    There was a pickup arranged by first cry.com for return of baby shoes. Despite continuous customer care call no one is yet assigned to collect the concerned product... The courier company is constantly sending messages stating that we were not available at the said address or the said contact number to give the product to the concerned pickup guy...
    But in reality no one has come yet to pick the product...
    Now since 17th April I am trying to reach the courier company by calling them on the customer care number, but I cannot get through them...

      About pending delivery of online order

      Order No.[protected]S08
      Order from Healthkart.
      This order was placed on 29 March 2021. Expected delivery date was 06 April 2021.
      But i have not got this order yet. The mobile number of delivery boy provided by Xpressbees company is [protected]. Even he is not giving satisfactory reply. This order was a prepaid order and this whole thing has taken time more than a month.

      My boat earphones, which are not working under warranty were picked up by xpressbees on May 5 2020. When I called boat customer care, they told that they did not receive the shipment. When I tracked with the tracking ID in xpressbees during October 2020, it showed that the package is somewhere in Maharashtra. But now, it is showing that no data found.

            My products ( apple 20 W adapter) and (Apple earpods) cannot be tracked as it says no data found and it’s already 10+ days ... please do something about this ... It’s not some cheap things i can easily afford ... you’ll regret this.

                The delivery boys does not making deliveries intime in my location . especially prepaid deliveries are missing and message coming to the coustmers as it delivered. u should take serious action in this mistakes. they are neglect about delivery products

                  My parcel with AWB number[protected] is showing no details that where it is and when it will arrive expected date is 11 April but it delayed 2 days and no information after parcel picked up so pls let me know when I will het my parcel.

                    Ordered a Samsung Watch active 2 clone
                    And samsung buds+ clone which costs ₹ 1700. But i get some bunch of polystyrene masks. I suspect the employees working in xpressbees stole my product. I have both before and after photos of parcel. Please solve this issue

                          It's been 10+days i ordered mobile cover, still it's showing in BLR/LH1 and I have submitted correct Address but it's showing destination as Hyderabad. . I ordered my phone cover on March 30th 2021, estimated delivery was April 2nd, but Don't know why this much delay... 👎☹️.

                                The company has delivered a fake product stating to be true. It's written on the top of the product oglf exactly what we have ordered but something else was there in the parcel. This is fake, don't order from this site. We want our money back

                                  I have received a wrong product which i have not order in this connection i have told to your delivery executive and also to your manager but they are not responding they are simply ignoring and telling what ever you want you can do it if you want to complaint to police and press also you can do it. Just i told them that i have received wrong product and hove to return it. please provide me details of the company from which you have received the product but the are not giving me. i am sorry to inform this and i assure you that i have not ordered this product. so please do needful in this regard.

                                    The Tracking ID[protected] which should be delivered on 7th April not yet delivered. The product has reached to the destination town on 7th/8th April but not getting delivered to the address. I have called the customer care multiples times but no correct update has given.

                                    Every time when we are calling customer care they are saying it will take another 24 hours from past three days. But the delivery is not happening.

                                    My concern is that the company should provide correct updates to customer if there is any delay to the delivery. Every day I have to follow up on the status of the Order.
