      My products ( apple 20 W adapter) and (Apple earpods) cannot be tracked as it says no data found and it’s already 10+ days ... please do something about this ... It’s not some cheap things i can easily afford ... you’ll regret this.

          The delivery boys does not making deliveries intime in my location . especially prepaid deliveries are missing and message coming to the coustmers as it delivered. u should take serious action in this mistakes. they are neglect about delivery products

            My parcel with AWB number[protected] is showing no details that where it is and when it will arrive expected date is 11 April but it delayed 2 days and no information after parcel picked up so pls let me know when I will het my parcel.

              Ordered a Samsung Watch active 2 clone
              And samsung buds+ clone which costs ₹ 1700. But i get some bunch of polystyrene masks. I suspect the employees working in xpressbees stole my product. I have both before and after photos of parcel. Please solve this issue

                My area is within the delivery range of 15km but the delivery boy rudely denied to deliver the parcel. As my product was supposed to be returned but he didn't picked up and it's been 15days. And he didn't even delivered that package.

                    It's been 10+days i ordered mobile cover, still it's showing in BLR/LH1 and I have submitted correct Address but it's showing destination as Hyderabad. . I ordered my phone cover on March 30th 2021, estimated delivery was April 2nd, but Don't know why this much delay... 👎☹️.
                    And also I didn't get any response from the courier service and also no calls

                          The company has delivered a fake product stating to be true. It's written on the top of the product oglf exactly what we have ordered but something else was there in the parcel. This is fake, don't order from this site. We want our money back

                            I have received a wrong product which i have not order in this connection i have told to your delivery executive and also to your manager but they are not responding they are simply ignoring and telling what ever you want you can do it if you want to complaint to police and press also you can do it. Just i told them that i have received wrong product and hove to return it. please provide me details of the company from which you have received the product but the are not giving me. i am sorry to inform this and i assure you that i have not ordered this product. so please do needful in this regard.

                              The Tracking ID[protected] which should be delivered on 7th April not yet delivered. The product has reached to the destination town on 7th/8th April but not getting delivered to the address. I have called the customer care multiples times but no correct update has given.

                              Every time when we are calling customer care they are saying it will take another 24 hours from past three days. But the delivery is not happening.

                              My concern is that the company should provide correct updates to customer if there is any delay to the delivery. Every day I have to follow up on the status of the Order.

                                  Respected Sir, my first cry parcel having
                                  order no.:[protected] booked on 1st April 2021 and received at Loni (Bk) office on 5th April 2021. I was called to delivery boy and ask him regarding my order delivery as order is prepaid but he ask to pay the order amount again as he told order is not prepaid and also delivery boy and owner of loni (bk) xpressbees office not ready to deliver this order on my adress by giving the reason as company only paying Rs.12 for this parcel.
                                  I also given them suggestion to deliver this parcel on thier possible convenient location but they are neglected me not delivered my parcel since from last three days. As today I am going to loni (bk) and request them to atleast ask some to give parcel at centre place as near bus stand but they are not agreed for the same also and finally I visited to their office still they ask to pay the parcel amount as so many times I told that this is prepaid parcel, you confirmed it again. Then they realised that this is prepaid parcel but still they asked very aarogently with me .
                                  So it's very serious issue for me that they have made too much delay in the delivery as well as behave very rudely with me. Also they don't have knowledge regarding identifying which parcel is prepaid and which COD..
                                  So it's request you to go through it and take necessary action.

                                    My product-Acrylic photo print has been delivered to me on 6th April 2021, evening hours. I see it was tightly packed and the face side and right arm side of the photo got damaged. I am uploading photos. It was delivered from Rajkot to Tiptur, even the time taken was so long. I am not able to use this item as this is used for worship. How can I use the damaged item for worship and do pooja for that? I have made a video of this too. While packing itself, it was tightly packed and got damaged at that time itself. At least don't you have that knowledge if tightly packed the photo item, what happens Such a careless service. I have paid 3000/- for this. I have the bill too. Give back my photo what i have asked for or refund my 3000/- money. I guy from who did the photo frame, his contact no-[protected]
