Xpressbees — vulgar abusive words and extreme rude behaviour used by courier guy | |||||
I had ordered an item from the firstcry wherein i wanted the product for an event on 27th oct 2018 and this was mentioned to firstcry on 25th already. With n updates on my product till 27th morning, i called up first cry, they said the product is out for delivery and gave me the courier guys number saying you can call him and ask him to deliver before 4:00 as i needed it before that time. I call up the guy around 2, 2:30. H assures me he'll deliver the parcel by 4:30 pm anyhow. Till 5pm i receive no updates, so i call him up again. He doesnt answer the first 4-5 times. Then calls up from another number. Since i have mehendi applied on both my hands, my husband talks to him: Husband : i am talking from p&t. You were about to deliver by 4:30. Where are you Courier guy: sir, my bike was punctured, so i couldnt Husband : by when would you be able to reach, we have to leave Courier guy: you can leave, i'll drop the parcel with the watchman or neighbours Husband : but we need the parcel, its urgent, we cant leave before that. And why did you commit for 4:30 when you couldnt come Courier guy: i wont be able to deliver before 2 hours. Do whatever you can Husband : it hardly takes 10-15 mins for a puncture fix, why are you saying 2 hours Courier guy: i have other work. I cant deliver. Its easy for you to sit and home and talk. Come out in the sun, then you'll know how it is Husband : who are you to tell me that, talk properly Courier guy : 5-6 extreme vulgar abusive words (In marathi), do whatever you can, i'll make sure i dont deliver your product. I am going to see that Husband : get pissed off, you come i'll also see Disconnects the call I call him back and record the below conversation after this incident: Me : who on earth are you mister Courier guy : who is it Me : i am calling from p&t. You assured me delivery by 4:30, now i have an event and you say you cant, i have been following up with firstcry since 2 days. I understand you have work, but isnt there something called as priority Courier guy: i was not said your product is to be delivered on priority, so i am going to deliver when i want to Me : dude, do you understand, you are spoiling my event. The parcel contains my 2 years daughters dress and its important for the event. You come home and see Courier guy : ok, then tell your husband to come and collect the parcel from me. I am at nandivli. (Its like 200 metres from my address and he says he cant come) Me : i am not going to sned anyone to collect from you. And how did you talk to my husband. Who are you? Should i complain against you Courier guy : please, you can do whatever you have to. Even we have recordings. Me : fine, i am not scared coz we didnt say anything wrong. Courier guy : keeps muttering something which sounds abusive Me : disconnects He delivers the parcel in 10 mins, but just rings the bell, throws and runs away My concern is my husband felt so humiliated, he was so angry the entire event that is he bound to listen to abusive words of any random guy. Our event ultimately was spoilt. And he spoke to me as well rudely so i cant just imaginge the way he would have spoken to my husband. I could hear his voice clearly out of the phone. I seek justice here and strict action against such guys as they think they can say and do whatever they want beacuse they know their company is going to take no action.
