I have already submitted a complaint. I want to lodge another against CRO kalpana as she fooled us again after her team. She emailed for full refund now she is disagreeing and saying she sent an email by mistake, will deduct 10k. How is that possible she is CRO for a purpose but when CRO is confused how our problems can be resolved. I am regretting my decision of chosing Y axis. Is there anyone who can help me for full refund?
Or I should think of some other way.

    Y-axis is playing with people's dream. They have picked up my case and completely screwed it up. I have approached Y-axis in 2021 Feb, they reviewed my case and told since i am turning 40 in 2022, i should not delay and file my EOI as i have good chance.
    They took AUD3000/- upfront along with AUD 450 for skill Assessment.
    They filed my EOI in April under three category 189, 190 and 491 . After that they sat on it and did nothing. When i called and chased on mails no response. In Feb 2022 i got to know that ROI needed to be filled to be eligible for any invitation and Y-axis has not done that step at all. I contacted Y-axis and they didn't have a clue. They didn't have a clue of my skills, my CV and in a rush they filed a ROI on 8th Feb 2022 under 190. WHen i asked by why not 491 as i have higher point in this category, they told for that i should be in Regional Victoria, i asked why did they not inform him about earlier. They don't have an answer. I escalated the case to their Australia country Head Michael Khan, but no response. They are trying to cover their lies, mistakes all the time. I requested their CEO, india country head's email or contact but no one is sharing that as well.

    Y-axis a fraudulent company a strict action should be taken and it should be barred from the market. Happy to do whatever it takes.

      My grief is that firstly we decided to get the help from y axis for Australia PR process.
      But now we donot want to proceed as we were mislead by information. The states which are not yet open for nomination in Australia, they were telling us that we can get invitation from them but when we researched it was all fake and the points are too high to get invitation but somehow they made us to believe them and took half payment from us which is 912 USD
      When I told that I don’t wish to proceed and want my refund as I didn’t take any of their service. They are not refunding and saying 25000 rupees will be deducted but fir no service how can they deduct 25k rupees.
      I am a middle class person and can’t afford this loss. I am following up with them for 2 weeks but didn’t help me.
      Please help me to get my refund.

      CRO is not addressing my concern.
      Firstly, they emailed to refund all the amount but now she is saying she sent email by mistake. I don’t know what these people are upto. They are so rude and insensitive. They are here to take people money nothing else.

        Not refunding my Amount and not responding to my calls

After the initial discussion with him, he has explained the immigration process and time duration for canada.         I wasn’t given the complete information on filling a visa instead was forced to make the payment. I’ve been receiving multiple calls for the payment and after I made the payment there’s no proper response. Now I’m told that the Visa processing is going to take 13 weeks and more so I advised them to refund the amount the same day that I made the payment. They are just ignoring and not responding back.

          Y-axis is a fraud company. Their intention is to take the money from customer and provide misleading information and when you try to confront or request for refund, they dont even reply to your emails or messages. I was approached by Harshala Satpute and was assured that my CV stand good chances of getting canada express entry. For the initial evaluation, around 3500 rs was paid and afterwards i was informed that as per initial evaluation my score stand at 70, so i will need to score around 7 in IELTS. Once you show some interest, they keep on calling and make you to pay discounted price, which was Rs 82500 in my case. After payment, another consultant Dinesh called and confirmed that i will have to score minimum 9 in IELTS to be qualified for the express entry, with score of 7 the application can be submitted to only one province. The moment i heard this, i asked Dinesh to stop my process, then I approached y-axis for refund and another lady called madhulatha messaged saying that the payment is non refundable. Y-axis gives you contract copy only after full payment and not in the entire process i was informed that the payment is non refundable. This itself shows that the company works by " concealing the fact" and based on this itself they can be challenged in the court of law.
          I would request you to please please please do not opt for any service with this fraudster company Y-axis and if anyone who is defrauded by this company, kindly reach out and all o[censored]s can file a case if needed.

            When I was having meeting he not provide me proper information about fund he was telling i need to show fund in Ahmedabad then he force me to sign to finish earlier then after he send file to Bangalore then Mr. Naresh he told me you need to show amount in Kuwait then i inform Mr. Vaibhav refund my amount because from Kuwait I can not able to show amount not Y-axis is refusing to refund.

            This is Fraud company they want user anyhow sign contract then they want to cheat clients.

              I have contacted Y-Axis in the year of 2019 seeking help in immigrating to Canada. I am from a rural background and was not having any prior knowledge on immigration. So, I wanted to have a very good advisor and guidance to carry on with my goals, and contacted Y-Axis to opt for their services.
              Initially I was having trust with Y-Axis and was believing in my skills, so I thought of investing my hardly earned money, but I couldn’t explain the disappointments that I had down the road. Since my exposure regarding the immigration is too poor, I had to go with the options suggested by Y-Axis. As I was visiting the office the consultant explained about the various packages available with them at a very high level only. I was not in a position to make my own decision, but by their promises and hope I had opted in.
              They weren’t clear about what are the pre requisites needed to even start with the immigration process, rather, they were more focused on pushing all the services on me by giving promises. I was having no idea about the timeline it would take to arrange the initial documents, so I had to go with the ways that they have suggested.
              As I was travelling to pursue the requirements along with Y-Axis, I started to understand that the service they are providing are not helpful and their various categories of billing and named services are a way of getting more money from me. For example, there is a service for ECA, which I have opted, they charge me some thousands for this, but what they have assisted; is just a call, asking me to get it done. I myself ran to get all things done and spent more money in addition to the given money. This ECA Service could have been one of the services in their main package itself, but they are separately billing everything to draw out more money from customer.
              About the quality of the services that they provide aren’t worth the money. They only share the common information with you in a fixed frequency which is available openly in the Canadian websites. I wasn’t totally expecting that. I was expecting a compete guidance and details on the hidden opportunities and their expertise on faster immigration, But I never have got that. To say the least about the services provided, if you are educated enough to browse on the internet then, you will not require any of their services.
              They have made me to opt for the services that I can’t even use before I finish preparing the pre requirements. It is their responsibility to provide the service suggestions on a timely manner and give the faithful service to the customers. But their focus was only on the money.
              Now I want to opt out of their services and seeking for refund, I had sent mails to the Y-Axis as well, but no response has been received so far.
              So, I request the authorities to look into my case and resolve.

                I had signed up for your services in November for the UK skilled worker visa, and Mr. Devarka Dasgupta is my consultant. I have been trying to get in touch with him since the beginning of the month, and he hasn't called me. He did respond to me via message once or twice that he will call me but after that no call or even a message since then. I have left messages, mails, even asked my job search assigned assistant to give him the message. But, nothing. Not even a text or a call. Its been 15- 20 days. It has been really disappointing and I am hoping that I can be assigned a new consultant.

                    Y-axis is a fraud company. Their intention is to take the money from customer and prolong the waiting period so that you will forget about your money and your dream to move abroad. I made a payment of 73, 000 indian rupees with a promis that they will be applying for various PNP programs to Canada and they will also market my resume in Canadian companies.
                    It's been almost two years now but they have not moved my profile to a bit also.
                    When it comes to the real work they have been avoiding. They have wasted my time and money both. It's very tough to connect back to the person who has made the sale, by telling this as a reason they will hold the profile.
                    While making the sale the exclusive will go extra mile to make a call from personal mobile number to build the personal connect so that you can trust his words. This repeats until you make the payment but post the payment It's the worst service example.

                      Y-axis is a biggest scam in India.
                      I paid 56000 amount for UK Visa, it's been 50 days but no response from them, i didn't get any response from CRO also.
                      They are getting money making false statements and do nothing.

                      56000 is my 2 years of salary savings, i lost my money.
                      They blocked me on facebook, because i write review on their Facebook page.
                      I'm not able to face my family, because of Y-axis scam.

                      Who paid Y-axis, they have one option next to them, that is suicide because of choosing Y-axis.

                      Please don't go with Y-axis.

                        1. Y-axis has falsely charged me money. The deliverables mentioned in the cost breakup which I fully paid, haven't been met and I was demanded more money as hidden cost. Meaning; the cost breakup was false.
                        2. Provided me with hiked and false ECA application fee which when I checked no the government's website, is way less than what Y-axis has quoted me.
                        3. False costs for IELTS as part of their "miscellaneous costs". Even though I have already appeared for IELTS and informed Y-AXIS, they still are charging me for that and they shamelessly mentioned that they have removed the IELTS cost from the breakup. I have been following up on this for 3+ months now without any response to my questions so far.
                        4. ECA-WES amount has not been deducted from the cost breakup even though ECA-WES has already been taken care of, by me with my own expenses. These guys agree to it on the call and then still charging me with this extra cost and when asked, they again shamelessly say that the cost has been adjusted.
                        5. No document attestation is needed in the process to which they still are charging me money for. I again raised this question without any reply to it and instead they keep on sending the same cost breakup again and again. Such a frustration building approach.
                        6. I was told that a senior official has reviewed my application and then suggested the costs, but in the e-mails it is clear that the official hasn't even looked into my request. I have email proofs.
                        7. Y-axis have broken their own agreement, which I have a proof over the emails but when it comes to shutting down the questions I asked, they just refer to the agreement and talk about closing my requests. How is this even justified?
                        8. A team head once talked to me and clearly mentioned that their Sr "International Recruitment & Immigration Consultant", Mr. Sai Kumar is not qualified to suggest me costs. This is so shocking as he is the one who has been officially assigned to me for all the process and payments.
                        9. It has been a difficult struggle dealing with this firm as they dodge any question you ask them. They are mentally harassing over the calls. When I talked about legal action, they requested for 2 days and it has been 2 months now, without any response. How to end this mental torture and wastage of my man hours by Y-axis.
                        10. How can i sue them with the court? If I can get any advice on this, as I have all these points well documented and written on the emails.

                          I have paid Y-Axis 1, 18, 00 INR for Canadian PR Visa but I have not signed the agreement and have requested them to refund my money since do not agree with the agreement drafted to me but I have not received any refund or any clear communication regarding the refund status despite declining to sign the agreement on 19th November 2021. It is 20th December 2021 as I am registering this complaint and I have taken followup regularly for a month with all the Y-Axis team members with their respective email addresses.

                            Y-AXIS is One of the biggest scam in India regarding job immigration service. I will like to point out one person particularly, RITTICK KUMAR MUKHERJEE from KOLKATA. He is the biggest scammer I ever encountered in my life. He honey quotes his word in such a way that you won't doubt it. They are just fraudsters. He forced me to pay the Rs.45000 within a week of asking for consultation, saying all kinds of non-sense. Don't fall for his trap or any of the Kolkata Sales person's words. I made the mistake. Absolutely disgusting company this is for UK job search service in India.
                            When I initially inquired at the Kolkata Office of Y-Axis, they said they will be applying to more than 600-700 companies and they will do it through every way possible. I particularly asked if they will be applying through company portals, as I have been to UK fo my masters and worked for 4months there in a firm and then returned when my Visa expired. I know how UK process job search process works, and they said they will do everything. In reality all they did was send email to HRs and then apply jobs on Indeed, Reed etc. No way in a billion years this will be a successful process in UK job search. For UK you need to apply from companies' designated careers portal. When I asked my consultant, she said this is the only way they apply through emails. I have been scammed of 45k by Y-axis. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP. They say that they have successful clients, but there is not a single positive review about UK Job Search through Y-Axis available. They don't give you details of any clients either saying privacy. I didn't get the time to research as Rittick constantly kept on saying that take the paid service, and you will be in UK by December first week. It's December and I didn't even receive 2 interview calls. And I have a strong profile with UK masters, UK job experience of 4months and overall experience of over 3years. You won't get a job in UK through their search technique. If I had applied by myself, I had a bigger possibility of landing the job than what they uses for job search.
                            The only thing they do is give you a very polite consultant who gives you diplomatic answers and you can't say much. If you pay, your money is as good as gone. I got just 1 interview in 12 weeks of job search, and that firm told me they don't sponsor. Y-Axis don't even check if the firm sponsors or not. Absolutely disgusting fraud firm Y-Axis is. They take advantage of people's desperation and exploit it big time. Their job search technique is absolutely bogus. They make you write a review just after CV writing so that you write something good in hope that they will provide a top service. It all goes downhill from there. They just scammed me my hard earned 45k money.
                            RITTICK KUMAR MUKHERJEE, you are the biggest fraud I have ever met in my life. While my job consultant was atleast honest when I asked her everything, you have been dishonest from start and someday you will pay for scamming innocent people like this.

                            After I made the Online Consumer Forum Complaints, the Y-Axis CRM Team contacted me, namely Ali Mohammed, to resolve my issue. He has been really helpful throughout the complaint, investigation and resolution process. He did acknowledge that it was a mistake from Y-Axis Kolkata office, particularly Rittick Kumar Mukherjee, and he had over-promised everything to sell their product. He apologised for everything that has happened and asked for a few days to resolve it. After that, he returned back with an offer of settlement, which was returning 40% of the fee that I paid. I rejected that offer and asked at least 70% is returned, as the only service that was worth paying for was the CV writing and LinkedIn optimisation. So he returned back with a counter offer of 60% refund, and we finally settled at 65% refund. I was refunded around 26, 000 INR of the total around 43000 INR I paid. I won't say that I am exceptionally happy with this settlement, but what I would like to say is, they did the bare minimum, and Ali Mohammed has been really helpful throughout the process. I still consider it as a 17, 000 INR loss for no reason, as I wouln't have taken the service, had I known their job search process before paying, and if I wasn't scammed by Rittick. Finally, I would just like to say, the UK Job Search Process that they have still doesn't work as per my experience and knowledge. I am someone who lived and worked in the UK for almost 2years and know the work Job Search process quite well. They will only send emails to HRs and apply through job search sites like Indeed Reed, Glassdoor, etc. This doesn't work in the UK Job market. You have to go and directly apply through company original career portals and fill up everything. They charge a very high amount in my opinion for a very meagre service of sending emails and applying in 2 step process. It is more based on luck than your profile, and more often than not, you won't be successful. I had to clear this, as this is my personal opinion, and you can differ from it.

                              Hi, I am in mid level post and lived in UK for couple of years via company contract. While I was in UK there was lot of requirement for my skill set but since I was sponsored by my Indian company I did not apply.
                              When UK opened for sponsored jobs I tried to leverage Y axis who upon reviewing my resume said I have all potential and will get job without any problem. They put me on Zapping plan after paying 42000/-. for 3 months job search. All there were doing was going to all possible website and uploading my resume. There was no search criteria any jobs which was available they applied my resume and all I was getting was rejection because no company wants to sponsor because the process and cost involved. Y-axis is throwing your resume and hoping we get lucky though the profile does not match the requirement and the package offered is way below than what is requested for.
                              Y - axis is scammer and they make you believe that you resume is great and very good experience but only to make fool out of you. Please stay away.

                                Aug 2019 was the month when I first contacted to know about my eligibility for express entry to which Hema, the y-axis sales consultant after charging 3000 for evaluation, responded that I am eligible and can easily get through the PR process. She was the one whom I met when I visited their Barakhamba CP, Delhi office. After paying 95000 she made it very clear that if by any means it will not get through you will get 70% of your money back. Later then my case was forwarded a process consultant to Sengati Rajeswari, then Babitha, then Vamshidhar, then Salomi Pasumarthi, then Alivelu Manga Gopaldas, and then Mounika Gouri. I was really pissed off explaining the file status and sharing my documents with each of these process consultant whenever they reassign. I have questioned them but all I got to hear is that the previous agent has been assigned with different nature of work now. Me and my spouse both appeared for IELTS and in listening unfortunately we both scored 5.5 and in rest others it was 6/6.5/7. Now this girl Mounika kept on saying to reappear for IELTS and in meantime I did some study on different websited and youtube and found that our profile is not eligible looking at the current cutoffs. I asked Mounika even in second attempt if we score 8/7/7/7 we aren't eligible for IRCC or PNP draw as we don't have an employment letter or worked ever before in canada and Mounika, the process consultant agreed to my observation. I asked her about further step and she said she would forward our case back to Hema who was sales rep. Today its been 2 months I have sent many emails but haven't heard anything from Hema.

                                **THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID THE MONEY AFTER WHICH THEY BECOME COMPLETELY UNREACHABLE. TO SPEAK TO YOUR PROCESS CONSULTANT, YOU WILL HAVE TO EMAIL THEM, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY DIRECT LINES**

                                I am feeling really helpless now. Please suggest what should I do.

                                  This is regarding the CANADA AIPP PROCESS which I enrolled on dated 19/07/2019 and made a payment of 62500 /-along with tax as per your payment structure and receipt of the same has been attached in this mail.

                                  As per further process for my Husband Amit Kumar Raj ILETES exam was scheduled on 22nd march 2020 and he scored 7 in the examination . The certificate was mailed respectively to the YASIS team. However no further action and communication was ever done to us. I understand that amid the covid situation all offices and work were shut down but after some relaxation I tried several times to schedule a call but no response was ever received.My Process was completely stopped and no calls were arranged any further communication was made. This is really painful to get in touch as we have invested such a heavy amount on this process considering the Covid situation.

                                  I request you all to start my Process and communicate with us on this further.
                                  When I used to call, always consultant is busy .
                                  I don’t know why you guys do like this . I have mistake and wasted my money with you guys .
                                  I need refund in any cost .
