      Hi,

      My shipment AWB: [protected] is not updated since 3rd December. Their customer care has no clue where is the shipment. Absolutely hopeless service. It shows

      Thursday, 3rd Dec 2020 12.10 PM In transit from MAA/HUB-TSP, CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU

      No update after this. How can courier company be this hopeless?

      After raising this complaint XpressBees person called me and told that they have lost the shipment and are now searching where it went. But online tracking still shows in transit from Chennai.

      Update 2: Absolutely hopeless. They have no clue where the shipment went from Chennai. My money is stuck with the seller and no idea when they will update the status to lost. Never seen such unprofessional and mismanaged service.

      Update 4: They found the package in Pune itself. By that time shipper had already shipped another replacement package to me. Shipper has decided never to use Xpress bees again.

            I'm receiving the text message regarding the things that I haven't ordered.
            I am mentioning the text that I have recieved -:

            Please have a look at it and take action at earliest, as this is the second time I have recieved notification like this. I have recieved notification regarding two different orders.

              I shipped two packets and those are to be returned back to me Tracking/AWB number:[protected] &[protected]. The delivery person has not delivered the packets and status shows delivered. The POD I received has false signatures of delivery. You guys are thief. I will go to consumer court with the POD.

                Today I got this massage but I didnt get my product

                And I call the courier partner and he is not ready to deliver product today.

                  I ordered products from shyaway they sent it through xpressbees, it had reached Bhopal on 25th Nov 2020, and it was out showing out for delivery for 3 consecutive days but not delivered
                  On 25th, 26th and 27th Nov they have updated wrong status on its website that my office/residence was closed but it was open the whole time and even I received parcel from Amazon the day before.
                  When contacted both shyaway and Xpressbees customer service they told me every day that your order will be delivered by today wait until 8 pm.and they gave me no. Of courier boy of wrong location. When called he said he is not covering my area, next day they gave me another no. But he also said the same thing and both gave me another no. [protected]. When called on 26th he said 'mai dekhta hu' and after that he has not received my single call.
                  On 28th no they gave me warehouse address of xpressbees in my area "Ajit choudhary h no. 128, sector B indra nagar, mandideep, district raisen bhopal" when I reached there there is no office or warehouse, there was a old house where only one bike was parked.
                  I don't know if this is some kind of fraud

                  Finally on 1st December they delivered my order at 7 pm evening after so much effort.
                  Ridiculous service this is.
                  Fraud site... I will never purchase again from your site.. And tell others...
                  And saree length also too short..
                  I just received my order today... This is not same as I order... And the length of the saree is too short... Please change it Or give my money backleha

                      My parcel is not delivered yet and status is showing delivered it's the pathetic thing.

                      Before this status I got this msg while I didn't got any call and I was at home only. No-one had come there.

                        My shipment arrived at Malakpet branch on 14th Nov as per xpressbee site. AWB [protected]. I am running to Xpressbee daily since 14th Nov and today is 23rd Nov. no response.

                        Today they have said me that shipment is lost and now I don't know what to do.

                        I did not expected this from Xpressbee. When I contacted boat whose product was shipped to me I am getting automated replies but no action.

                          I was ordered product on 17.11.2020, the estimated delivery by 20.11.2020 but the product is not delivered to me, i went to nearest courier branch office and asked about the courier, it was there but the courier agent people is not ready to handover the product to customer as per policy, so i agreed on that, the delivery agent people commited to deliver the product on 22 or 23rd of nov 2020 but not delivered the product to me, on 23rd i called to branch courier office, they told to me if incase urgencg come and collect the product, it was pantentic about coruier

                                I ought to receive a replacement product from Image marketing through Xpressbees having shipping id[protected] . The product is showing "in transit" for quite some time and was struck in "Xpressbees Visakhapatnam hub". I have contacted Xpressbees customer care service thrice but they won't care. So I personally visited the hub to know the whereabouts of the product but they have no clue where the package was. They were saying that the package might have lost or got damaged and they don't know where it is now.
                                Please look into this matter.

                                  My package is stilling in a warehouse near me since 15th., since 3 days your multiple agents and a senior agent or supervisor said wait 24hours.. wait 24 hours.

                                    Since last 3 days this company is entering FALSE information on the courier delivery status that "customer refused the delivery". When I called the customer care, they just gave same information as was available on the online portal and just assured that the delivery will be made today. However by the end of the day, the status was updated with false information "customer refused the delivery" AGAIN. They do not reply to my emails and their customer care is a joke. Very bad quality of the call and immature representative. The customer care center hours are also wrong on the website. I do not know how to resolve this anymore.

                                    I received a reply saying that the delivery will be made in next 24 hours and today the status of the courier is not updated at all on the Xpress Bees platform. I am baffled by Xpress Bees's behavior to say lies consistently.

                                    Inreceived the package but few items are missing from the package. I do not know yet how this happened and whoade the failure. Hence will keep this issue open here.
