Xpressbees Logistics — package delivery status wrong | |||||
I ordered a phone from Mi.com on 21 July 2017, on 22nd July at nearly 4.45, I received a message from the Xpressbees that my package is out for delivery. But it didn't deliver any package, or at least should have called me when they arrived, but I didn't receive any call. After that, they updated their tracking status as shipment could not be delivered, as the house was closed. I live in a college hostel, open till 10p.m, they didn't even call me if they were here and went away. Was this information helpful? | |||||

XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 20, 2017 liza ghoshdatta's response Today the courier do not deliver, so please deliver the courier as soon as possible cause tomorrow will be the last date to deliver. Thanks myself- LIZ'S GHOSH DATTA.

Today I got a message from your expressbees courier service, but still now they didn't deliver the courier. Track number[protected], tomorrow is the last date to deliver the courier. Please contact me on this number - [protected]. Please check it out.
