Dear sir/madam, Good afternoon!! This is manu bocheer ks, using hdfc credit card more than 12 years, i mean i am your loyal customer since 12 years. Recently i had missed paying the credit card payment, on the verge of contacting me your staff has contacted many of my friends for the non payment and communicated that he has to pay the payment (I received call from these numbers) [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], I don’t know whether this is the process hdfc bank will follow in contacting the customer. And also the attitude of the staff was not up to mark. By all these actions i am really down and i would like discontinue long lasting relationship of 12 years with hdfc bank. I will be paying the outstanding before due date. Once payment is credited to card please block it. I don’t want to use going forward. I don’t know whether i am escalating to the right e mail id, if not, request you to provide the correct email id so that i can take it forward.
