[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Bad service center - chrompet chennai | |||
Dear sir/madam, I bought the new yamaha ray zr february 2017, after that i love very much in yamaha bike so, that i bought second hand bike yamaha fzs (Bike number: tn 22 cw[protected] model) from my friend and he told me to do service, march 2017 end. I went yamaha service center 24-april-2017 on general service. I told to supervisor mr. Hariharan and mechanic name mr. Bala “this is my second hand bike, in my bike having following issues, 1. Fuel indication is not working properly. 2. Left side indicator not working. 3. General service. And then i told to him, i don’t know this bike where it’s serviced before i bought, please check the bike a to z, if anything want to change means, please change immediately” like that. Those are call to me your bike is ready amount is 5770.52/- please come and collect your bike. Next day (25-april-2017) i taken the bike from yamaha service center, that time itself fuel indicator was not working, i was asking to mr. Hariharan, he was told me fill the fuel automatically it will work otherwise inform to me like that. Within one hour i was informed to him fuel indicator was not working and left side indicator also not working. He said “one pause not available in our service center so next service i will change and give to you don’t worry”. After a week bike was automatically off while am riding, so i back to service center again. But, within week my bike has following issues, 1. Indicator not working, 2. Self-start not working, 3. Speedometer not working Again went to yamaha service center on 23-may-2017, those are told me, we will find the problem then call to you back like that, i got call from yamaha service center those are told me following the issues, 1. Speedometer want to change, 2. Rectifier want to change, 3. Wiring problem, 4. Headlight doom want to change, 5. Self-motor want to change 6. Etc., I directly visit to service center submitting bill copy for speedometer and service bill 24-april-2017 service bill everything, those are told me will try to get the warranty from service center, please give me a bill copy. I submitting two bill copy yamaha service center. After two to three days later those are told me, it’s not cover the warranty you want to pay for again like that. I asked to him now you’re saying wiring problem that’s why it will affect for all electronic part means why you’re not checking for first time itself. What are the complaint i was given on 25-april-2017 still day that problem not solved, those are not finding the issues to solve. If i am asking question means supervisor forward to manager, the manager till day on-wards he is not taking any responsibility to solve my issues, even no one can taking responsibility. If i am asking mean those are rising hand to some, simply wasting my time. Those are lost my two bill copy also. Approximately 9000/- [nine thousand rupees] was spent for service in yamaha service center within one and half month. The service center, those are checked and serviced well means i won’t lost this must of money. Now again those asking to pay for me more than 6000/- rupees. My bike still in yamaha service only and herewith i have attached last service bill copy. Please consider my issues and solve me as well as soon. I really felt very bad about yamaha service center chrompet chennai. More than one month my bike there in yamaha service center chrompet chennai only. They waste my time and money. I suggestion people please don't go for bike service to yamaha service center chromepet chennai. Very bad service i ever seen.
