[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — booking information not provided/ high headed attitude of yamaha company staff and dealership staff | |||
I booked Yamaha R15 V3 on the name of Sahil Singh at M/S Arjun Motors, Kompally Medchal Road, Hyderabad ( receipt No. 322, dated-16/3/18). At the time of booking dealership said one month waiting period i.e should have received vehicles around 15th April. today after 45 days also they are not in a position to confirm the date of delivery. Dealership team SM Mr. Vivek does not have any clue on delivery status. Mr. Vivek managed to take me on Conference call with Yamaha Company official ( Name Mr. Afsar) who was not even willing to reveal his contact details. Mr. Afsar state way said wait for one month without thinking for even one month. I requested if that is the case please give it in writing which he refused and said if you want to cancel you are free to do so. His behavior was very rude behaved like goon of Yamaha.
