Delivery from expressbees was scheduled on 25th May 2023 but was delayed the order was from Urban Gabru order no #234928
delivery consignment no -AWB [protected] . Tried connecting with the executive but their number is just not reachable however i connected today 29th May and the executive is saying your order has been cancelled and returned back he is sighting the reason as failed delivery attempt .
There has not been a single call from the executive regarding the delivery attempt no update nothing they just return the order on their own wish .
Its really frustrating to know that anyone can return or cancel our order without informing the customer this is making things worse and difficult in the ecommerce industry .
I need complete remuneration of the torture i have gone through with this company we put in our hardearned money and order the product its very sad to see orders getting cancelled without our update please solve the issue sir .
Mr Srinivas from express bees headoffice says he cannot do anything on this . I need the explanation from the company sir that who attempted the delivery and when .

        Xpressbees assigned for pick up but executive not coming for pick up and saying no. your team us cancelling my request by mentioning wrong reason that customer wants to cancel.

        till date parcel not picked up.

        now return window closed on meesho. because of your useless logistic services, i have lost my money.

          I have ordered scar spray 50 ml which is rupees 699. I ordered on 13 th 2023 may but i received xpressbees delivery boy on 19 may 2023 the payment by cash 700 rupees ok but when i opened iam shocked there is empty box which is color white i have evidence video and pictures i raise a complaint about xpressbees courier so refund or return my product. I will give complaint i from karnataka Hassan district Sakaleshpur town.

            I had ordered a product from good vibes which was supposed to be delivered by xpressbees. They never delivered my the product and updated the status as delivered in the online tracking portal.
            I never received any call neither OTP which us supposedly mandatory to deliver the product.
            I checked with my neighbors and security guards but none received the package.

            When tried to reach the courier customer care to raise the issue they are unreachable. Even after sending them couple of emails they are unresponsive. Such fraudulent behavior needs to be taken seriously and action should be taken against them.

              I had ordered a shipment on 8th may 2023 and it got shipped on 13th may 2023 by xpressbees. But since 5 days while tracking my order, they are showing current location as bangalore from 5 days. Please help me and transit my shipment further so that it could reach me as soon as possible.                             I had a parcel that is from Mariani(Assam), and the estimated delivery is 8th May 2023, i checked everyday about my parcel and there is no update in my tracking details.Once i mailed customer service of xpressbees they replied me with a mail says that the parcel will be delivered to the customer with 5 working days from the date of booking. My order booked on 2nd May 2023.
                            There is no proper update from them.I am worried about the delay of my parcel.Kindly please update informations of my order about the current status.

                              My flipkart shipment no[protected] was supposed to be delivered today the delivery agent was continuously calling on my wifes num and telling the location which was besides my home then too he didnt deliver the order after that his colleague or some one again call on the same num telling i will block your id of filpkart and see to it that you wont be able to order any product from now and i am cancelling you current order too by stating the reason that i refused to take the delivery is this the way to deal
                              I request confumer forum officials to please look into the matter and please take actions againt the company and the delivery agent

                                I have ordered one saree from Instagram page. They have made courier through XpressBees Logistics with tracking ID [protected].
                                But it's not delivered yet but showing WHHandover. It's now 10 days when company courier the package.

                                  My order has been sitting in their delivery hub since 29th April 2023 and I still haven’t received the order. They said that they made an delivery attempt. But I didn’t receive any call from their agent and the agent does not even bother to pick up my calls or calls back even after calling them a thousand time. I have lost count of the time I have called their customer service but they are as fake as the company. They promise to deliver the order on priority and they nothing. I’m still waiting. If harassing innocent people is their business then kudos they are doing a spectacular job.

                                    Hi there,

                                    XpressBees, the delivery partner is absolutely incompetent!! They never turn up at the doorstep. Give them an alternate mobile number, even then they can't deliver or call. Their customer support IVR is utterly hopeless!!
                                    They expect us to input this number on the phone -- [protected] while on the call.
                                    Worst of all, these nincompoops don't share their delivery guy's number...What a joke of a company are Xpressbees!!??

                                    They've apparently tried to reach me on two different numbers and they're still unable to deliver the Adidas product - utter shambles!

                                    At this rate I'll never get my order delivered.

                                    A really disappointing experience, this.

                                      My order was to be delivered today[protected] but as usual around 8pm they updated in the app that delivery attempted but failed since customer was not available. We have very sorted records of every person coming in our society for with we get a call to allow that person. however, no one came for delivery and update with fake reason. This is not the first time Xpressbees is doing. They always delay the orders. Pathetic delivery system. I need my product today itself and this is every time a mental harrasment to reach out to support team and they are again not available after evening for help.
