[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Bike servicing complaint — siddharth auto gurgaon | |||
Hi I am writing this mail with great disappointment to inform you regarding the experience i had with sidharth auto, new railway road gurgaon branch. I owned a yamaha fz-s v2.0 army green color, registration no.-hr99xbtemp2129. Yesterday i was their for the first service of my bike. I booked appointment for the service for 12 june 2016 for 12 noon. I was at the service center around 11. 45 a. M and checked with the supervisor their regarding the service time. The supervisor checked regarding the appointment but he said he will not be able to deliver the bike within 90 minutes, as i was informed at the time of appointment as it is a sunday and they don't book appointment for sunday as they have a lot of bikes coming for service on sunday. Well first of all, i think that the supervisor lied to me as he already checked on his system that appointment was scheduled. He didn't honored the appointment and the commitment of 90 minutes servicing as promised by your representative while booking the appointment. I called around 2.15 p. M, after around 2 hours 15 minutes of the time i gave my bike for service as i didn't received any communication from the service center. When i asked regarding the servicing of my bike he put me stopped responding, i disconnected the call after waiting for 2 minutes. Around 2.39 p. M, i received a call from service center and they informed me that my bike has been serviced and i can collect my bike now. My complaints are following: 1. The supervisor was very rude. 2. He didn't honored the commitment of 90 minutes and i received the call that my bike has been serviced after 2 hours 40 minutes. 3. When i submit my bike, the petrol tank was half filled and after servicing, the petrol tank was empty. When i informed the guard and supervisor regarding the same the said they didn't took any petrol and this is just the sensor. If it is the sensor don't they have to change the sensor? 4. When i informed the supervisor that i will complaint regarding the same, he started talking in a very disrespectful manner and said that i can complaint anywhere i want and nothing will happen. If that's the case than it's ok with me, i will get my serviced from outside, and will start a campaign on facebook and twitter against sidharth auto gurgaon and yamaha, as i am a customer and i don't deserve this kind of treatment. Please inform me if you are going to continue same kind of customer service, so that next time i will visit some one else for my bike service. P. S — their are something's worth mentioning of sidharth auto service, new railway road, gurgaon. 1. Their is a manager or sales rep, named - ashu, he is very helpful and respectable. 2.
