I ordered my watch from Gujarat on 25 January 2021, They send my product through xpressbees on 26 January 2021 As per the tracking id and AWB number provided To me it's showing that The item will be delivered on 1 st February 2021, But it's not delivered yet. I strongly believe that it's stuck in xpressbees kannur godown It's been 10 days since the expected date of delivery I didn't get the product, it was gift for my mother who has cancer I have called the customer care people several times but they are not giving me contact number of kannur office, if things go like this I will file a consumer complaint and there no option for me

                    My mamaearth prepaid order to get my money back guarantee if you have prepaid order onn 12 jan was out for delivery on 26 Jan and the message reading customer needs open delivery or customer unavailable.no attempt to deliver or call was made to me. My calls were not attended too

                        Dear team,

                        We have ordered the patiala kurtha with pant hiwever they have delivered us the top which is less than 100 rupees. We have already transferred 699 to expressbees through google pay. The website from which we ordered dress looks like fake. Hence please do not transfer my payment of Rs 699 to them. We do mit have any return option available in their website. Please check with your client and return the amount to us.

                        Awb number is mentioned in the subject.

                              I have not received my parcel, which is shown delivered in the system on 26th jan... This is second time i am facing this problem the reason last time delivery boy said tht he was suppse to delivered but he did not delivered as he was getting late and he updated in the system its deivered. There is no process of taking otp or reciveres signature to confirm deivery status...seriously pathetic service

                                  Status showing as customer wants open delivery

                                  Since last 3 days the product has reached my town but status is showing as customer wants open delivery... I never requested anyone for open delivery. I didn't receive any call nor my any call to customer care number is answered. Worst logistic services ever....

                                      Sir my order for AWB NUMBER: [protected] has been delayed at transit for more than 3 days...So, kindly speed up the shipment and deliver the package to me as fast as possible without further delays..it has been over 6 days since i received my package ..So, ensure that the package has not gone for further delays.
