Aug 2019 was the month when I first contacted to know about my eligibility for express entry to which Hema, the y-axis sales consultant after charging 3000 for evaluation, responded that I am eligible and can easily get through the PR process. She was the one whom I met when I visited their Barakhamba CP, Delhi office. After paying 95000 she made it very clear that if by any means it will not get through you will get 70% of your money back. Later then my case was forwarded a process consultant to Sengati Rajeswari, then Babitha, then Vamshidhar, then Salomi Pasumarthi, then Alivelu Manga Gopaldas, and then Mounika Gouri. I was really pissed off explaining the file status and sharing my documents with each of these process consultant whenever they reassign. I have questioned them but all I got to hear is that the previous agent has been assigned with different nature of work now. Me and my spouse both appeared for IELTS and in listening unfortunately we both scored 5.5 and in rest others it was 6/6.5/7. Now this girl Mounika kept on saying to reappear for IELTS and in meantime I did some study on different websited and youtube and found that our profile is not eligible looking at the current cutoffs. I asked Mounika even in second attempt if we score 8/7/7/7 we aren't eligible for IRCC or PNP draw as we don't have an employment letter or worked ever before in canada and Mounika, the process consultant agreed to my observation. I asked her about further step and she said she would forward our case back to Hema who was sales rep. Today its been 2 months I have sent many emails but haven't heard anything from Hema.

**THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID THE MONEY AFTER WHICH THEY BECOME COMPLETELY UNREACHABLE. TO SPEAK TO YOUR PROCESS CONSULTANT, YOU WILL HAVE TO EMAIL THEM, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY DIRECT LINES**

I am feeling really helpless now. Please suggest what should I do.

    Hi Team,

    This is regarding the CANADA AIPP PROCESS which I enrolled on dated 19/07/2019 and made a payment of 62500 /-along with tax as per your payment structure and receipt of the same has been attached in this mail.

    As per further process for my Husband Amit Kumar Raj ILETES exam was scheduled on 22nd march 2020 and he scored 7 in the examination . The certificate was mailed respectively to the YASIS team. However no further action and communication was ever done to us. I understand that amid the covid situation all offices and work were shut down but after some relaxation I tried several times to schedule a call but no response was ever received.My Process was completely stopped and no calls were arranged any further communication was made. This is really painful to get in touch as we have invested such a heavy amount on this process considering the Covid situation.

    I request you all to start my Process and communicate with us on this further.
    When I used to call, always consultant is busy .
    I don’t know why you guys do like this . I have mistake and wasted my money with you guys .
    I need refund in any cost .

      Refund/ missguided me

      Don’t go for consultancy services from the YAxis. Until they receive money they talk very politely but after that they don’t even listen to your problem.I have enquired for job offers in Canada as a physics lecturer they said it’s very simple to get. They processed so many applications like mine. u have to apply for PR mean while we provide job offers during the PR process so that u get both of them simultaneously and land in Canada...

      Hi, I have joined yaxis in month of April I paid half installment, till I paid full amount they didn't even open my file. Once my file was opened they started with resume and cover letter writing service. I sent my resume and all they did is changed format. Initially the writer was I don't know what but they made my resume and cover letter worst like worst then I had before so when I complaint with job search artist he said that the writer...

      I have paid initially 93000/- for Canada immigration process and they urged me to pay full amount within a month itself.So I paid and later came to know that I am not eligible for Canada immigration due to age limit and requested for refund.Last 2 years I struggling.But amount not refunded back.Again, May 2021 they suggested me for German Visa which costs around Rs 45000/- But again I insisted me to pay remaining amount.But there was no proper response about the remaining balance but they enrolled in German visa. But my family members are torturing me to refund back the entire amount and so I decided to withdraw from Y-axis and requested for refund again.Being a lady, I am getting more pressure from my family to get back the money.I cried several times with y-axis team to refund back my money.Tofay they sent mail that they will refund back only Rs.20000/- How can my family members accept this? I don't have any other option to live with my family. Please refund back me 75, 000/- Otherwise, I can't survive in my family.The Only option is I have to die Kindly understand and help me

      I have already written sevaral mails to y-axis from 2019 onwards to refund back my money.But y-axis cheating me and hesitating to give back my amount of Rs.93000/- without availing any services from y-axis..I received only phone calls from y- axis.Other than that, I have not availed any service But y-axis now saying only they can refund Rs.20, 000/-.My family is torturing me and they are asking me get back entire money from y-axis.I begged sevaral times and cried y-axis to refund back my money But not understand ing my personal issues.I totally want to quit my immigration process from y-axis and sent mails to refund money back last 2 years But y-axis cheating and delaying to refund so that they are thinking to hold the entire amount I paid. So this is frustrating and I lost trust on y-axis now.If my money is not paid, then definitely I don't have option to live with my family.I cried and informed this to customer relationship officer Neelima.But no use. Please resolve this issue immediately and kindly help me to live peacefully with my family.

      I cried Y-axis team several times to refund back my Rs 93000/- money.For Y-axis, it' s just a small amount.But for me, It's a vary big amount in my life. I don't know that y-axis is cheating me and refusing to give back my money.         Hello, my name is vijay kumar, I have been trying to contact y-axis ever since I have paid the money by the first quarter of this year and there has been no response. They sent me a punch list which was fulfilled by me even in spite of the pandemic, I had completed the documents and send it across to y axis and it's almost close to two months there has been no response. They have no proper consultants they don't study the case properly they just randomly keep telling the same story to every person without knowing the case. They have changed more than four consultants for my spouse dependent immigration process and all of them are not in line with what exactly they want. They don't know exactly needs to be done. I have been trying to contact the final consultant his name is ateeq and has been no response whenever I happen to get him on the the phone he keeps promising me in the next five minutes and once the call drops he will never be found again. I have been trying to contact y axis by emails and landline which is a system which is totally worthless and keeps telling that is either busy or is not an unable to get connected. frankly they have no interest in doing any work at all. I have been promised by one of their consultant senior consultant Rajeshwar Rao who's sitting in Hyderabad had promised me that everything will be legitimate everything will be on time nothing has been on time and it's more than two months after prior to my 3 months earlier payment and no response. I am trying to understand what exactly they have done so far also after paying 56000 rupees just for their punch list . I look forward or I would like kindly request you to refund my money

          Yaxis representative ms Priyanka lokhande has made it clear that you will get your refund whatever happens in canadq p.r process

          And now she even not responding to a text sms while collecting fees 89, 000 she was continuesly following up on calls sms and mails now I am only following and no body cares and nobody responding

          They have making a loot of innocent people just to take their fees they are making false promises

          I strongly ask yaxis management to look into it if they are not aware what their sales representative are doing to take fees from customers

          And if management knows then both are frauds all sales team and company

          I want my refund its all hard earned money and you are fooling around and playing with peoples emotions

          ms vaishnavi manager from refund team on 12 august 2021 time 17.50 pm spoke with me and I explained to her about my complaint and concerns for refund

          She said on 12 August 2021 time 17.50 pm next 48 hours customer relationship department wil call again with solution to my problem

          So I am waiting as its more than 48 hours and still no call no sms no email

            I am pranesh vichare I had taken Family P.R visa service for Canada country for y axis taking with ms Priyanka lokhande sales team pune and we Trusted her and paid full 89, 000 while paying also I asked if anything in future happens abt process can we get a fees as a refund she said yes whatever happen you wil get your Yaxis fees but not any govt fees i[censored] paid, so i proceed their fees and started the ielts coaching,

            Full refund

            I have submitted my file with y-axis and dealing with them since 08/19. While submitting my file i was strongly assured that i am eligible and will surely get my Aussie PR as my job profile is fullfilling all the key requirements (as i already got the NZ residency based on the same too).

            And because my case was not properly dealt with by y-axis staff, i got rejection from case officer on 06/20 due to y-axis staff negligence...

            Y -axis kolkata branch is fraudsters ..Mr sourav dutta from y axis consultant makes innocent people fool...When i went there to know more about the thing how to go canada for work ..Mr sourav said that you can go for work permit canada and he said i will sit for interview and your cv looks good .And you are good to go..After he charged me rs 45000 inr i got a call from vijay a laxmi job artist she said me on phone that i got your case and i will be marketing your cv ...Its just nonsense guys..Don't fall on their trap they only copy & paste the other resume format and applied on behalf to gc jobs canada and other portals which we can do ourselves also.After i was having a close watch on this people work what they are doing then at sudden my job artist changed from vijay a laxmi to laveenya she always asking me to access my google account password ...As she as not carrying the activities of sending a mail everyday .She signed off automatically from my google account ...As when the times comes to send my strategy report she ask google access password and send my cv by copying & pasting to show they r working on my profile .. They charged me rs 45000 which is hard earned ..I will suggest everyone please don' t fall on trap of y axis...They not even bother to call the clients once they charged the money ... Only they make you fraud for 2 to 3 weeks by sending a copy paste mail to recruiters& i even call recruiter in canada via skype call they said that they have nothing to do with y axis ..Its only making fraud and many clients already went through same ..Whenever i call them they said that yor complaint is forwarded to concern department ...But no call is coming to solve the queries from their side.. I will make sure to file law suit against y axis and consultants for cheating.. A lum sum of hard earned amount..

                  Y-axis customer relationship officer, Rafay Saddiqui, promised to refund the complete amount I paid, INR 14, 750 on 17th April and made me fill a form.
                  But after that he started to constantly harass me to mark my complaint resolved on consumer forum before the refund is made and said if I don't mark it resolved the refund it will get delayed. When I refused to mark my complaint resolved, he changed his statement and said that I will not get my refund at all till I mark my grievance resolved. The company is forcing me to indulge in malpractices, by making me mark a grievance resolved before it is resolved.

                  Finally, on 27th April he said that I will receive the refund the same week and he will keep me updated. Now it's 1st May and I haven't received any update neither I have received any money from y-axis. I have all the proof, emails and call records of y-axis misleading me and cheating me of money without providing any service.

                    Fraud and cheating

                    Y-axis has been cheating me since day one. Instead of making my visa process easier they have made it even more complicated. I went to them to assist me for German student visa process and I was assigned a consultant, Mr. Amit Kumar. He made big promises how Y-axis will help me book an appointment at VFS, because that was main issue in the entire visa process, and how I won't have to follow up at all and their process consultant will do everything...

                    A representative started approaching me for Canada PR Visa in 2019.I was a little skeptical initially but later the same person convinced me to apply for their services as my comprehensive score was very competitive at that particular time. He started calling me day in and day out for registration. In the meantime, I had researched about the process and the company and was pretty satisfied with reviews (I wish I had dig deeper).Subsequently, I paid them them around 1.5 lakhs in order to start my process. This payment was in 2 installments and mode of payment was Credit Card. I was provided receipts of the same as well over email from Y-Axis. Then comes the actual thing with which I have issue genuinely. The sales person called me up and insisted to arrange around 6-7 lakhs in my account to be eligible for the Canada PR as this is very important otherwise the candidature will be rejected. I told him that he should have told me this thing during the initial communication between us such that I would have applied for the PR once I had arranged the said amount in my account. I felt cheated yet I started to try and arrange such a big amount but failed miserably. When I contacted my account manager for refund she told me straight away that the process can be halted for some time but no refund of the money is possible.
                    It's impossible for me to arrange such a big amount as I have been burdened by the same credit card repayment. Hence, here I am writing a complain about the transparency issue in the communication regarding the amount that was only communicated once I had paid around 1.5 lakhs. I need complete refund in my case as now I am unable to make my ends meet. Request urgent intervention of concerned authorities to resolve this case of fraudulent activity by Y-Axis

                          I want to state my dissatisfaction over the way in which our case has been handled by Y-AXIS. There are few points I wanted to make:
                          1. We enquired Y-axis for OINP HCP and Post ITA services and we got a quote for both, according to which we made the payment on 9th Feb’2021.
                          2. We received the agreement copy after we made the payment. The agreement copy was incorrect and was a like a general draft. It had no proper mention of the services desired by us. It was purely for Post ITA, whereas our requirement is for both OINP and Post ITA.
                          3. After chasing them for 2 days, we were assigned a consultant, who had no idea about our case and stream. When we spoke to the assigned consultant, he was unaware of our profile details and he even misguided by sharing false information about the processes. Later on, a senior tried to clear the air but we had lost the confidence by then.
                          4. Moreover, we were never given any official checklists or any sort of consultation as we had not signed the agreement. But why was this not discussed with us transparently earlier by Y-Axis? I specifically asked them on 9th and 10th, if there's anything pending from our side? And the answer was 'No'.

                          I have decided to opt for a refund as I have been unable to avail any services from y-axis teams since the day of my payment. I am utterly disappointed at the way Y-axis is managing my case. I had requested for my refund on 11th evening and since then Y-axis is just beating around the bush and whiling away. In fact, their team is even avoiding our calls now and escaping from us, as evident in their behavior. We did not expect Y-axis to be among those unprofessional firms who simply dupe their customers off their hard earned money for 0 value addition.
                          There has to be transparency with customers and Y-axis never put things on the table clearly for us as stated above. They never informed us about any refund policy before initiating the payment or even at the time of quotation. This is highly unprofessional. We request y_axis to please do the needful for our refund here as we are not contractually bound by Y-AXIS for any services and it is unethical and illegal for Y-AXIS to not issue a complete refund of INR 48, 342/-

                            On 29 Jan 2020 I paid Y-axis Rs. 3304 for a detailed evaluation of my candidacy for Australia and Canada. They send me a report saying that I should apply to Canada (my 1st preference was Australia) as my chances of securing a PR in Canada was very good. They also told me that my score will come up to 418.
                            At this stage they told me my bachelors and masters are valid for Canada as per their evaluation report. At this stage they did not inform me that the average score that Canada is accepting candidates is around 460-475 and that my score of 418 is too low (deliberate hiding of facts). They repeatedly insisted that my candidacy is very strong (misleading information).

                            On 8 Feb 2020, I paid Y-axis Rs. 82, 502 for the Canadian PR programme and immediately applied for Education equivalency service via WES (world education services). Due to the pandemic my report was delayed and I received my report on 29 July 2020 saying that only my bachelors is recognized. As my masters is not recognized my score drops to 380 and have absolutely no chance of getting a PR invite. After repeated emails to Y-axis CEO (Xavier Augustin) and Head of customer relations (Madhulatha B) I am not getting any favourable response. (bad customer service).
                            Moreover, the signed agreement (in case my credential assessment turns inequivalent) clearly entitles me to a 70% refund.

                            My entire candidacy was based on the fact that as per the Y-axis initial report for which I paid Rs. 3304, I was told that I will get a bachelors and masters equivalency. Now Y-axis is not acknowledging this and saying that they are not responsible that I have not received a masters equivalency. My points difference because of this approximately 40 points (my points goes from 418 to 380). Moreover, at the initial stage they never informed that the minimum score needed is upwards of 460.

                            Madhulatha has sent me couple of emails initially offering me 20% refund, then 30% refund and the last offer was 35% refund. I have told them as their own agreement it states 70% refund and nothing less than this is acceptable.

                            Madhulatha is also pushing me to take the IELTS English language test and spend another Rs. 30, 000 and I have informed her that there is no point in me spending any more money as even with the best IELTS score I still stand to get only 380 points which is way lesser compared to the score in the Y-axis report and significantly lesser compared to the Canadian govt. requirement.

                            Total expenses till date –
                            Y-axis evaluation report – Rs. 3, 304 (for Canada & Australia).
                            Y-axis Canada PR fee – Rs. 82, 502.
                            WES fees – Rs. 25, 861 (for self & spouse).
                            Y-axis Education transcript fees – Rs. 7, 080 (for self & spouse).
                            Total: Rs. 1, 18, 747.

                            I have only requested Y-axis to refund the Canada PR fee of Rs. 82, 502 and not the entire amount I have invested because they have falsely claimed that I have a strong candidacy.

                            Please help me to resolve this extremely bad episode of my life and help me to get my deserved refund as Y-axis has stopped responding to me via email.

                            Rafay from Y axis resolved my complaint and provided with a 65% refund on the full value. Although I was expecting at least 70%, there seemed to be some sort of resistance in giving me the 70% despite multiple calls and discussions. I'm sure Y axis didn't want it to seem like they have given into the demands of a customer and hence retained the 5%.
                            Anyways, I must acknowledge Rafay's understanding and empathy displayed in this process. He was the only person at Y axis who seemed to care, took time to listen to my issues and took active steps to resolve this quickly. Just 3 weeks ago, Madhulatha from Y axis had told me that she was the final authority and made a last offer of 35% refund; which now as we know was completely false and a trick to dissuade me from pursuing this further. I can confidently say that apart from Rafay, everyone else at Y axis was misleading and gave out false information.
                            I am thankful to Rafay for taking time and making a genuine effort to close this issue. Rafay asked me what would make me happy and I had said 70%. Considering I was given 65% I am not completely happy with this resolution and it could have been better.
