[Resolved] Xpressbees Logistics — Product not delivered and this courier has sent me sms saying it is delivered | |||||
I have ordered a product via shopclues.com with order no 97659730, xpressbees courier has not delivered it but they have updated in their system as delivered and shopclues also saying it is delivered on 29th august, it is been so many days and i have spent lot of money on phone calls, i have spent nearly 150 rupee on talking to customer care people, the value of the product is 500 rupee, can anyone help me here to file a case against shopclues and xpressbees Was this information helpful? | |||||
