Xpressbees Logistics — Could not deliver my order and return it without contacting me. | |
My name is Nagendra. I have placed a order in Flipkart on[protected]. The order id is : OD[protected]. The parcel was takeover the logistic XPRESSBEES Logistics. The date of delivery given by Flipkart is[protected]. But on[protected], i have received a out for delivery message from XPRESSBEES. Waiting till[protected] till i can't get any status from the courier partner. At that time i have called the courier executive about my order, he said that my parcel was missed and searching for that item. You could wait next day i will call you, but he could not call me. Again i have called him on[protected] he told me that it was return. You could place another order again. I don't know why the item was return? He was agreed that he could not call me for delivery and he was send the status and return it that I'm not available. I have not received any call from him but he was return the parcel. Very irresponsible person he is. I have already contact the xpressbees service customer care but he could not take any action. The customer care service act like dolls. So i have giving you the delivery executive number who was mis behave with me and take own decisions with out contact the customer. Take an action never repeat again.
