Xpressbees Logistics — Non delivery of order | |
I ordered a product from a street style store and as per the logistics given it was XpressBees. I received a call on 27 December 2020 for delivery of my order and due to some reasons i said them to reattempt the delivery. But then on 29 December 2020 without any call or message i just receive a text that product couldn't be delivered as customer refused to accept. How i am supposed to know? and then i registered complaint in customer care and thought issue will be resolved. And then i receive a text on 30 December 2020 that it is out for delivery. But later i received no call nor any text and of course no product.Only a message of reattempt of deilvery i complained again on customer care number [protected]. But again i get no calls or message only just received a text on 1 Jan 2020 that product couldn't be delivered as customer refused to accept. And today when i saw the status of my order it is RTO without even me knowing about it!!! Was this information helpful? | |
