[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — charging tax amount generated for debit card transaction from customer | |||
Recently had a bike servicing and opted debit card transaction as mode of payment and they charged me tax amount generated for card transactions. While i asked them they said we are charging this from every customer but no one complained. I said its not right to take extra amount/ tax amount from customers as per rbi guidelines. You will be punishable if you violate these. Then the manager satirically said will you drag us to court. Was this information helpful? | |||
