Sir my order for AWB NUMBER: [protected] has been delayed at transit for more than 3 days...So, kindly speed up the shipment and deliver the package to me as fast as possible without further delays..it has been over 6 days since i received my package ..So, ensure that the package has not gone for further delays....

I have order few products on 18th January 2021, from InkmeSilly site, on 23rd of January it was said that my product has been handed over to XpressBees Logistics. From that day i started to track the product from XpressBees site. It was given that the product will be delivered by 27th January'21, and today is the day (27th Jan)I still haven't received my product . And The last few days report is ..

I am receiving text messages every morning that my item will be delivered today it is out for delivery and everyday i receive a text in evening that we could not deliver due to incomplete address or incorrect phone number
I buy many products online and i always get them on time
Only xpressbee is not able to deliver
No one is recieving call on call centre or the agent who is supposed to deliver
I am having this...

This was second time i did not receive product on time, without informing me my product was returned back because they couldn't locate my address and phone number.. This excuse was really piece of ###... First cry didn't even bother to reply me on our complaint.. Such a pathetic service by first cry n their vendor... In future i will make sure and would not suggest anyone to order anything from first cry... Very bad sevices from...

I have made the payment for my parcel twice via cash and Google pay, so I want a refund regarding the same.
The payment was made on 23/01/2021...

This consignment was supposed to delivered yesterday. Nisanth [protected] delivery boy speaking roudly and telling lies. No one contacted me and no one reach to my home to deliver the item. Why making unnecessary complications.

I booked a product in meesho the first day delivery boy called and taken the address after coming he said he had forgotten the pack and he will deliver it next day from then I hadn't received any call but msgs are coming then I checked status they mentioned as I had refused to accept the delivery...

Your service has been very pathetic .I am tracking my AWB NO [protected] consistently for last 18 days and can see updates in the transit hardly one in a week, very terrible experience .Now, on 18th it shown the location just 3 Kms away from the destination and I was expecting it to be delivered in last 48 hrs but now it's updating that it is being returned without any intimation or consent from the customer .This is really worst of the...

I get AWB no from the site I ordered my products. For 2 3 day I was able to track my product status.

But now when I am try to track my order by entering same AWB no in XpressbBees it showing " AWB detials not found "

What kind of service they are providing. Please help me to track my order....

I ordered a item from Worstore and they have sent it through xpressbees. The delivery date was 19th Jan 2021 . But the delivery didnt happen.On top of that the status of the delivery is updated as Future delivery requested by customer".
Such fraudulent status updates is made to hide the poor service capabilities of xpressbees.

I had placed a return request for one of my product purchased from FirstCry, as the size of the pant is bigger. I given order of fasttag stickers through paytm till now I'm not received courier and the status was delivered and I called courier person regarding this issue he said no courier for you....

The person alloted today for delivery was very rude and abused us and he He wants us to go to his location and collect my order. He didn't even deliver the courier and told he will not deliver.
Is this is the way to behave with any person.

Hi Team,
We have used xpressbees for a shipment delivery with AWB No- [protected] which was delivered to us on 6th JAN.2021. Now what we shipped earlier was 2 wrist watches which is mentioned in the images shared below. Now the order was RTO return where customer had refused to accept the order and thus it was returned to us. Now when we open the product we had found that both the wrist watches was missing and a empty parcel...
