We had ordered a Saree from an online store named Rudrasilks. We received the saree on time, but the product we received was different from the one we ordered. We ordered a purple saree, but we got a red saree. We want to return the wrong saree.

    I purchased one IPL jersey and i have got the product but after seeing it i can see that they cheated me . The photo they showed me earlier and the product i got is completely different. And i want to return it.

          Actually my order was on date but in absence of me I didn't receive order, and I informed the delivery agent that I'll be to local office to receive order but he didn't reach me and without my permission he returned my order.

                  There was a pickup arranged by first cry.com for return of baby shoes. Despite continuous customer care call no one is yet assigned to collect the concerned product... The courier company is constantly sending messages stating that we were not available at the said address or the said contact number to give the product to the concerned pickup guy...
                  But in reality no one has come yet to pick the product...
                  Now since 17th April I am trying to reach the courier company by calling them on the customer care number, but I cannot get through them...

                    About pending delivery of online order

                    Order No.[protected]S08
                    Order from Healthkart.
                    This order was placed on 29 March 2021. Expected delivery date was 06 April 2021.
                    But i have not got this order yet. The mobile number of delivery boy provided by Xpressbees company is [protected]. Even he is not giving satisfactory reply. This order was a prepaid order and this whole thing has taken time more than a month.

                    My boat earphones, which are not working under warranty were picked up by xpressbees on May 5 2020. When I called boat customer care, they told that they did not receive the shipment. When I tracked with the tracking ID in xpressbees during October 2020, it showed that the package is somewhere in Maharashtra. But now, it is showing that no data found.

                          My products ( apple 20 W adapter) and (Apple earpods) cannot be tracked as it says no data found and it’s already 10+ days ... please do something about this ... It’s not some cheap things i can easily afford ... you’ll regret this.

                              The delivery boys does not making deliveries intime in my location . especially prepaid deliveries are missing and message coming to the coustmers as it delivered. u should take serious action in this mistakes. they are neglect about delivery products

                                  Ordered a Samsung Watch active 2 clone
                                  And samsung buds+ clone which costs ₹ 1700. But i get some bunch of polystyrene masks. I suspect the employees working in xpressbees stole my product. I have both before and after photos of parcel. Please solve this issue
