Xpressbees Logistics — my order not yet delivered | |||||
I have ordered two items on purplle.com with orderid [protected] on nov 20, 2017. They are dispatched through xpressbees with tracking id[protected] on 21-11-17. While tracking the shipment, it shows the product reached my place (Hospet) on 25-11-17. But, till today i have not received any phone call/information regarding the same. There is no xpressbees courier office in hospet. I have called xpressbees customer care through phone thrice regarding this. They are saying we will deliver it by today/tomorrow every time but failed to do so. They have given a mobile number to contact. When i call him, he says i am not in that courier right now. This is not at all acceptable. Its been two weeks and i have not seen this much irresponsible courier service till now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
