[Resolved] Xpressbees — Product delivery | |||||
I had ordered an mobile from Snapdeal. Xpressbees was supposed to deliver it within the time period specified by Snapdeal. These guys didn't turn up to deliver it on my specified address rather wrongly updated on their website that "Residence/Office Closed: Can't Deliver". I had already called up their customer care 7 to 8 times in last 3 days. These people every time give the same answer that it will be delivered shortly. Now I have to cancel my shipment through Snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is regarding ORDER ID: [protected].
1st the courier assigned by your company didn't deliver my shipment on time rather they updated false status on their website as "Office/Residence closed: couldn't deliver".
2nd I had cancelled the order on 2nd August 2016.
Now they delivered the mobile on 4th August to some other person without my knowledge.
This is ridiculous.
No one called me before delivering it to me.
I have to put this case in Facebook & Twitter stating the kind of service provided by you people.
Now that I have the phone with me, I would like to return it to you people.
Just active the link so that I can return it.
Don't assign Expressbees as your preferred delivery partner.
