My product which should have been delivered by now is being delayed & i get no response from their side, i also tried calling their customer care number, but no response, waste of time, i need my product delivered but only delay of so much more no. of days, this is so Disappointing & highly irresponsible, irresponsive service by Xpressbees logistics....

I have booked a parcel for delivery on 15th April'23. The estimated date of delivery was showing as 21st initially later it was moved to 22nd and then again it moved to 24th. No idea why they are doing such fake commitment. There is no clear picture of delaying the parcel and no idea what is the correct estimated date. Parcel are essential things and need within some timeframe misleading information and fake commitment they provide.

Order placed in firstcry 16 april
from 17 till today product out for delivery but not getting delivered giving only fake reason..

delivery guy not even picking call how rude....

AWB number[protected], ordered from firstcry, but this particular AWB is lying in my nearest office from 17 april. But still delivery i snot happening on top of that giving fake reason that customer not available.

Order placed in firstcry on 16 April, marked delivery as 17. but from 17 every day till today 21st product is out for delivery but not delivered.

These first cry delivery process is really unprofessional....

It is for your information that i bought a product from meesho. Which is dispatched on xpressbees logistics. My product tracking id is : [protected]. I would like to inform you that i got a notification from xpressbees.in this notification i have seen that my product is out for delivery. Immediatey i have connected the delivery boy by phone call.in this phone call delivery boy refused to deliver my product in my doorstep....

Xpressbees is always delaying in delivering the packages.
I have faced thrice in this month.
TrackingId: [protected].
The above mentioned Tracking ID's promosed delivery date is 18/04/2023 but the package is not delivered yet....

I ordered a clothing item from meesho but I haven't received my parcel yet...on 8th, 10th and 12th I recieved a message on WhatsApp that my parcel is out for delivery but they do not deliver my parcel...they delivery agent never called me.. instead they say that they were unable to deliver my parcel as I was not available..this is happening everyday...

Since 10 days the parcel has come to Hyderabad and Xpressbee courier Raju ([protected])bluntly said that area is not covered under him and submitted report saying incomplete address.
I requested Customer care and Nitesh Gajera but he could also not solve my problem and they block my number.

My item from Jiomart was to be delivered on 17th March.Till today they have not delivered but I get message out for delivery I wait till 10pm no one comes.Nextday get a message we tried you were not there...

We received a courier from xpressbees which we never ordered.
Delivery guy was not handing over the package and asked for money first.
We paid 1499 as xpressbees was supposed to be a trusted brand and when we checked the parcel, it was a torn out shirt with no labe;l.

There was no information about the sender.

This is clearly a scam and xpressbees is a part of it.

I need my 1499 back...

We received a courier from xpressbees. We had no clue who sent it and it was COD.
We tried enquiring if we can open the courier by the delivery guy did not allow us to open the courier. He insisted on paying 1499.
We had to pay the amount to receive the courier.

There was no return address.
The shirt inside the package was torn and there was no label. We did not even order the shirt.

I ordered a dress for my baby from firstcry..they shipped..it was next day delivery but today is 10th day didn't got my parcel..i called to firstcry customer service i asked them to give me proper date of my orders they said I I can't tell u exact date..plz firstcry change ur courier partner from xpressbees they r not delivering on time no updates also given .....

Dear team I have received all TORN clothes and I have paid in COD and a request to the team to kindly stop the payment to the concern vendor as all the products are Fake
even I called at the police station for FIR that they are saying kindly contact xpressbees they can help you at first level please arrange your call back I am sharing with the details of complaint

Xpressbees complaint...

Horrest experience in my life to working with this company last 3 months. Now i was give up the delivery frenchise and clear there shipments. They are promised me your security deposit money credited to your account next 15 days but this company is not credited any amount in my account. Now going 2 months they were no reply to me. I want my money back please help me...

Its been 5 days now since my order [protected] has been made(tracking id-[protected]). Original delivery date was 22 march, its 25 march today and still there is no update on order delivery.
Pathetic experience, i would not recommend samsung or any other ecom site to continue their services with xpressbees.
Please help me prompt order delivery and register my complaint...
