I had ordered a shipment on 8th may 2023 and it got shipped on 13th may 2023 by xpressbees. But since 5 days while tracking my order, they are showing current location as bangalore from 5 days. Please help me and transit my shipment further so that it could reach me as soon as possible. Thank you 🙏🙏

            I have ordered a product from Peacock Boutique on Apr 23rd 2023. They have sent my order via Xpressbees logistics. AWB no is [protected]. It has reached the destination on 30th April 2023 but still not yet been delivered to me. Attached is the screenshot of the shipment status details. No response when I called them

                I had a parcel that is from Mariani(Assam), and the estimated delivery is 8th May 2023, i checked everyday about my parcel and there is no update in my tracking details.Once i mailed customer service of xpressbees they replied me with a mail says that the parcel will be delivered to the customer with 5 working days from the date of booking. My order booked on 2nd May 2023.
                There is no proper update from them.I am worried about the delay of my parcel.Kindly please update informations of my order about the current status.

                  My flipkart shipment no[protected] was supposed to be delivered today the delivery agent was continuously calling on my wifes num and telling the location which was besides my home then too he didnt deliver the order after that his colleague or some one again call on the same num telling i will block your id of filpkart and see to it that you wont be able to order any product from now and i am cancelling you current order too by stating the reason that i refused to take the delivery is this the way to deal
                  I request confumer forum officials to please look into the matter and please take actions againt the company and the delivery agent

                    I have ordered one saree from Instagram page. They have made courier through XpressBees Logistics with tracking ID [protected].
                    But it's not delivered yet but showing WHHandover. It's now 10 days when company courier the package.

                      My order has been sitting in their delivery hub since 29th April 2023 and I still haven’t received the order. They said that they made an delivery attempt. But I didn’t receive any call from their agent and the agent does not even bother to pick up my calls or calls back even after calling them a thousand time. I have lost count of the time I have called their customer service but they are as fake as the company. They promise to deliver the order on priority and they nothing. I’m still waiting. If harassing innocent people is their business then kudos they are doing a spectacular job.

                        Hi there,

                        XpressBees, the delivery partner is absolutely incompetent!! They never turn up at the doorstep. Give them an alternate mobile number, even then they can't deliver or call. Their customer support IVR is utterly hopeless!!
                        They expect us to input this number on the phone -- [protected] while on the call.
                        Worst of all, these nincompoops don't share their delivery guy's number...What a joke of a company are Xpressbees!!??

                        They've apparently tried to reach me on two different numbers and they're still unable to deliver the Adidas product - utter shambles!

                        At this rate I'll never get my order delivered.

                        A really disappointing experience, this.

                          My order was to be delivered today[protected] but as usual around 8pm they updated in the app that delivery attempted but failed since customer was not available. We have very sorted records of every person coming in our society for with we get a call to allow that person. however, no one came for delivery and update with fake reason. This is not the first time Xpressbees is doing. They always delay the orders. Pathetic delivery system. I need my product today itself and this is every time a mental harrasment to reach out to support team and they are again not available after evening for help.

                            This is worst delivery service My parcel reached 5 days before in Perumbavoor hub but they are not making any effort to deliver it. After 4 days it is marked CUSTOMER NOT AVAILABLE, again NEXT DAY SAME HE MARKED EVEN WITHOUT TRYING TO MAKE A CALL.                               Parcel not delivered even after 20 days

                              I had booked a courier via porter app from xpressbees from kolkata to mumbai on 14th april and the estimated delivery date was on 19th april but today when i am registering the complain is 4th may, it has been 20 days that i haven’t received my parcel.. They are not even updating the tracking the last they updated was on 26th april which mentioned that its in mumbai.. From 21st to till date its in mumbai but not delivered.. I have connected...

                              As per instruction given by Xpress bees, i had updated my bank account details and the escalation id is E493919.its been more then a month, i am not getting any revert, i did more then 10 mails,

                              Not delivering return product to company. On 21st April I returned the product AWB no [protected] . From 23rd April it shows that product is struck in Bangalore. It's not delivering the product to company. So that I can get my refund amount. Please solve this problem.

                                Please take necessary action against those delivery boy who charge extra money, as one of your delivery boy took back the product from my hand because I refused to pay extra money and now my product is returned back to the seller.Reason they provide is that customer unavailable. Indeed strict action of those agents who charge more money.

                                  I am Rutvij (from An Art By Anokhi), a shipper of Xpressbees. I ship my business shipments through Xpressbees.

                                  I have been constantly asking for my refund since 01 Dec, 2022. but no response given yet.
                                  I have been constantly following up with my POC Ekta Solanki but she always told me that it will be done in the next remittance cycle.

                                  Since then I haven't got any updates from her side. Two days back, I again followed up my query and it's 25th April, 2023 (Almost going to be FIVE MONTHS) and suddenly shares that my bank details have some details missing. After five months she says that the issue is from my side and that's why I haven't got my money back.

                                  I will be escalating this to the consumer forum if I don't get this resolved within a week.

                                  Do whatever is suitable and resolve this soonest.
