorstep. Give them an alternate mobile number, even then they can't deliver or call. Their customer support IVR is utterly hopeless!!
They expect us to input this number on the phone -- [protected] while on the call.
Worst of all, these nincompoops don't share their delivery guy's number...What a joke of a company...

My order was to be delivered today[protected] but as usual around 8pm they updated in the app that delivery attempted but failed since customer was not available. We have very sorted records of every person coming in our society for with we get a call to allow that person. however, no one came for delivery and update with fake reason. This is not the first time Xpressbees is doing. They always delay the orders. Pathetic delivery system....

This is worst delivery service My parcel reached 5 days before in Perumbavoor hub but they are not making any effort to deliver it. After 4 days it is marked CUSTOMER NOT AVAILABLE, again NEXT DAY SAME HE MARKED EVEN WITHOUT TRYING TO MAKE A CALL. Actually why he need to call the address is given why can’t he come to the address!!???? +[protected] This is the driver number… give some best...

I had booked a courier via porter app from xpressbees from kolkata to mumbai on 14th april and the estimated delivery date was on 19th april but today when i am registering the complain is 4th may, it has been 20 days that i haven’t received my parcel.. They are not even updating the tracking the last they updated was on 26th april which mentioned that its in mumbai.. From 21st to till date its in mumbai but not delivered.. I have connected...

Dear Xpress bees,
As per instruction given by Xpress bees, i had updated my bank account details and the escalation id is E493919.its been more then a month, i am not getting any revert, i did more then 10 mails,
Kindly recheck it and please try to release my remittance as soon as possible....

Not delivering return product to company. On 21st April I returned the product AWB no [protected] . From 23rd April it shows that product is struck in Bangalore. It's not delivering the product to company. So that I can get my refund amount. Please solve this problem....

Please take necessary action against those delivery boy who charge extra money, as one of your delivery boy took back the product from my hand because I refused to pay extra money and now my product is returned back to the seller.Reason they provide is that customer unavailable. Indeed strict action of those agents who charge more money....

I am Rutvij (from An Art By Anokhi), a shipper of Xpressbees. I ship my business shipments through Xpressbees.

I have been constantly asking for my refund since 01 Dec, 2022. but no response given yet.
I have been constantly following up with my POC Ekta Solanki but she always told me that it will be done in the next remittance cycle.

Since then I haven't got any updates from her...

Last 9 day my order is in transit and tracking status showing in the site of Xpressbees, oit gor delivery than Customer not available, customer want future delivery, customer want evening delivery without contact to me. And my amount and my order stuck. Xpressbees worst courier service...

The experience with the delivery partner for the order"Order #390072" is been pathetic as the package is not delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered by 19th April. 1st attempt failed as delivery agent was not able to reach out to me. But I was continuously following up for the next scheduled delivery and the second delivery was also marked as unsuccessful due to customer not available. But I never received the call or the delivery...

This consignment still not delivered and no delivery attempts made. This is worst service from your end and still no response, not responding to customers on time and still no escalation from your end. This is not acceptable.

I have order my helmet from Delhi with AWB no. [protected] you promised me to deliver it by 18 th of April but my parcel is not received yet you only saying that it is late it is delayed...why do you promised people such things you can't do... Your service is really bogus and third class....

Not have any update regarding shipments and his Manager not answering mail and call, need some action on this, otherwise our team going to file case against xpressbees...

I am not getting otp and because of that the delivery person took my parcel back. I want my parcel as soon as possible....
