Xpressbees Logistics — product not delivered but status updated as customer rejected thrice in last 4 days | |||
I supposed to get Firstcry product delivered on 10th Feb which was not delivered but received an SMS that we rejected the product, i contacted XpressBees customer care and requested to raise a complaint which was not happened. Requested FirstCry to resend the product, but same was repeated, received SMS again " customer rejected" where as delivery boy never called or visited my house. today 3rd time repeated the same. when i called customer care i received an irresponsible response that, they can't take any complaint. Please consider this as my complaint and expecting a positive response, failing which i'm taking this as an evidence and approach consumer court for wasting my time and money.
