I live out of India and when the delivery agent came to deliver my mother who is close to 70 tried to reach over call for OTP and could not get
through for some network issues. The product was pre-paid though. He really misbehaved with my mother, did not even wait for 2 minutes.
He literally threatened my mother saying "I am taking this delivery and you will never get it". This is how customer service works?
His audacity and he speaks to an aged person like that when there was a genuine issue.
I want a strict action this delivery person and demand an apology

    My package with tracking ID [protected] was shipped on 25th September and expected date of delivery was 28th of September but the package is traveling back and forth from Delhi hub to dehradun since 28th of September and the package is yet to be delivered.

      I purchased the boat smartwatch from Flipkart on May 2023. While using the smartwatch I observed the smartwatch battery is draining too fast. I raised the complaint for warranty claim to boat company. They accepted my warranty claim request and I got the email from boat company to handover the product to delivery person. I packed my smartwatch in the company box and the xpressbees courier company delivery boy called me to handover the product to him. He came and I handed over the box for delivery person. He checked the box and he checked the product and he took and went.
      After 10 to 11 days I got email from boat company and they said my warranty claim request has been rejected for wrong product. I called them and ask what is the reason for rejection. They said we received wrong product instead of correct product.
      Then I shocked after seeing warranty claim rejection report. In that report my smartwatch was not there instead of my smartwatch someone stolen my smartwatch and he kept other watch instead of that watch. I called 15 times to xpressbees on 4th October to customer service. They didn't give any response. I emailed them regarding this and for email also no response. I called the boat company regarding this and they said we contacted our courier company to ask about product they said customer only sended likethis product they said. It's completely wrong information they have given. Someone stolen my smartwatch from the box and kept other watch in the same box, I want to product back.

        I ordered the product on 16 September and the estimated delivery time was 22 September today it is still showing it is in transit and not have been delivered resolve the issue and provide my product as soon as possible. The tracking id is [protected]

          I had placed an order for 3 puzzles from First Cry on 16th Sep '23. They couriered my order through their sister courier company -- XpressBees.

          For the past 2 days, the package has been out for delivery, and at sharp 7 pm yesterday as well as today (20th and 21st Sep '23), the delivery man updated the status as "Customer not available".

          But here comes the truth! I was at home all day on both days. Neither the delivery man called me nor came to my address. I even confirmed with our society watchman.

          Now I can't cancel the order because it is in transit. The XPRESSBEES is a fraud courier service. Please urge all of you to not place online orders with companies that use XPRESSBEES as their courier partner. It is an unreliable and dishonest logistics firm.

          I lost my money and did not get what I ordered. So please BEWARE! And steer clear of XpressBees!

            I had placed an order for Laptop ABS stand through my company ACE store in the end of July-2023. I received an email from Xpressbees that my order is placed and I will receive the order by August 9, 2023 with Tracking ID: [protected]. It is September 21, 2023 today and I am yet to receive my order. I have sent multiple emails to the customer care email id yet no response and tried calling the customer care number several times But my ID is not even accepted while typing to talk to the customer care agent !!
            I want to know the reason for the delay and want my item shipped to my location at the earliest.

              I hereby want to bring to notice of the officials of xpressbees that i was running RSC of xpressbees of Parimpora, Srinagar location since January 2023 and now they have stopped connecting load since last 2 months on the behest of one official A.M. Jagjeet Singh Bali who had on regular basis continously disrupted smooth functioning of my RSC. They are not clearing my invoices overdue since January 2023.

              Now, without intimtation letter they stopped connecting load and neither clearing my pending invoices and security deposit. I tried to contact some of his senior officials on phone but all of them following same line of action and thus incurred losses to me and ultimately bringing disrepute to your esteemed company Xpressbees.

              I had been left with no other option except to take this case in the court of law. Before doing this i would request you if you could connect me to some senior officials of Xpressbees to whom i can share my grieviences and present full details of my case.

                  On 31 Aug I placed an order on 'Meesho', which was shipped through 'Xpressbees' logistics.                       My parcel is out for delivery but the expressbess delivery agent doesn't gave me my parcel yet he's making me fool and my another parcel is also not received yet as it is expected date is 3 days before today... Please stop this third class and bogus company of xpressbees it is totally lazy and very poor in service the owner of this company is also a fool according to me because his worker's are too lazy and he didn't interrupt in it... Please stop your delivery service @expressbees because it is not possible for you delivery parcels at time so please stop or shut down your delivery service @expressbees

                          Expected delivery on 30/08/23 but even after 5 days they are unable to deliver yet and no reply to the multiple tickets raised and handful of mails . Current status is last updated on 28/08/23 . Why they are doing this if they are unable to deliver on time . The items last status is shown 148 kms from my hometown, all I ask now is located my item in that particular warehouse, I will go and collect the item blaming me for trusting this company. Very happy for the treatment you are giving the customer 🙂

                            I placed an order from amazon and they deliver through xpressbees. They didn't called or texted me and are saying that I'm not available and address not found. They are doing scam.

                              Dear Customer Care Team,
                              This mail is to record the extremely unprofessional and criminal behaviour of your Delivery Executive (XB Rider [protected]) who came for delivery of AWB [protected].

                              The XB Rider [protected] first called me and FALSELY stated that he is handing over mydelivery to an attendant from my house so please share the Delivery CODE. Please note the XB Rider had NOT EVEN PRESSED the bell of my house till this time.

                              When I told him that I am at home only, and that noone has come to our house; then he pressed the bell.

                              SO are the XB Riders supposed to take Delivery Code from customer even without pressing the bell? So he wanted to code even without any attempt to delivery. THis is highly unethical.

                              During the call itself, the XB Rider then Entered the house premises by himself opening the gate. This is trespassing in others property.

                              Then he stated me to give him the code and said that I can pickup the packet from top of a parked Car. Is this the kind of behaviour expected from a XB delivery person?

                              He then started arguing. He then was leaving the premises by not even Closing the gate that he opened by himself. When I asked him to then he just pushed the door on me.
                              And also stated I will not deliver to this address again.

                              Please take strict action against this associate. I also have CCTV footage of this whole event.

                                  After complaining my issue about not yet receiving my product on their email and calling the Xpressbees customer care number for the past 10 days. What I have gathered is that the call agent ignored me and kept me on hold for 2 minutes, did that almost everyday. Did not bother to ask me what the issue was, after I had already stated the same to them for the past five days. The WhatsApp is an automated response which they give giving wrong reasons that entry was not permitted. Eventhough we are available to receive delivery. Also saw the reality of the number of issues and cuss words that people have put on Xpressbees Google review and Instagram page with the same issue that I am facing. It's a shame you guys had one job and couldn't even do that properly, don't know how long your service will work. Someday or the other you will be bulked by so many people complaining that you won't be able to work your service out well.

                                    I had ordered from firstcry on 26 th august.Edd was 29 aug but they kept delaying the delivery and finally i was forced to cancel the order.
                                    I again ordered from firstcry on 31st august and edd was on 2nd september.My order id is 22981454xmwff883f0
                                    tracking id is[protected].Now again on 2nd sep it shows my order is misrouted and delivery attemt failed.
                                    No message comes from the courier company before delivery of product.They dont even share the agents no.Its a daily headache to get any update regarding our order .Please deliver my order.

                                        My order is not yet delivered till today, it been a month, and given false reason as not permitted and customer refused to take the item which absolutely didn't happen. No one came to my address to delivery and I didn't get any call regarding the same . I filed for reattampt delivery 2 times and still didn't come. Such worst company I have ever seen . I couldn't able to reach the staffs directly also I would called a many times l, sent many emails, till now no reply. I want to cancel my product because of such a behaviour from this company. Please cancel the item and refund my money.
