Y-axis - a fake overseas consultant who makes false promises to people who just dont have any idea about immigration.
The initial process was smooth coz we made the payment at one go whereas other consultants take the fees in installments. Our profile was updated in the pool and after that they just did not bother to keep us updated on the developments. We logged in ourselves and got better info. On google and youtube. They are such idiotic people even the team leaders, managers just don't bother to address our concerns.
A real shame on y axis... Very very pathetic. Only money making business not bothered about the customers. Ridiculous...

    It is sad to know that the leader in the market of immigration consultants is more a leader in disappoinment than in quality service.
    This comes from my experience in dealing with the consultancy who assured me of resolving my predicament and won my confidence by statements like "we are 200% sure we can handle your case and ensure a positive outcome" and more. When i did sign up with them on the basis of the trust they told me that they wouldn't break, here i am, in the opposite state.in fact, initially, they had laughed at my previous visit visa rejection and told that in the history of their visit visas, not a single one has got rejected and so they could easily get it done! Worse when the so-called "team lead syed afrose" called and spoke with utter shamelessness and addressed my concerns with rude, abysmal attitude!
    Just to keep everyone informed, when you come across negative reviews about y-axis, do be warned. Every word put out there by disappointed, cheated clients of theirs is true.

      I opted for job search service and y-axis provided me with an agent who created my profile and circulated my resume to the employers.

      The trouble started when i decided to opt-out the service and requested for a refund as per the agreement.

      Firstly, they tried to close the matter stating that i have received an offer from a company

      When i proved them that the resume which they prepared was been submitted my me for the job offer i received from my hometown itself. Then the agent initiated for the refund.

      I filled the form and also received the acknowledgement for it.

      However, it's been more than a month, i didn't receive my money n none of them our concern to even reply with an update.

      * i never thought any consultancy will provide this type of service.

      * so pls be careful while spending your hard earned money n get into trouble.

      An humble feedback for the y-axis pls work on your leadership skills.

        Worst consultancy... I consulted them for my visit visa to canada.. Starting they said 100% success and they asked me to pay wholesome amount of money.. They just gave 1 cover letter (That cover letter contains lots of grammer mistakes) for 20000 rs. And they asked to pay seperately for application fee and visa fee.. All the booking itereneries, bank statements, application filling were done by me. They only thing they have done is cover letter.. Which has completely grammatical mistakes. And finally visa is rejected. This is a waste and fraud company. They fool people.. I asked for an explanation and they didnt even get back to me

          Hi all,

          I am glad to inform you that sandhya has been handling my case for canada immigration. My wife minsha kapoor is the primary applicant of our profile and i am the dependent/spouse here.

          I have consulted a friend of mine today who have had a real bad experience with y-axis. He told me they are known for cheating clients while i stood, no, they are real slow but they don't cheat. And now, sadly, i agree with my friend as i have been cheated by yaxis.

          My friend calculated my crs score and confirmed my score was 423, however sandhya had confirmed on email on 27th june, 18 that our score is 431 (Screenshot attached). However, she today claimed it was always 423 because she had seen the audit report on 3rd june, 18 and she never told us on phone or emailed. This is simply misleading for getting me in the express entry with a fake score.

          I have already gone through a lot of harrassment for wes process as there was no help from yaxis on that front and that process continued to go one for 4 months. You people call yourselves consultants and i have paid you the consultantion charges and you guys have fooled us.

          We are extremely happy that we came to know what deception has yaxis opted to. The kind of experience with you guys have been pathetic and dreadful and i no longer want to work with you guys.

          My humble request to yaxis is to refund my money that i have given to you as a charge of your service. Service here has been replaced by harrassment and i no longer want any services from yaxis.

            Since they are refusing to pay me the maximum refund, i lost hope on them. If anyone affected by y axis kindly contact me [protected] i ll let you know some law against the immigration consultants which fail to keep the promise. Those who are not yet started the process please dont go for these type of consulties. They will give all fake promises to you and force you to pay the money. After payment they will blame us that we are not eligible to the process. Better apply by urself in the official government portals so that you can save ur hardly earned money.

              A resident of Panchkula was assured by Worldwide Immigration Consultancy Services of getting his immigration on permanent residency (PR) to Canada within a year, but nothing was done. The Panchkula Consumer Forum has penalised the immigration firm of Rs 50, 000 and ordered it to refund Rs 1.74 lakh with $5, 700, which were paid by Gulab Singh (the complainant) during the processing of his immigration file.

                I started my australia pr visa two years back through y axis. They asked me to pay 1.4 lakhs. They rushed me to pay the money. After paying money, we have to call them ask about the process. Even they will not reply to our mails. And they will keep on change the process consultant. If we asked any doubts then they will say lik have to check. Then they will not say anything. Now i got frustrated and asked them to pay the refund. But they are giving only 40%. Without submitting my application to the immigration department how can they take my money 60%. They will ask as to read the agreement, but at the time of payment they will speak everything positively. So guys please think twice before signing y axis. They will cheat u professionaly.. I[censored] want to know more about y axis kindly contact me ([protected]).. I will say everything wat they ahve done in the past two years... Those who got cheated by y axis kindly contact me.. We can join and do something against them. If we fight separately we can do anything. But if we unite we can chnage something.. Kindly join hands...

But for what you are getting 60%?... Dont worry i ll help you to change your conditions... First we are not getting money easily.. Do you how i paid the money to y axis... After that i faced many financial problems even though i didnt go for refund.. Even after not getting enough marks on ielts i went for pte also.. Then even i tried to change the country... I spent lot of money towards this... How long you will take for an evaluation report.. At this point i lost my patience... Now i am asking refund... How you will go for 40%... Did u files any application for me... Did u prepare the career episode... I spent and took ielts and pte. And i prepared the career episodes... What you have done towards my application process..                     Why y axis and other consultants refusing to refund when we are asking for refund. They are not at all started my application process. Then why they need 60%money for cancelling my process. Who are all not satisfied with the y axis process let me know... If we all filed a case against them we can get our money back with proper refund. They are simply mentioning their refund policy.. If the application is not files then we need to get maximum refund.                         Y axis gave me all fake promises and asked me to give 1.4 lcs for aus pr process in 2016 march and i did it. They said you will get 60 points as soon as you get 60 points. I have 65 points and waiting in pool for an invite for nearly 2 years. Now, they are asking money again for doing skill assessment and english test. I want to withdraw from aus pr and donot want to be as i found y axis to be fraud and cheating people in getting money and low success rate. They give all fake promises and improper counselling while collecting money. I want my money back or at-least half of it.

                          I had paid $1334 in july 2018 to y - axis for my canada immigration. Since then i have been trying to reach them and there has been absolutely no development on my application.
                          3 - months later, and "no service" later, i ask for a refund because, one, i haven't been happy with the delays and two, i don't have any near future plans of applying for canada.
                          I asked for a refund, and after 2 weeks of back and forth, i was told that i will be paid 25% of the total consultation fees, which is absurd.
                          I paid a 1000$ for nothing at all. That's blatant cheating, considering i paid my hard earned money after saving for it since jan 2018.
                          My money has been sitting with them for 3 months and i got a $1000 depreciation, talk about bad investments.
                          I understand if they charge a cancellation fee or processing fee that's 10% - 15% of consultation amount, but as no consultation or service was provided, i fail to understand a 75% cut off the total amount.

                          1) express entry profile creation — not done
                          2) wes education assessment — not done
                          3) pnp for canada — not done
                          4) jss — not done

                          I see that they are only refunding me 50% of the amount provided I take this complaint down. I asked them to agree on refunding 80% of the fees and keep 20% as processing charges or whatever. Charging me $640 for nothing is absolutely absurd.

                              My complaint has still not been resolved. However, y-axis is again misleading by mentioning that the below issue has been resolved.

                              "i have been misguided by y axis consultancy service for immigration to canada. Process consultant was not having proper knowledge of immigration. They misguided me which resulted delay in the process and i lose my comprehensive ranking score (Crs) points. It was completely their fault. I approached to many high-level leadership to escalate my issue but there was no fruitful result from that also. They have completely spoiled my career as because they promised me that they will immigrate me to canada after looking my profile. However, the service was very pathetic, they were only money oriented without thinking much about the customer. I am extremely disappointed with their service and want the refund of my fee because i don't want to complete the service with such kind of organization. Few days before they told me that we will refund you as it was fault from there side but now they refuse to pay me back my hard-earned money."

                                I had applied for a canada immigration program with y axis in june 2015 and then paid them 39326 (Inclusive of 4326 as tax), 1685 /- (Inclusive of 185 as tax). After a week i applied for a refund. The mail chains continued and then they finally decided to give a refund of just 8000 in spite of me not signing any acknowledgement. The refund policy was not even discussed with me earlier. I kept calling them and no one answered my calls. After two years of repeated attempts to get at least 90% of my cost recovered, i finally decided to continue with the service. So when i contacted them they said u will have to pay 46000 (Inclusive of gst and so on) to get the complete services for immigration program and i made the payment.in a week's time i wrote a mail to them again to give me my refund. They haven't even replied. No one answers the call. But for payments to be made to them, they will harass you by calling you multiple times and ask you to make a payment. Can someone suggest me a good lawyer or any way that i can get my money back.. I haven't utilised any services of them uptil now. Its just not fair. Its a request to everyone please don't go through y axis. Please help as its my hard earned money. I have been cheated at their andheri center.

                                  I have made a complaint and someone called somsubhra biswas has done no checks and jst copy pasted an answer.
                                  I want someone to look into this matter or im going to go the legal way and sue yaxis.

                                  I called anita from y axis around march this 2018 and she asked me to visit her office in andheri mumbai.
                                  I took no time to reach her office and gave her all my details. She very well knew my data, my experience and educational qualifications.
                                  She made a manual chart and i have that with me still. She told me nothing can stop me from going to canada within about 6 months.
                                  So she asked me to make a payment of around 2500 approx amount and in no time i transferred that amount and she said that was for the eca and it is positive and so she asked me to make another payment of 90 thousand smthn, which i did right away in full.
                                  She asked me to give an ielts test and also get my iqas done for which i paid a total of around 45 k.
                                  My total work exp is of 15 yrs but only in bpo as customr service agent and tht is not counted for pr. Anita knew this and she shud have told me to not apply for pr now as my profile doesnt give me 67 qualifying score.
                                  I would have apreciated if she could have just told me that right now my profile is not strong enough and that i need to improve it and what i can do in order to improve my score. Its more than 6 months, i could have joined some french classes and and by now i would have given the french test and some points would have added to my profile alrdy.
                                  She lied to me, gave me wrong and false information, talked me into buying her product which was absolutly not meant for me. I have no use of the ielts and the iqas that i have already paid for.

                                  This is my hard earned money and i really need it back because i am nowhere close to 67 points to even get qualified to apply for canada pr.
                                  Anita wasted almost more than half a year of my life which i simply wasted doing nothing.
                                  Worst part is, i am a customer who made the entire payment and i atleast deserve to know what is going on but they blocked me on calls, messages and stopped replying to me whatsoever. I completly lost faith since then.
                                  I am caused a lot of mental stress and trauma alongwith the financial loss and loss for things like ielts, iqas which is not required at all.
                                  To me, anita is the face of yaxis and she has created all of this problem. I am utterly disapppointed and shattered at the loss yaxis representative anita has caused me.
                                  I wish she is given better training to carry out her responsibilities in a better way so as to not cause so much mental stress and financial loss to people.
                                  My father is 83 years old and i could have used that money in a better way if i was not lied to by anita. I want the money back and i also hope anita is given a good feedback.

                                    Hi y axis team,

                                    Just thought to share my genuine feedback for future improvement. I have applied for australia migration through your agency branch based in dubai, but my application for northern territory got rejected in its initial stage in spite of the fact that i had all the required eligibility and qualification. Reason given by nt was generic mainly about lack of proper documentation and research work. Now, your agency is asking me to pay more for another application to south australia for provisional visa sub class 489, first one was for 190 which got rejected soon after 1 week of application. My concern is that if you have got experts of paper works and documentations, this kind of rejections should not have be there. If we should not be worried for paper work and professional documentation guidance, we should not be taking help of agencies. Anyone can apply online for eoi and state sponsorship applications. The reason why i am writing you this email to keep you updated that there is something wrong at your agency in dubai branch or the persons whoever involved in my documentation process, whose concern is to get more money in place of accepting their documentation mistake. I was not shared or given access to overview my state sponsorship mistake, i was only shared a message from nt authority and a regret letter with concern for additional payment if i would like to go for another state application. Please be noted that i had recommended many of my colleagues and friends whether in india or dubai, but was surprised to get this kind of service. You really lack in experts of the migration field and they just keep on focusing on making money somehow. If you look at your competitors, they provide far better service than yours, even they do research and prepare commitment letters along with research of job opportunities for candidates and also provide proper guidance which always result in positive results.

                                    My humble request is to improve in your service being provided here which should not be causing application rejection even after meeting all eligibility criteria. By chance, if happens, another similar service should be provided free of cost, as a courtesy towards clients who is already in depression because of application rejection even after having eligibility and paying a big amount of fee to agency. Please work on it, before your name and fame get spoiled in the market which you have gained after lots of struggles.

                                      I have been misguided by y axis consultancy service for immigration to canada. Process consultant was not having proper knowledge of immigration. They misguided me which resulted delay in the process and i lose my comprehensive ranking score (Crs) points. It was completely their fault. I approached to many high-level leadership to escalate my issue but there was no fruitful result from that also. They have completely spoiled my career as because they promised me that they will immigrate me to canada after looking my profile. However, the service was very pathetic, they were only money oriented without thinking much about the customer. I am extremely disappointed with their service and want the refund of my fee because i don't want to complete the service with such kind of organization. Few days before they told me that we will refund you as it was fault from there side but now they refuse to pay me back my hard-earned money.
