I order multiple time parcel through paytm mall and that was delivered by xpressbees, Your courier man is very very rude and unprofessional, in first parcel he did not delivered parcel and still show that he delivered it, and while contacting him he reply with rude answer and deliver a parcel after many days of expected delivery date. In second parcel he did not deliver hand to hand and just throw (!!! Things inside the parcel could have broken!! Really bad experince) in home.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
