Xyz — I'm complaining about your representative are not talking in Marathi.

Today I have faced many problem of communication in Marathi With your representative . Today I have called justdial, your representative started talking in hindi with me. I have said him, I am not comfortable in hindi and English also, your representative told me you should talk in Hindi OR English. I asked him where you are talking from he said from mumbai. Then, I said you should talk in Marathi. because, Mumbai in Maharashtra and our regional language is Marathi. Your most of customers are Marathi in Maharashtra. It's customer demand to talk with customer in Marathi. He said No .we can talk in Hindi or English. So, afterall my problem is not solve today from justdial. So, kindly hire people are talking Marathi as well as other language. It's strong demand. You must work on it. (Justdial your doing good job for helping people but, in language concern poor service) focus on customer service and satisfaction. thank you.
