Hi all, i have enrolled for a pr process in y-axis and the outcome was completely terrible. My request is to work on the ielts score 8+ and then google the process of immigration, things are pretty well written for all the immigrants in simple english.
Pls dont approach any consultants especially this y-axis consultancy they are one of the frauds and no 1 cheaters. They will convince saying you will get job in some or other province and beg to make the payment. Not to forget the long pages of documents and will insist to read a table more specifically which will be the portion of payment for refund, but there will be hidden things in the agreement they will not allow to read also;
At the time of refund they dont even bother to call us tooo,... They keep saying try to work on ielts. Heights!
They have taken 68000 and they have not done anything...

I tried reaching the Y-Axis team on the number provided, it says Airtel number is currently not working . Basically the number is not functioning, it's an inactive number.

Please help in this case to resolve the complaint as early as possible.

This is not happening.

Y-Axis team is not doing anything to resolve the issue.

They are making false claims as to someone contacted me, but nobody from their team contacted me till date.

Can you help to resolve this issue at the earliest. I want my fully refund of money which I paid to Y-Axis.

This is ridiculous.

I had clearly mentioned on the time to reach me with the contact number but nobody from your team called up.
I think you are setting up a false case and trying your best to not assist the customers.

      not allowing to claim my refund after many requests and emails

      Hello,

      I am writing this mail in reference of consultancy services.
      I went this counsultancy for asking about abroad education but they were just talking about them that their consultancy is best and showed me only the beautiful things for convencing me. But because they were charging in full before starting the procedure, i doubted but their member whatsapp me for 2 weeks continuously for convencing me. When i finally submitted the consultancy fees in may 2019. I asked for 2019 october intake. The assigned cp (Suparna) contacted me and gave university options. I selected one of the university and paid the university application fees. After few weeks i received an email that out of 20 eur only one eur received. I contacted my cp and she asked me to contact bank only. When i didn't get reply from bank, i asked for help from my cp but she couldn't help and later i asked to forward my application to other university as i paid consultancy fees for 3 universities and i already told my budget to ipshita (My consultant). I didn't receive any reply after that. I contacted many times and later i got to know that my cp was changed without any prior information. I contacted my new cp (Sreenivas) and the consultant many times. Once or twice i received the reply but it wasn't relevant. They wrote on email that they forwarded my application and when i asked them about the university and country where they applied, they asked me back where i want to apply and asked the course and country again and again but not forwarded anything. And now i am not getting any reply from them. I saved all the chats and email how the consultant promised fake and guaranteed for admission and all and asked me to submit the fees and now not replying or working on my application.
      The gave me hope but they only took money from me and no help.
      Studying abroad is my dream but because of them it is not fulfilled because i paid them so they an help me but these people are not helpful and promised fake every time.

        A consultant by name of aditya shah, got in touch with me around june 2019, when i was searching for canda express entry immigration consultants.

        The salesperson of the company bragged about how professional the y-axis is it's one of the biggest consultants in india.

        At first, they charged 3540 for the assessment of my profile. When i received the profile report it turned out to just wikipedia info about canada and immigration, and possible points i may get if i apply for immigration. (Later on when i visited other consultant's office, he simply calculated my crs score on paper right in front of me. No 3540 for checking eligibility) however, i didn't fight with them for this small amount.

        Aditya shah told me they would charge 1, 00, 000 rupees for managing the entire express entry process to canada. When i refused he came up with a discounted quote. 70k. That included online coaching for one month for myself and my spouse.

        Once i receive my eca and got the ielts result, i received a call from a designated consultant saying that he will create express entry profile for me and close the case. If i receive the invitation to apply for a visa i have to purchase their services again.!!!

        When i opposed it and asked them to honor the commitments made by aditya shah, i've found out that aditya has left the company and they also told me that i've signed a contract that says y-axis will charge extra for visa processing. Well, first of all, i've signed the contract only after making the payment. And second, it was a very lengthy contract that no one reads. We simply go by the words of the company person who is talking with us.

        I've asked the consultant not to create express entry profile and complained to the ahmedabad office where aditya used to work. The person who answered my call told me that he will forward my complaint to another team and he will make sure that y-axis honor the commitment made by aditya shah.

        After tedious follow-ups of two weeks, i've received a very rude answer. They said people comes and goes. They will not believe the words of aditya and only stick to the contract. So i've demanded the refund, and the case was again assigned to someone else. That someone again forwarded the case to another person.

        The last person i've talked to offered to refund 50% of whatever left after deducting coaching class payment. Of the 70k, they charged approx 20k for coaching. That leaves 48852 for express entry services. From which i've been offered around 24k as a refund.

        Now, i wasn't willing to let go of my hard earn money for nothing. And also considering the fact that y-axis consultant filled online application for eca, which is required to apply for express entry, i didn't demand 100% refund but asked for 75% refund so i could move on with some other genuine consultants who don't hide facts just to make sales.

        After exchange of many emails and calls, i've been told by the person who was managing a refund, that 50% is their final offer.

        So i had two options. Take half the money or fight in social media to expose these people and make other immigration aspirants aware of falling in the trap.

        I've chosen the second one. This white-collar theft must be stopped. How dare someone can say that "people come and go" about their own employees.

        I'm not complaining about their higher rate. They may charge million dollars. It's up to y-axis how much to charge for services and up to candidates who are willing to pay.

        My fight is against, hiding the fact, misinforming the candidates about what they are paying for. Even today, no y-axis salesperson reveals upfront that, they are charging only for creating express entry profile, and candidates have to pay again for visa assistance. And candidates like me are tormented and mentally harassed when they realize that they have been created, and they hardly got anything for their hard-earned money.

          Horrible experience with y-axis we started the process in 2018 april with sweets talk from aparna thite who was an trainee learning the process we paid rs 2500 for techinical evaluation and within half after some magic they sent me an email stating the report is positive for the next process they quoted me total price inr 1, 05, 625+18% gst= inr 1, 24, 637.5
          Post discount inr 73, 438+18% gst = inr 86, 657 i paid the final amount and that was the end, you have to follow up with the day in out leaving your work
          To get the updates consultant in hyderabad are not aware about the process and are sleeping all the time every week you have sent them a reminder.. Never go with y axis they just know to fool around and not return hard earn money back... Biggest mistake..

            I paid the full amount for applying jobs for different countries and the things were taken care by mr. Pawan kumar from bangalore branch but they are such irresponsible and used to give excuses every time that the person is not available for your call, within a year they responded only while paying money not while i was in doubt, it was just a waste.

              I had opted for australia immigration services in 2016 thg' y-axis. And just after the initial evaluation stage which was stated as 100% eligibility, i was requested to pay the full service amount to proceed with the process.

              The consultants have mastered the skill to lure the clients by saying it is the only right time to apply and you are sure to get the pr etc..

              I had to pay the entire fees in aud?? Now, this is a catch for all those who get into the trap for paying in aud and not inr. This is # as everything you have to pay from notary to ielts and then the pr fees, then for what is y-axis charging such a huge amount. Just to send mail reminders and giving false assurance???

              We get hipnotized by the idea of passing ielts/ pte as per their benchmark scores set for us during the evaluation. It's a lesson that it should be cleared first and then go for such consultants to file the pr. Like many, even i failed to clear pte after several attempts, plus after opting for their online course (Which again was not included in the full service). I'm shattered by the way they did not turn up even after mails and calls to help me what should be done next.

              There was not a single call in 2018 as they knew by the end of 2017 that there is very less chances of applying pr for my case. The only thing i received was subscribed mails from y-axis. By 2019 the rules were changed and they did not inform me until i got in touch with them after lot of difficulty. I had sent a cancellation and refund claim mail after being frustrated by this attitude, it was a week ago to their support team but none of them have reverted (More than 3days now). Such a shame! You guys have crossed all the limits of fraudulent behavior and detoriating your own reputation in the market.

                Hi,

                My name is arvind nagar. I have opted for australian immigration process assistance and paid the full fees to y-axis dubai office (Representative name: praveen deshman). I have tried 2 attempts for english language test and could not succeed in getting a required score. Hence, as per the agreement y-axis suppose to refund me 25% of the paid fees. I am following up with the process coordinator (Mr krishna murthy - y-axis dubai) since december 2019, however i am not getting my refund back.

                I am really fed up and helpless now due to these unprofessional behavior from a reputed firm like yaxis. This is really unacceptable and i am gonna go legal to get my refund if i will not hear back from them in a week's time.

                Please help me to get my refund.

                    They offered to find suitable employers in uk and organise as many interviews for me to find the job for one month.

                    They have not even arraigned a single interview, what they did is log in to some job sites and registered for job alert.br...

                    I have applied for immigration to australia for which i approached the y-axis and they charged me good amount of 81000 as consultation fees. Let me tell you one thing, what they explain you during first level of discussion or consultation is very rosy and nice picture and convince you to go ahead with them. They will be behind you like anything and provide information whatever you ask. Once you made the payment, you will experience the reality. You need to run behind them if you want to talk to them or need any further guidance. I am extremely disappointed with consultancy provided by y-axis, for which they are charging huge money from clients. What all you do in this pr process, can be done on its own without wasting your money on these people. I need complete refund of my amount paid to y-axis which i assume is complete waste of my time and money.

                      Respected sir / madam,

                      I am submitting this as a formal complaint against “y-axis overseas careers” located prestige meridian 1, suite # 1112, 11th floor, m. G. Road, bangalore 560001.” i had visited the consultancy for canadian migration on 05/10/2019 and made a payment of rs: 2408 for initiating the process. On 10/09/2019 i tried to reach them over phone and watsapp number that they had provided but there was no response and it was quite frustrating for me as a customer.
                      I was provided with the migration form which had the technical glitch as my dob mentioned by the consultancy was not mentioned correctly and as a result i was not able to fill it up. The consultant assigned to me namely ms. Archana baliga had no clue as what went wrong due to which i had to visit their office. Upon reaching their office i understood that the consultant had no knowledge about the form and was not able to identify the technical glitch.
                      I read their reviews online and found that they have duped several people in the same manner and had limited knowledge about the actual process and i too had bad experience with them. Keeping all this in view i pulled off and decided not to fill the migration form.
                      I was later assured that i will be given refund and that i should call them. Today (15/10/2019) after calling, the consultant told me that they are not going to refund me the above mentioned amount.
                      I have already spoken to one of your representatives and i have not signed anything with this consultancy or given them anything in writing. I request you to take strict action against the organisation and make them to compensate me for distress, inconvenience, trouble and upset apart from the money that i have paid them. I would also request you to look into the reviews of this consultancy and act on them, so that such issues don’t happen to other citizens in future.

                      I am attaching a copy of invoice and a several links of how this consultancy has caused distress to lot of people like me. I would prefer you to reach to me via mail.

                        I have opted for canada immigration service from y axis. Initially the immigration consultant was very impatient and eager for the payment and visa evaluation report. After the payment they assign another consultant "sr process consultant" this guy never responds to your emails, y axis whats app and to your phone calls (Mr. Vishal kumar). I had opted y axis as the immigration consultant at y axis had promised for a fast visa processing procedure. I had made several complaints through emails but there is response.

                          Well i got in touch with them for the canada pr service. Without making me know that i am not eligible for the express entry directly as my crs score is less, the agent stated omg you are eligible below is the evaluation report. The agent made me talk to a process consultant he said in your total 3 years 4 months experience if you remove your 7 months experience as you dont have a experience letter from your employer, your crs score will go more low so we need to show.

                          And in the starting my agent swapnika said no udit no need to worry even if we remove that experience your crs score will be the same.

                          I have myself checked my crs score and it does not comes out to be 404 as per canadian website. My score comes out to be 336. I asked many consultancies they said you are not eligible then how can they just lie to me for ruining my career, my time, my everything.

                          They lied to me you are just 25 start now with the process nor your score will go low next year when you turn 26. And in real it doesn't hamper my score even if i am 26 now.

                          A big lie just to grab money from people. That is where i started the process. Another thing i transferred 38 thousand to there account excluding gst as per the recipet i got and on the agreement it is just written 33 thousand excluding gst, first installment paid.

                          It is just been 12 days from the day i made my first installment. I am asking for refund as i have not signed the agreement till yet. And the agent is now making drama saying no you can just change the service to another amount or a service to the equivalent amount paid.

                            I have paid for finding a job in the usa. They took my case though they don't have a tie-up with any recruiting agency in the usa. They have used internet job board for applying on behalf of me i have paid 40, 000 inr in advanced for this service. From the beginning was not happy the way these people were doing a. At the starting, they told me they will market my resumen with different marketing agencies with their tie-ups. They don't have tie-ups in the usa this is told by their senior executive when i have shown my displeasure about the services they have offered. Then why they cheated me. Still, am jobless they have closed my file without getting job even not a single call for the interview they must refund my money or help me to get a job either in usa. Please do the needful

                            Yesterday call from Client Relationship Officer she told me that we have already told you that we don't have a tie-up with USA recruiters then why they took my job because I have approached them assistance for JOb in the USA while taking the money they don't realize. Is this company there to fool the people I want to make charity I will give a donation to any needy I don't have spare money. Please return my money or help to get a job for what you have took 40000 INR for services.

                              Dear y-axis team,

                              Yes, you concerning team do get in touch with me and refunded 1.06 lack rupees but the there is still 10000 rupees which is outstanding and your people are neither responding on call nor on emails. So i do not believe that is issue is completely solved.
                              It would be great if anyone will reach out to me or transfer the outstanding amount as early as possible.

                              I will never suggest anyone to go for y-axis ever.

                                I opted it for work visa for Australia initially at consulting time they say we work our best and we have implacable track record we are best and if you opt Y axis you are the best.

                                once I done with payment then initial stage of processing I thought that my profile went to lazy employee later I realized that its a fraud consultancy

                                I lost my money and wasted 4-5 months of my time by trusting Y Axis I am an middle class Indian Very common to get cheated by like this consultancies.

                                I did mistake by choosing Y Axis

                                usually I don't give reviews but just want to save someone to getting this pain I written this.

                                  Last year i have paid 98’000rs due to wrong information provided by yaxis. They took the whole money by saying that i can go to canada without writing ielts exam. They called me to their office and made them to sign all the documents and told me we will provide yaxis training for exam and need today additional amount. They said it will be easy to score 6.5. I wrote the exam ended with 5.5 score and they don’t provide any support for this and keep asking more money. They took two payments so far. Every time different people call me and give new information which i’m confused. At the end they told i need to score 8 in ielts 6.5 is not possible to get job. Before they told 6 score is more than sufficient. Basically, they fooled me and took the possible money. I’m in huge depression and in loss of money for no outcome. I’m not willing to pay any more money. I request the team to kindly look into my issue and take strict action against them so the others will not face the same problem. Please i need the money refunded. I really appreciate your help.

                                  .can u pls help us out for getting our money back...
                                  many times we complained in axis branch they are not giving proper response.
