Xpressbees Logistics — delaying delivery | |||||
I ordered a product in myntra, then express bees picked it for delivery. It's been 4 days since they picked it up from myntra dispatch warehouse still they didn't even started transporting it. The item is still in their delivery center. My tracking number is[protected]. The item is stuck in hyderabad express bees delivery center, but they didn't started transporting. He did first attempt of parcel delivery. not supportive and demanding only for cash.

what does it mean - do online payment on your risk if your QR code is not readable.
Not attempting to deliver and giving reasons like cod amounts not ready then door closed every day SMS received will deliver today but no attempt made. I don't know whether to go out or not totally at the mercy of delivery man
AWB # : [protected] cash on delivery on this product-Rs.630 . The product was not the same which i ordered and got very dirty and smelly cloth inside it. I want my money to be refunded.
