Yaakpayment — irctc ticket not booked, amount debited from account rs.565 on 14.7.19

On 14.7.2019, i was booking my train tickets for 2 persons from mathura jn to new delhi via jan shatabdi express chair car after confirming availability. Amount r's.565 debited from my debit card through zaakpayment but ticket has not been issued, now showing as failed transaction in irctc. Amount so debited from my account has not been refunded by zaakpayment services or irctc till this date/time. Please help me in the matter and refund the amount or get the tickets booked.
