Xpressbees Logistics — wrong delivery message

I have always very bad experience with XpressBees Delivery executive. They never receive the call if we try to contact them and later they will update status as Home/Office closed wherein they have not even attempted the delivery.

This is very bad image and i am going to take this type of fake messages to higher level.

Please make sure that this issue is resolved as soon as possible or else i will taking this issue to higher level as this always happens with XpressBees

I had claimed warranty for my boat bass earphones 255 .They replaced the product but it didn't reached me and it is showing that it is in the Hyderabad and delivery is also in Hyderabad.
