[Resolved] Xpressbees Logistics — wrong status update | |||
Dear Worst courier, I Had placed order from Snapdeal which was shipped from ur company having tracking ID:[protected] but from last three days u people r updating as residence closed how its possible.. Given address is my residence address and security is present 24hrs .. I want explanation on this or send me that ### fellow who update residence close I will take legal action against him ... Two days back I had also conversation from ur CUSTOMER CARE executive she told sir it will delivered u tmrw..How u people give fake commitment to customer.. U just cheating customer same on ur management also. Even I had not get a single call from delivery guys.. Every day I get SMS that shipment will be out for delivery it will delivered today.
