On 29 Jan 2020 I paid Y-axis Rs. 3304 for a detailed evaluation of my candidacy for Australia and Canada. They send me a report saying that I should apply to Canada (my 1st preference was Australia) as my chances of securing a PR in Canada was very good. They also told me that my score will come up to 418.
At this stage they told me my bachelors and masters are valid for Canada as per their evaluation report. At this stage they did not inform me that the average score that Canada is accepting candidates is around 460-475 and that my score of 418 is too low (deliberate hiding of facts). They repeatedly insisted that my candidacy is very strong (misleading information).

On 8 Feb 2020, I paid Y-axis Rs. 82, 502 for the Canadian PR programme and immediately applied for Education equivalency service via WES (world education services). Due to the pandemic my report was delayed and I received my report on 29 July 2020 saying that only my bachelors is recognized. As my masters is not recognized my score drops to 380 and have absolutely no chance of getting a PR invite. After repeated emails to Y-axis CEO (Xavier Augustin) and Head of customer relations (Madhulatha B) I am not getting any favourable response. (bad customer service).
Moreover, the signed agreement (in case my credential assessment turns inequivalent) clearly entitles me to a 70% refund.

My entire candidacy was based on the fact that as per the Y-axis initial report for which I paid Rs. 3304, I was told that I will get a bachelors and masters equivalency. Now Y-axis is not acknowledging this and saying that they are not responsible that I have not received a masters equivalency. My points difference because of this approximately 40 points (my points goes from 418 to 380). Moreover, at the initial stage they never informed that the minimum score needed is upwards of 460.

Madhulatha has sent me couple of emails initially offering me 20% refund, then 30% refund and the last offer was 35% refund. I have told them as their own agreement it states 70% refund and nothing less than this is acceptable.

Madhulatha is also pushing me to take the IELTS English language test and spend another Rs. 30, 000 and I have informed her that there is no point in me spending any more money as even with the best IELTS score I still stand to get only 380 points which is way lesser compared to the score in the Y-axis report and significantly lesser compared to the Canadian govt. requirement.

Total expenses till date –
Y-axis evaluation report – Rs. 3, 304 (for Canada & Australia).
Y-axis Canada PR fee – Rs. 82, 502.
WES fees – Rs. 25, 861 (for self & spouse).
Y-axis Education transcript fees – Rs. 7, 080 (for self & spouse).
Total: Rs. 1, 18, 747.

I have only requested Y-axis to refund the Canada PR fee of Rs. 82, 502 and not the entire amount I have invested because they have falsely claimed that I have a strong candidacy.

Please help me to resolve this extremely bad episode of my life and help me to get my deserved refund as Y-axis has stopped responding to me via email.

Rafay from Y axis resolved my complaint and provided with a 65% refund on the full value. Although I was expecting at least 70%, there seemed to be some sort of resistance in giving me the 70% despite multiple calls and discussions. I'm sure Y axis didn't want it to seem like they have given into the demands of a customer and hence retained the 5%.
Anyways, I must acknowledge Rafay's understanding and empathy displayed in this process. He was the only person at Y axis who seemed to care, took time to listen to my issues and took active steps to resolve this quickly. Just 3 weeks ago, Madhulatha from Y axis had told me that she was the final authority and made a last offer of 35% refund; which now as we know was completely false and a trick to dissuade me from pursuing this further. I can confidently say that apart from Rafay, everyone else at Y axis was misleading and gave out false information.
I am thankful to Rafay for taking time and making a genuine effort to close this issue. Rafay asked me what would make me happy and I had said 70%. Considering I was given 65% I am not completely happy with this resolution and it could have been better.

    Look at what Y-axis do to me. I paid them 1 lakh 18 thousands. Due to their massive ignorance and false information, i had to withdrew. For Can-Mrps full service, they refund only 50%, but i let that slide. Now i want a refund for JAS-Y international resume, which i never use or will never use due to their rubbish resume, which i could tell that, they just copy paste from the internet. My resume and cover letter is made by Challa Abhishek....

    First of all, they promised to refund if things don't work. I was given a very bad resume by their team in a day time and I had to put all work and prepared my resume. Next, they fake consultant at abroad and nobody will offer job or schedule interview too.

    I didn't get PR, and they are refusing to give refund. The employees are so rude, and they closing my refund request without consent.

    They keep closing my ticket, saying resume writing done and I got job offer through them.

    When I ask them proof to show me that they had done resume writing or job schedule and offer. They close ticket rejecting refund.

    Its me who prepared resume and sent. I do have email proofs. I did not get any job offer through them or PR.

    I need my money back.

        I got into contract with Dec 2019 and after thorough discussion with Ms. Rajni around my profile and Ilets score and CRS score that I had she duped me with false promises of quality services and also assured that Y axis had an edge over other small scale consultancy. In entire 1 year process consultants have changed nearly 6 times with no intimation to me as a client. Each time I had to start from scratch, all services that were provided say around the ECA reports were also not uniform, each consultant had a separate way of advising me. The initial consultant made me book the original report for the ECA report whereas the 2nd assigned consultant mentioned you could have easily saved this money. Basic consultation around requirement of degree certificate they could not guide accurately. Moreover after association of more than 1 year i got to know in September 2020 that NOC they have assigned to my application is completely wrong and does not match to the one i had mentioned in the start of my contract.

        Its been nearly 2 weeks now that they have stopped responding to my refund emails. As a service provider it is one of the worst organization I have come across. Duping individuals of their hard earned money on false play of quality delivery.

        It is such a shame that they do not have courage to accept the false promises they made and attend to calls or reply to emails.

        My hard-earned money cannot go to vain, i will need support of consumer helplines who can help with my refund. It was a huge amount of 80, 000/- that they charged from me.

        The client relationship team patiently heard all my concerns. They also checked all my emails shared to various Y axis consultants during the course of 1 year. As the service was not as promised, they refunded after deducting for the deliverables done thus far.

          I have used Y-Axis service last year to apply for my Canada PR although i have completed all formalities like ECA, IELTS etc etc but needed a expert to apply so that PNP application can add value as my score was low and as per discussion with Nishin ([protected]@y-axis.com ) Y Axis are expert and they can help to move application very fast. I trusted them and paid 70K INR as per their requirement and they took money before PR application itself....

          Fraud company, refund problem

          They lied to me regarding the following details and after i found out the truth, they approved only 25% of refund. I gave them around 1 lakh 18 thousand(attached)
          They told me that this year Canada is planning to let in 1.5 million immigrants.

          I approached Y-axis for FInland job search. I asked them before enrolling about the global job market and they promised me that the job market is good and forced me to enroll and i paid them Rs. 40000 through my credit card because i dont have money with me in the month of April. They promised that i will get the job for sure in any of the European countries. After they start the process, i haven't even got any positive response from any of the employer. When i enquired about it, they said that the employers will respond after two or three months. But it is more than six months, but i haven't get any response from the emplyers. When i contacted Y-axis they said that the contract is over and now they are not responding at all. They say that they will arrange call back from the concern person, but no call back or response till now. The consultant name is Vinoth and the lead name is Jaishankar who cheated me during the pandemic situation.

          Please take necessary action on the consultancy and save other people from them.

          The complaint was resolved without my knowledge and did not get any solution for my issue.

            Hope you take this mail seriously... I’m just under graduated student...I completed my Bachelors in 2020 August...I want to do MS in abroad...
            I registered for Y axis in June 2020... I’m in contact with my consultant since then... till now I have paid nearly 65 thousand... because I trust your service...but what’s happening here...
            I have listed the complaints... please take them seriously...

            1) They have short listed the universities...in which some are going to be teach in German language( how can I study whole thing in German?...I have informed them previously that I want English teaching universities only)

            2) Application process  have some technical issues it seems...They have filled some 8 pages and telling me to do the rest ( actually from the beginning) If I’m doing all these things Why should I pay so much of money...

            3) I want to go for summer intake... They are not informing about deadlines properly... The only blame I’m getting continuously is I took IELTS in October... that’s why everything got delayed...if they have strictly told about the deadlines why should I delay in taking exam...

            4) changing of consultant is again creating big confusions regarding universities n all

            5) contacting them is a very big issue again...I don’t know how my phone will be not reachable for you guys only...But during payment time my phone will be all fine...I get calls regularly to do the payments

            6) they used to say summer intake is not possible because I delayed it because of IELTS...Now they did mistakes and suddenly deadlines are not over it is possible for summer intake...

              I stopped using their service immediately when i realised this whole thing was a scam. Send money to my agent Mr. Dhandu Sai Kumar and soon after that he directed me to talk to Mr. Syed Tajuddin and many other people.

              I took IELTS class from them and also they made a resume for me which is a complete rubbish.

              Dhandu Sai Kumar kept calling me before he received money, once he received money, he never bother to call me or email me anymore.

              After getting money, i never heard from you people. This whole y-axis is completely a scam and the people are rubbish. They will ask to send you money and once you do that you will never hear from them at all.

              Dhandu Sai Kumar, i heard you got promoted and won't be able to take my case anymore. I need my money back, you used to call asking for money every now and then.

              I will uploaded all the receipt and conversation from Y-axis.

                Why is a consultant accepting student visa applications if ielts is not completed. We are been told to pay for the college admission fees as we would get conditional offer letter. However it’s all cheating and no guidance given to us at all. No reply from
                Branch manager too we have to call them every now and then.

                  Complaint against y axis overseas consultant, hyderabad office - refund needed

                  Dear team,

                  Request you to highlight a bitter experience mental stress and money loss happened due to the providing wrong updation to me on this process. I have approached by ms. Bhaswathi one of y axis, hyderabad office on 2019 for migration process to canada (Atlantic piolt programme) on march 2019.in her first call, she has explained the process in brief and she informed that from their end will be giving complete support till end to get the visa to be done. I have taken each and every clarification through mail about ielts score and each process one by one. She informed me that i need only 4band to get eligible in this process. As per n number mail communication and conclusion had with her… i have given my documents for evaluation process by paying an amount of rs.1750/-, in 2 days she informed me that i am eligible to this process. Before processing the same i have asked her clearly what are the eligible criteria in age as well as in ielts score, she informed i am eligible to do the process (Age upto 50years and ielts score of 4 band). With the continuous follow up with her i have paid partial payment of 52000/- other than that i have paid around 15000/- (Iqas eca process) and arrount 12000 for ielts test. Total an amount of rs.1lakh i have spend from my pocket by trusting her words.

                  I have appeared by ielts score on september 2019 in general category i got 5.5 overall score (R 3.5/w 6/ l 6/ s 5.5) in your document it was clearly mentioned i required only 4band. I have re confirmed it with bhaswathi and she informed me the given score is sufficient to enroll the process.

                  In between the process your process consultant until i submit my document to iqas was communicating with me, and received good support from him. I was surprised immediately several changes happened to my process consultants like virat, ramesh, pavan etc. Whenever the person joins i keep on explaining about process even they are in dilemma in may times. Any how, i again explained them all the process to get me a good support. I was myself contact iqas to get my eca status until i get positive evaluation report which was received to me few days back.

                  Job marketing is totally waste : they just pushing my resume to different consultant, i have received many walk in interviews you understand clearly that which is impossible anyway. So, i don’t like to explain much… even not offered any job from their end as discussed in the beginning of process.

                  Now, the new process consultant pavan he reversed the process and informed me i need to again attend ielts score to attain 6 and above in each subject as we have busy schedule even i am unable to attend any class or go and attempt for next level of exam. I felt this is utter cheating and i never suggest anyone to this company.

                  When i was trying to retrieve my y axis login i felt ashamed that these people have dismissed my login even i could not able to take any history of my documents inside my login. I have tried to contact them to get my refund several times and the person who is keeping in contact with me giving stories and even no updation received from higher management. I understood this agency doing cheating to people by giving them false commitments.

                  Hence, request you assist me to get the refund amount what i have paid the the consultant by giving me false information to apply for the process.

                    I was associated with Y-Axis for 11 months, during the lockdown situation, I was given an option to work from home. Just like me there were several employees who were given this option and the work timings were 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
                    After 2 months I was told by Branch Head that this is your last month and I was told to write an email for the same if I want my experience letter & Full & Final settlement money that includes my 2 months’ salary & incentives.
                    I have been trying to HR people on several numbers and since March 2020. Initially they were disconnecting the calls & later they switched off the phones. I even wrote multiple emails requesting them to provide me the experience letter & FNF settlement amount as Reminder-1, Reminder-2 & more. But there was no response. I tried contacting my Branch head, she never received my calls, I sent her reminder messages on whatsapp she never replied. I called my team leader, she replied office is closed due to corona situation.
                    Now I once again called several times post lockdown & sent messages to HR once again this month & finally one of the HR (Mansi) she received the call & she spoke so rudely & in an unprofessional manner she told me to contact your branch manager.
                    I am now again trying to contact my branch head & she is not responding at all. Please note that the company never stopped it’s operations. Not even during the lockdown as we all were working from home.
                    You may get an idea how professional this organization is. If they don’t care about their internal clients (employees) what could be their attitude & approach towards their clients.
                    There are people in this organization who are working for more than 2-3 years. They have made sale of visas to so many people but if you ask them about their success ratio. It’s pathetic. They cheat their clients, they block their nos. they lie to clients that the person is on leave or he/she has left the company.
                    Believe me they claim that Y-axis is India’s no.1 immigration company. They are actually very unprofessional company having no ethics for their clients or employees. For more details, please read their reviews on social media. It’s really pathetic.
                    I am daring to raise my voice after almost 5-6 months. Y-axis is a cheater.
                    BEWARE WHILE YOU ARE APPROCHING TO SUCH IMMIGARTAION COMPANIES.
                    Your time & money is at a high risk.

                      Complaint against y axis overseas consultant, hyderabad office - refund needed

                      Dear team,

                      Request you to highlight a bitter experience mental stress and money loss happened due to the providing wrong updation to me on this process. I have approached by ms. Bhaswathi one of y axis, hyderabad office on 2019 for migration process to canada (Atlantic piolt programme) on march 2019.in her first call, she has explained the process in brief and she informed that from their end will be giving complete support till end to get the visa to be done. I have taken each and every clarification through mail about ielts score and each process one by one. She informed me that i need only 4band to get eligible in this process. As per n number mail communication and conclusion had with her… i have given my documents for evaluation process by paying an amount of rs.1750/-, in 2 days she informed me that i am eligible to this process. Before processing the same i have asked her clearly what are the eligible criteria in age as well as in ielts score, she informed i am eligible to do the process (Age upto 50years and ielts score of 4 band). With the continuous follow up with her i have paid partial payment of 52000/- other than that i have paid around 15000/- (Iqas eca process) and arrount 12000 for ielts test. Total an amount of rs.1lakh i have spend from my pocket by trusting her words.

                      I have appeared by ielts score on september 2019 in general category i got 5.5 overall score (R 3.5/w 6/ l 6/ s 5.5) in your document it was clearly mentioned i required only 4band. I have re confirmed it with bhaswathi and she informed me the given score is sufficient to enroll the process.

                      In between the process your process consultant until i submit my document to iqas was communicating with me, and received good support from him. I was surprised immediately several changes happened to my process consultants like virat, ramesh, pavan etc. Whenever the person joins i keep on explaining about process even they are in dilemma in may times. Any how, i again explained them all the process to get me a good support. I was myself contact iqas to get my eca status until i get positive evaluation report which was received to me few days back.

                      Job marketing is totally waste : they just pushing my resume to different consultant, i have received many walk in interviews you understand clearly that which is impossible anyway. So, i don’t like to explain much… even not offered any job from their end as discussed in the beginning of process.

                      Now, the new process consultant pavan he reversed the process and informed me i need to again attend ielts score to attain 6 and above in each subject as we have busy schedule even i am unable to attend any class or go and attempt for next level of exam. I felt this is utter cheating and i never suggest anyone to this company.

                      When i was trying to retrieve my y axis login i felt ashamed that these people have dismissed my login even i could not able to take any history of my documents inside my login. I have tried to contact them to get my refund several times and the person who is keeping in contact with me giving stories and even no updation received from higher management. I understood this agency doing cheating to people by giving them false commitments.

                      Hence, request you assist me to get the refund amount what i have paid the the consultant by giving me false information to apply for the process.

                        I approached Y-axis for FInland job search. I asked them before enrolling about the global job market and they promised me that the job market is good and forced me to enroll and i paid them Rs. 40000 through my credit card because i dont have money with me in the month of April. They promised that i will get the job for sure in any of the European countries. After they start the process, i haven't even got any positive response from any of the employer. When i enquired about it, they said that the employers will respond after two or three months. But it is more than six months, but i haven't get any response from the emplyers. When i contacted Y-axis they said that the contract is over and now they are not responding at all. They say that they will arrange call back from the concern person, but no call back or response till now. The consultant name is Vinoth and the lead name is Jaishankar who cheated me during the pandemic situation.

                        Please take necessary action on the consultancy and save other people from them.

                        Before enrolling i asked many times will this pandamic affect the job search, but i was informed that this is not an issue and made me to enroll by giving me wrong promise. You might have told me that the situation is not good for job search and asked me to enroll once everything is normal.

                        Which email ID you want to write an email. I wrote to many emails, but no response from any of them. Also, i submitted the request through Y-axis website, but still no response from the Chennai marketing team who gave to worng promises.

                        Y-axis only wants to suck their clients money, once they get the money they dont even bother to repond back. I didnt receive any communication from customer relationship department. Without resolving the issue how this complaint can be marked as closed.

                        I want resolution for this.

                          I already done several reminder mails even u turn off your eyes. You people cheating customers by taking money and in between without giving any proper response simply closing the customer login the amount which paid for complete migration process. No kne given you rights to close a file which is taken on word of a migration process by taking 59500/- . Otherthan that i paid an amount approx 45000/in other process so my total loss is 1lack rs. This file was openef by giving several information by your staff even after taking the money she ran some where. Other process consultant wss big zeros than amjad it service provided by him only for 2 month. Since last one year i have done all process follow up with iqas until i get my eca positive report, immediately after i have found my file closed and my login doesn't there. How can it done by you.. it does meant proof of cheating many customers are cheated like this and they never make tgeir sound or you shut their mouth with dramatic plays. I need my mone 59500 @any cost. If you are unable to process my file why you have taken my money... i never aimed to stop the deal when i get my eca... i need an answer. Else will go for further until i grt my answer

                            Myself prajwal shende, pursuing bachelor of management science (Bms) in mumbai university. As of sept 2020, final semester examination of bms is yet to take place due to covid-19 pandemic. After completion of my graduation, i was then planning for pursuing post graduation in canada including placement thereafter.
                            In order to achieve my dream of pursuing post graduation in canada, in january 2020, i contacted y-axis vashi navi mumbai for admission application services in canadian universities including coaching and student visa processing. Y axis was to provide following stage-wise services:
                            Stage1: a course recommendation with maximum 5-10 (As per the product) eligible and closely matching universities/institutes.
                            Stage2: english coaching (Classroom / online classes).
                            Stage 3: preparation of sop/lor/resume from y-axis. Only one profile per sop/lor/resume provided per service request with 1-2 modified drafts.
                            Stage 4: processing maximum 3-5 (As per the product) admission applications that client (You) choose to apply for universities or institutes.
                            Stage 5: visa application for one o[censored]niversity /institute that client decides to proceed.

                            Job search services deliverables include preparation of strategy report;international resume;linkedin profile;resume marketing service to y-open jobs; resume marketing service to y-zapping;

                            On 19th and 20th february 2020, i paid collectively rs 90153, vide invoice solution-24735 and solution-24802 for comprehensive services offered by y-axis. And i started interacting with y-axis for scouting suitable university in canada.
                            Meanwhile, covid pandemic started and my plans of pursuing postgraduation in canada got hazy and unclear due to prevailing unclear scenario about education in canadian university. Due to covid-19 pandemic, i cancelled my plans for postgraduate education in canada. Now, when i am asking for refund, the consultancy is reluctant and misleading me that the agreement is signed.
                            Deliverables of agreement were not complied due to prevailing pandemic, i am fully justified in getting refund.
                            This is absolutely unprofessional and unethical on the part of y-axis to deny me refund. It is causing me mental stress and trauma

                            This pertaining issue is still not yet resolved. Y axis are legitimate scammers who are refusing to refund my whole money despite not availing their services. After calling the representative they tried to cut me short by offering 18% of what we paid. As I've mentioned before the contract is still binding and we deserve our money. If Y-axis fails to provide me with appropriate resolution, the organization will face the legal implications.

                              I have applied for canada pr and they have promised they will give full support over the tenure and there is no support from their side and all the activities are by the applicants itself. It is been more than an year since i heard back from them. All they are interested are about the money to be paid and they will call you for payment. If each and every actions are done by the applicants why they are charging this whole load of money. I dropped an email on august 24, 2020 requesting refund and there was no response from their end. I need full refund of the money paid till now.

                                I wanted to file a complaint against Y-Axis for fraudulent service, cheating people and ruining their dreams.

                                I am also a victim of Y-Axis where they have provided 100% assurance of getting PR visa before processing fee payment, once they payment is done they started saying that I need to upgrade my profile as it is not qualifying for visa approval. It was all fake service they are all frauds, cheaters I have payed almost INR 1 lakh and when I asked for atleast minimum refund considering the COVID situation, they have directly denied. So I have decided to proceed legally.

                                When we have reviewed the case we found that you informed us already your dissatisfaction to us in July 2020, Our Team Manager has contacted you and have explained everything to you in detail.

                                The profile selected is the sole discretion of the Immigration Authority as we provide consulting services only and has no association with any of the Immigration Authority. Hence, in no way, we guarantee that the client will receive a visa from the Immigration Authority.

                                Also, we can check your profile with other countries as well but you are not ready for that too.
