[Resolved] Xpressbees Logistics — My order was not delivered from 4 days | |||||
I ordered from Paytm, Tracking no:[protected], which was supposed to be delivered on 30/06/16, was not delivered till now. I received a message on 30th out for delivery, so waited but didn't receive. today when i track my order i was shocked to see this statement, "Future Delivery : Requested by Consignee". I didn't even receive a call to postpone the delivery of my product. After tarcking my order i contact to xpressbees logistics about delivery they said we re deliver on 2/06/16 again i recieved a sms that product was out for delivery, i was waiting for it, but it wasn't, when i saw the status it was "Mobile Unanswered / Not Reachable".. Its ridiculous, i never received a call to say like that. If this issue wasn't resolved, i will take a serious action on XPRESSBEES The xpressbees logistics are delivering the products are playing with customers if they are not interest to delivery the products why should they are running this logistics unnecessarily close the logistics and start selling the flower business Was this information helpful? | |||||
