Hi i am the daily customer of shein but this is a very bad experience that i am gonna share with you,,, your delivery staff is talking so rudely this is not what i have expected from xpressbees i got a call from this number [protected] and his name is vinid and he told me he is coming to pick up the parcel as i had to return one item as i got it in a very bad quality and return id is 17751218.. Your staff vinid told me to come at vishal mahipalpur so i waited there for more than 30 mint then i call him again and he said he is at vasant kunj cant come so he told me to wait for 15 more mint... The way of his talking to the customer is so rude i had received so many parcel fron your xpressbees but i had met this kind of rudely staff in my life...
