Hi there, I have to receive a package from bewakoof which is traveling through xpressbees. The package is already in my city but your employee held my package unnecessarily. He is messaging me the package is out for delivery and the second moment messaging me that i requested him for future delivery which i didn’t. It already crossed my delivery date.
