Xpressbees Logistics — cheating with incorrect delivery updates | |
An order was placed with firstcry.com website on january 24, 2019 and the expected date of delivery mentioned in the order was january 30-31st 2019. An sms was received from xpressbees reagarding that the product was out for delivery on 31st january 2019. At about 7 pm on that day i received call from the delivery boy that the product would be delivered tomorrow as it was night. I have informed him that the product was urgent and needed the next day. The message that i received after some time from xpressbees was that i have requested for a future delivery and that the product would be delivered in 24-48 hours. I have not received any call on feb 1 and when i contacted the number of the delivery boy given in the message (Ph no: [protected]), it was switched off. The next day morning also i tried reaching the same number and still the phone was off. I gave complaint to firstcry and they assured that the product would be delivered by eod on feb 2. Since i didnt receive any information till evening i registered complaint again with firstcry and also with xpressbees customer care and they assured that the delivery would be done on feb 4th monday. I was able to contact the delivery boy after this and he said that he didnt take the product with him. I was shocked and annoyed with the reply. Till now i have not received the product and since feb 2, i have received 2 messages that the customer refused to accept order which was never attempted to be delivered. Xpressbees updates wrong information and has caused a lot of mental stress to me. Kindly do the needful to deliver the product. Was this information helpful? | |
