I ordered boat basshead earphones from flipkart and they stopped working after 5months since it were in the warantee period. I reported a complaint in boat. And they were ready to replace it. So, xpbees was to deliver my product. After two days i got message saying "your product will be delivered today." but it never delivered. The same message came for three days. And every time with a different phone number was provided. The delivery man never called tho. When i called on the phone numbers the delivery man said that he would call me when he'd be out for delivery. But no call from the delivery man side came.
The messages saying "your product will be delivered today" stopped after four days. So i called one of the delivery man whose number was provided with the messages. He said that my product was in their office and he would deliver it the other day. But he refused the next day. That the product is not here.
One of your delivery guy asked me to send me the reverse pickup number i was alloted so i saved his number as random and forwarded him the message.

Updated by atypicalesper i also tried calling your customer care number but no one is accepting the phone. and sometimes it ain't even connecting.

Updated by atypicalesper i called the numbers that i got from messages. The first delivery guy said that he would call me in the evening when he would be out for delivery. but he never called back.
the next day i got a new message but this time the number i got was different. i got the same reply.
then i got the same message the third day. This time the number i got was "unavailable" when called.
then the message saying your product will be delivered today stopped coming. so i called the numbers myself again. he asked my reverse packaging number and asked to wait. i forwarded him the message. he said to deliver the product the other day. but he did not called me. when i called the other day he said that it's his leave today and blocked my number afterwards.
I just want the product to be delivered asap.
it's been more than two months now!
