Dear sir, My credit card had dispatched to secundrebad branch, Hyderabad, India, on10 th Nov. I traced that it will be delivered on 11th November.But courier boy J.Santosh didn't came and he reported that we were shifted to other address.I went to courier office & took the boy number.I called to the boy, but he is demanding some amount.Please take action regarding this otherwise I will going to complaint this issue to your heighier authorities & RBL bank CC.
