I am continuously receiving call from the Standard Chartered employee named Payal (vaguely remembered) and the calling number flashed on my mobile screen is [protected]. My mother in law ( Mrs V Gomathy ) aged 62 years visited my family in Chennai and left by Vaigai express to Madurai alone on 18th Mar 2009 by an e-ticket ( coach no D4 seat no 95 ) booked by me. The system did not pop up for the input of any Identity card details which used to pop up in the previous software versions while booking E tickets. I did not avail any concessions available for senior citizens as she did not have any Identity proof....
