I have placed order on firstcry and it was expected to reach by 2 august 2016,
When i track my shipment, it says "courier is out for delivery", while expressbees returned my courier stating that "address was not able to locate and mobile was not reachable", but I didnt receive any call stating that.
Also on the same address I have received 9 couriers from xpressbees before.
Xpessbees is not conforming the exact date of delivery now and I am waiting whole day at home just for the same.
Also the costumer care team is not supporting at all.

From jabong i was supposed to get a parcel which is being delivered by you..when i got a message on my phone it was Rs.526 that i was supposed to pay for my courier.but when the delivery boy came he took Rs.692..so how i am supposed to get back my money??hope to get a reply soon

      Hi,

      We have booked a product in Snapdeal and its reached the correct location 2 days back, still i have not received it. when i am tracking the AWB number they are mentioning that our mobile number is not reachable. i am staying in far from the city so i think the delivery boy is mentioning as mobile is not reachable.
      i want to give a complaint on that guy and on the xpressbees courier service, hyderabad about the service they are providing

      XpressBees Logistics is very bad courier service in India. there was no response of complaint. my tracking no is[protected]. its show delivered but i have get not any type of parceled. i have complaint it many time on costumer care no of XpressBees.but there was noting to cooperate. only give complaint no is 28831149

        I had ordered an Nike Sweatshirt from Jabong. Xpressbees was supposed to deliver it within the time period specified by Jabong.These guys didn't turn up to deliver it on my specified address rather wrongly updated on their website that "Mobile Unanswered / Not Reachable". But i haven't Received any call or message for the same from the delivery boy. Better he have to call me if that address is unreachable.I had already called up their customer care 3 to 4 times . Very very bad service.Please do the needful. I want my parcel as soon as posiible.

          I had ordered an mobile from Snapdeal. Xpressbees was supposed to deliver it within the time period specified by Snapdeal. These guys didn't turn up to deliver it on my specified address rather wrongly updated on their website that "Residence/Office Closed: Can't Deliver". I had already called up their customer care 7 to 8 times in last 3 days. These people every time give the same answer that it will be delivered shortly. Now I have to cancel my shipment through Snapdeal.

          1st the courier assigned by your company didn't deliver my shipment on time rather they updated false status on their website as "Office/Residence closed: couldn't deliver".
          2nd I had cancelled the order on 2nd August 2016.
          Now they delivered the mobile on 4th August to some other person without my knowledge.
          This is ridiculous.
          No one called me before delivering it to me.
          I have to put this case in Facebook & Twitter stating the kind of service provided by you people.
          Now that I have the phone with me, I would like to return it to you people.

          Don't assign Expressbees as your preferred delivery partner.

              Misrouting my courier to wrong addresses

              I have a pending order from jabong with awb#[protected] for marathahalli, bangalore 560103. the courier reached & was directed to blr sth which was correct but after "out for delivery" at 11 am they just mentioned "misroute" & sent it back to "blr/cnt". after searching endlessly for the correct customer care numbers cos the numbers provided on their website r fake, i finally got in touch with them. they confirmed my address with pincode...

              I had ordered some sarees from voonik. The expected date was 30th july. But i received a message yesterday at 8:11pm that one of my products is out for delivery. But before that i had received a message from voonik that the delivery was unsuccessful, couldn't reach you at 7:54pm. Was so disappointed. But the sad thing is that the xpressbees neither called me nor send me a message saying i could collect from the office. So how can they say that the courier packet could not be delivered? So i request you to kindly look into the matter so that it doesn't happen again.

                          I am facing issue for shipment delivery. This is supposed to be delivered to my office address which works 24x7, your delivery boy today not tried to get in touch with me on the mob no which i had registered with the snapdeal. Later shipment status was updated as “you were not available to to accept the item: can't deliver”

                          How can you expect from us to tolerate this kind of rude and unethical behavior from delivery boy. I think u r trying to dupe the customer

                              I kept tracking my product and it reached my city in the morning at 9 and it said out for delivery at 11.40
                              I didnt receive any messages and was waiting for the product. at 6.30 pm i rang up and found out at it and then they said they would deliver by today or the next day.. thats fine. at night i got a message saying "customer was out of station"
                              They didnt attempt a delivery. y unnecessary to update wrongly.

                              Initally they delivered promptlyby informing and giving the approximate time of delivery but now no messages that product will be delivered or confirmation.

                                I placed order on 9july for phone on snapdeal. Selected one day delivery on and paid rs.100 for that because i needed this phone on 11july. The seller send it from xpressbees.

                                On 11july, i was expecting the delivery in the morning but when i didn't get any call from them i dialed their customer care number around 3-4pm, the lady picked but she had no clue about it and tried to convince me that it will be delivered by evening.

                                I again dialed at 7:40 this time again they told me the courier is in delhi hub but it hasn't reached in my area. Before disconnecting he promised me that he will try to get it delivered and at 08:04 pm the status changed from in transit from "del/pc1 to out for delivery" just 25min after i dialed. This time i was damn sure that i will get my phone but guess what when i again tracked the shipment at 09:20 pm it was showing 'mobile unanswered/not reachable' in remarks.

                                It means they dialed my number but it went unanswered because my phone was not reachable that is not true obviously. They just made an excuse for not delivering the order that day.


                                They are so irresponsible and unprofessional, ruined my day and wasted money (Rs100 for one day delivery). I request all seller not to use their services.

                                i forgot to mentioned snapdeal seller. TVS Electronics Ltd. beware while dealing with them as well not saying it is their fault but it was the seller who chose cheap services.

                                i buy phone by this seller on snapdeal.com on 6 july 2016 and the delivery date is expected between 9 july to 13 july 2016 but today is 14 july 2016 till date i do not get my mobile REDMI note 3 32gb . and i E-mail my complain 4 times to snapdeal but they did not reply and do not tell me that where is my mobile and when i will get it . so the seller and snapdeal both have the worst services .

                                  This is the worst service, anyone must have received.
                                  Service is available in Bangalore, however no local customer care. Only std numbers are available, kannada speaking customer must learn Hindi to speak.
                                  More than 10 minutes a customer is placed on hold.
                                  Without calling the customer, future consignment date is updated in the tracker, as if the customer is a fool, he cannot read the update.
                                  After several bad reviews and complaints no change is working style nor any action is taken against the company.
                                  The online companies using this service is not bothered, because it is customers headache to follow up to receive their products.
                                  XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I have ordered raincoat on paytm & they courier it through xpressbees. the delivery is not yet done from then and their contact numbers are not working. the delivery person is not contacting for the delivery of the material and no feedback from the xpressbees. the material was so urgent and the cdelivery person is not even calling as the number is given.
                                    XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
